The food here was great! It was ridiculously busy and while there was zero line up I kept getting bounced around from water to waiter telling me they don't seat people. The line cook told me to sit on the stools and just order which I did but then no one would take my order. The owner took charge and made sure I was taken care of and helped me. And after that the service was great. I did the mix grill, fattoush, and hummus. And all were exceptional like my grandmother used to make them back home. Would definitely come back, but probably during a less busy time.

Used to love this place when I lived in London and was worried the restaurant might not be what it used to be. Was very happy to notice the food was still amazing, very fresh and full of flavour. The juice alone is a good reason to visit this place!

We went in at off-peak hour and was seated quickly. Menu stated “to inform the staff if I have food allergy” which I did for gluten because I was concerned to be served pita or bread. However the staff members were confused when I mentioned gluten. Then I pointed on the menu the part which says to inform them of any food allergy, they thought it was a dish that I was pointing to. I didn’t want to pursue as I had company, so I chose conservatively, hummus with chicken sharwama and spicy salad. My company had the sharwama set. And we both had fresh carrot juice. Food was served quickly and tasted amazing, I enjoyed the meal thoroughly and will return. Carrot juice is real and fresh, absolutely great meal. If you have no food allergies then this is a great place to visit!

Food was actually very good! Lamb cutlets were just amazing and cannot be faulted in any way 😌 Rice was very dry and hard, almost like it was old or scraped off the bottom of the pan. I'd probably stick to the chips next time. Plates could've been a bit bigger (portion size was good). Just found myself having to mess around trying to keep everything on the plate.

Food was good quantity, fresh, friendly staff. Unfortunately my wife found a hair in her shish tawouk meal, we didn’t want to create a fuss around the other guests and ruin their experience. Overpriced but I guess it’s for the area in central London.

The food and service was very nice reasonably priced. My only gripe would be the general hygiene. I had to send a dirty plate back the table wasn't cleaned very well and the floors were filthy. I think this was part of the charm though and would definitely go back.

I had an incredible dining experience at the restaurant! The BBQ food and appetizers were a delight to the senses, with each dish bursting with flavor. The hummus was particularly delicious, showcasing the authenticity of Lebanese cuisine. The hospitality added to the overall enjoyment, making it a memorable visit. Highly recommend for anyone seeking amazing Lebanese flavors and warm service.

Beside the atmosphere, i did not enjoy the food there!! I ordered mix shawarma plate, beef and chicken, the beef was so dry, even they do not put tahina aside, the chicken shawarma also was not that yummy!! It doesn’t taste like the real shawarma that we know in Lebanon!! And the plate is not cheap at all!!!!! I paid 16.5 pounds for the plate!

Dine-in for the first time in this branch of Al-Arez. Can’t help but compare the one in Harrington with regards to food, restaurant and service. We always order the baby chicken and it’s still very good. However, something’s made us feel uncomfortable, the service wasn’t as great until the owner/manager took over from the other waiter. The over all experience is just average, if it wasn’t raining we could have left early.

We were greeted kindling upon entering. Once we ordered, fries came out very fast which was good. After that the service literally went south. I ordered the mixed grill shawarma sand and the handed it to us with no plate wrapped in our hands. Toom and another sauce were brought but no bread. Last, we ordered water in the very beginning and it never came. I had to go to the bar and get it myself. Very poor customer costumer service. Overall the food was ok.

I have visited this establishment five times now since 2018. It’s safe to say that the service and quality of food has deteriorated over each visit. The last time I was in this establishment (spring of 2022) I was asked to leave because I didn’t order a shisha however a group of females got seated despite not ordering a shisha…. Once again I find myself at this restaurant. We ordered various items from the menu, unfortunately the food was less than average and the prices are extortionate for the portion size/quality of food. The lettuce used was clearly old and should not have been served… the soup was salty, the Shawrma was tasteless and Falafel was hard and overcooked. The customer service was very poor, the young lad cleaning the tables shouted at “WAIT” when I tried to sit, the young lady waiter was useless and the “Manger” it ignored me when I tried to get his attention. Customer service 2/10 Food 3/10 It’s safe to save I didn’t pay the service charge and this will be the last time at this poorly ran establishment. I was tempted not to pay the £40 bill….

Overall a solid experience. The starter was the strongest dish we had (a little over salted but if you had it with rice it would have been perfect). The mains themselves were good and portion size was generous, however the meat was a little dry.

Amazing Lebanese food, probably one of the nicest lamb chops (cutlets) I've ever had. Their sauces are nice also, you can pay by card and they even allowed us to split the bill. Recommended.

We found this restaurant close to our hotel and everything they served was so delicious. There are so many varieties of dishes. The lamb and chicken grills were great. The chilli sauce they serve is absolutely a treat for spice lovers and the garlic sauce is great too. The service really is fantastic and super quick.
