We had the most incredible time with Karla. She is the most friendliest and interesting host and extremely knowledgable. We learnt so much in our cooking class and we can't wait to make the recipes all over again. It was so interesting to hear from Karla about Mexican traditions. Her knowledge of cooking Mexican food and also finding ingredients is beyond amazing. We had so much fun with Karla and we will definitely do it again. This cooking class would be perfect for a present for anyone. I would encourage everyone with an interest in cooking to book with Karla now!

Karla was very friendly and knowledgeable. We cooked a lot! Cochinita pibil, mushrooms in chipotle creamy sauce, spicy salsa, corn tortillas, tetelas, refried beans and pickled red onions! It was a feast and even got leftovers for dinner. Very clean and cosy home. We really enjoyed the cooking class and cannot recommend it enough.

We had a lovely experience here! Karla is super knowledgeable and friendly. We learnt so many things about Mexican food and culture. My favourite part was getting to eat all the food we worked so hard on.

We had such a great evening at Karla's Mexican supper club. Karla prepared a four course meal of absolutely delicious and varied food. We really enjoyed getting to know her and learning more about the dishes she'd cooked. Would 100% recommend her supper club - we'll definitely be back!

We had the pleasure of a private class for a Saturday afternoon, and it was such an amazing experience - Karla taught us 2 dishes which we then enjoyed all together - she is a brilliant and informative teacher - incredibly generous and took us through each step with simplicity and ease, providing us with recipes that we feel confident and accessible to make at home. It was such an incredible experience to learn about Mexican food and culture, we cannot recommend Karla enough, and we cannot wait to return for another class soon! Thank you so much Karla!

Everything about Karla's exceptional class - her hospitality and her kindness has stayed with me since. She is a wonderful teacher, listener and guardian of her culture. It was amazing from start to finish - a brilliant education in food, taste and memory. We ate so so much and left empowered to be be able to cook every brilliant dish confidently at home. I just had the zoom Flour Tortilla class and I absolutely LOVED IT! Karla is amazing. From the beginning she makes you feel very welcome and relax. She was very patience with us and made us feel like it was actually so easy to do. The flavour of the tortillas was just amazing. I am so looking forward to join another zoom class and even more when I have the opportunity to have a live class with her! Thank you Karla for making me a bit less bad in the kitchen !

Fantastic evening of Mexican cooking with Karla. Really enjoyed how she tailored the menu to our vegetarian request and came up with delicious recipes. I can highly recommend this as it was a great experience which my boyfriend and I found tasty and interesting with such a knowledgeable and delightful host!

I did the baja cooking class. It was such a great afternoon - the margarita was a perfect start and then we spent a few hours preparing a true feast in her wonderful space. Karla was patient and knowledgeable and a very good teacher. The food was amazing and I can’t wait to try out the recipes at home - I think I’m not bad at making tortillas now!

My husband and I loved our experience cooking with Karla. We had a wonderful group and we learned to cook so many lovely Mexican dishes. We weren't expecting a delicious Margherita on arrive and some guacamole and tortilla chips. Instructions were easy to follow and everyone had fun. I would totally recommend this class.

Karla's Yucatan Cooking class is such a great experience - highly recommended for anyone who loves and/or wants to know more about Mexican cuisine. Karla is knowledgeable about food from all regions and her classes are an enjoyable mixture of cultural, culinary, and personal tales. I can't recommend Karla, her recipes, or her classes highly enough - it was the most fun (and most delicious) Saturday afternoon I can imagine!

Went with some colleagues to Karla’s Baja class. We work on a burrito van so it was great to get some better knowledge of tacos, tostadas and the food from Karla’s home. She was a great host and so fun to hang out with. Thank you Karla!

A friend of mine treated me to a class and a supper club with Karla. She has a beautiful home and is a wonderful cookery teacher. It is the demonstration and also the extra information on sourcing of ingredients and hands on work that made this cookery class really special.

My husband and I took Karla's Mexican antojitos class to celebrate his birthday and it was the best experience. Karla is a wonderful teacher and she was very patient with us and our questions. The food was delicious and the recipes are great. We would love to take more classes in the future.

I would highly recommend Karla's Baja Feast cookery course! My friend and I had a fantastic day learning how to make some of her delicious dishes. Karla was a great teacher and it was lovely to be able to enjoy the food as a group afterwards in her beautiful home.

I could not recommend Karla more!!! She just catered a dinner for 8 of us at my home, and it was one of the best meal experiences all of us ever had. She crafted the perfect menu according to our dietary preferences and made everything so easy from start to finish. There wasn't a moment of stress. And the food was absolutely incredible. All made from scratch, and so delicious. She was warm and friendly in sharing insights into the recipes and explaining how to combine the various taco ingredients, and she somehow managed to clean the entire kitchen without us even realizing. I can't wait for another Mexican Food Memories experience - supper club, cooking class, and more catered meals. Thank you, Karla!!!!

We had a lovely cooking class over zoom! We cooked mole, tomato rice and red pozole! Karla was fantastic and make it so fun and very tasty too!

Karla’s class was amazing. My fiancé and I spent our Friday evening in her wonderful home learning how to cook tacos. Karla treated us to margaritas and guacamole, and she hosted us generously, allowing us to enjoy a relaxed dinner in her home. Not only the best Mexican food i have ever had, but also an amazing venue to celebrate my a special occasion with friends. Karla has a beautiful house and is so warm and welcoming. Her food is superb and just writing this review is making my mouth water. Highly recommend.
