1-2 month waiting lists for appointments - not their fault But then to be told to "just try some ibuprofen" and sent on your way after not listening to a word. Waste of everyone's time and caused me to book another appointment which was then cancelled without warning. Useless and unprofessional and forces people to use A&E as the only option

Staff are shocking, they are so rude. They do not acknowledge you when you are standing waiting at the desk to check in and they SNAP at you, not answer you. We have had issues in the past with prescriptions too. They seriously need a course on patient care and service.... can never get an appointment either within 2/3 weeks.

Worst reception in the history of receptions except 1 and that also depends on her mood. Consistently the same stinking attitude in this surgery for over 20 years despite staff changes. The doctors are very similar especially the senior ones. They always make you feel insignificant and eager to end your consultation within 2 minutes and yet you can hear them being so nice and giving way over the allocated 10 minutes to other patients!! It is clearly a race issue and the funny thing is you would expect better from the non-white senior doctors! The newer younger doctors seem fair and bothered. Thankfully we don't get ill often enough to bother changing.

Its a small but good GP. The staff is polite and helpful. Make sure you have appointment before you go to avoid disappointments ! Although you have an appointment , expect a waiting time of atleast 20 minutes minimum so plan accordingly. The doctor is polite and good too. COVID measures are in place and make sure to wear a face covering before you go. 😷 The place is wheelchair accessible♿ and has Loop installed for people with hearing issues.🧏‍♂️🧏‍♀️

Very disappointed with Duncow Surgery. I called 3 days in a row to book an appointment and they say all appointments are booked for the day. I call within the allocated time, just after 2 pm. They didn't even offer the option for another day, they were not helpful and asked me to call 111 instead if it is an emergency. I called the Aylsebury medical centre which is close by & part of nexus group as well, and the receptionist took all my details spent time with me on the phone and offered me appointment for the next day. There is a serious problem with customer service at Duncow Clinic, and things need to change. Not Recommended!

The Dunn Cow Surgery call handler 'hung up' as I was on the call to her. Completely UNPROFESSIONAL and RUDE. AVOID this place at all costs if you value your health. The staff at the Aylesbury Medical Center are 100 times better.

Single handedly the worst practice that I have ever had to engage with. I hope never to be really sick and deal with Doctors who do not call back or receptionist who talk to you with distain.

Last year, I visited the surgery cause I was losing weight and don’t know why and the receptionist told me that I have to wait two weeks just to get a phone consultation and when I insisted that I should see a Dr, she told me Drs don’t release appointments. Since I was really concerned about my health and can’t see a doctor face to face, I had to leave this surgery which is run by incompetent staff and doctors and join the one near my workplace.

The receptionist Rihanna ( i hope i wrote your name correctly) was amazing today. I came late for an appointment, but has handled an unexpected situation I was experiencing so well that I could come back home safely. All the best at this surgery. Thanks again. :)

Very disappointed with Duncow Surgery, it used to be good when I was with them since the mid 1990s Now they gone bad to worse. I’m traveling end of this month and on 3rd of May, I went the surgery to book an appointment for travel vaccine which is free on the NHS and they said no appointments, they are fully booked and told me to go pharmacy which will cost me and my family around £300 to £400 pounds and that’s not all, when I requested for my medicine for my asthma and bp which I said I’m going away for 3 months they only gave me 1 month of asthma medicine and I was told doctor refuse to give me 3 months. I work in a local pharmacy as a dispenser and they do prescribe 3 months prescription for patients why not me? Is it because I’m not white? I’m Asian.

I arrived 10mins before my appointment time. As I entered the reception area, I was happy to see the chairs spaced out so that each patient had their personal space. Receptionist was helpful and friendly. I was seen within 5mins of arriving and treated by Ms Charlotte who was very informative and polite, even talking time to help me with another issue I had. I was in- and-out in 10mins! 👍🏿

Every single star I have given is for Dr Madeleine Openshaw. What a breath of fresh air. Nexus, this is the superstar doctor we have been waiting for, I hope she is here to stay.

Have built up a wonderful relationship with the staff here at Dun Cow Surgery over the last four or so years. Initially came here for my rehabilitation and prescriptions post cancer in September 2017. But the surgery became more important to me two years later when I needed a referral for a more important & personal matter. Whilst my doctor is perhaps not the most knowledgeable in my condition, the surgery has proved incredibly helpful and supportive in what has been a long journey. I’m genuinely grateful to everyone there for that.

Sharing a positive review for the surgery and needing some more support for my mum and sister Anne helped me with some forms and other paper work that was required finger crossed thank you for the support

Lovely practice. Receptionists were welcoming and polite, which is rare these days. The doctor was absolutely brilliant. I'm considering changing practice.

Nearly an hour waiting on phone, just for someone to pick up. Not a happy bunny.

👍👍 I cannot recommend heartily enough this surgery, I left my previous surgery of 20 years due to them going down hill. From the moment you enter, all staff are polite, helpful and listen to you. The building is clean, and you never have to wait long to be seen. Since I joined recently, each interactio...

😠 I have been attending this GP since I was 9/10 years old. I am now now 25 years old. I can confidently say that the service has truly gone down. At some point there has been a change in management. It used to be that you would be assigned a GP which helped with the continuation of care. Now fast fo...

👍👍 Over the years the system on how to book GP appointments has changed. I personally don't like it, but I know due to Doctors workloads they're unable to use the old system where most of your appointments are face to face. The reception staffs have been good to me. They always treat me with respect, k...
