I
recently
visited
the
gym
and,
while
there
have
been
some
renovation
improvements,
they
appear
to
be
minimal
at
best.
One
major
issue
I
encountered
is
the
constant
interruption
during
classes,
with
individuals
standing
by
the
door
while
classes
are
in
progress.
The
doors
themselves
don't
shut
properly,
resulting
in
noise
disruption.
To
address
this,
I
recommend
replacing
them
with
noise-proof
wooden
doors
and
prominently
displaying
a
"DO
NOT
ENTER"
sign
to
remind
members
to
engage
quietly
and
refrain
from
entering
the
room
unnecessarily.
Additionally,
it
may
be
beneficial
to
consider
relocating
equipment
to
a
more
accessible
area.
Furthermore,
I
was
disappointed
to
find
that
the
sauna
in
the
ladies'
changing
room
is
still
not
fixed,
and
there
are
noticeable
safety
hazards
such
as
nails
sticking
out
in
certain
areas
and
a
broken
seat.
The
condition
of
the
sanitary
bins
is
also
concerning,
as
they
often
malfunction,
resulting
in
a
mess
that
is
unacceptable
for
a
ladies'
toilet.
Additionally,
the
ceiling
appears
to
be
wet
and
shows
signs
of
potential
collapse,
which
is
a
serious
safety
concern.
Management:
I
urge
for
the
monitoring
of
class
capacity
to
ensure
classes
are
not
exceeding
safe
limits.
Proper
ventilation
should
also
be
ensured
prior
to
classes
to
maintain
air
quality.
Furthermore,
the
new
mats
are
already
damaged
and
pose
a
slipping
hazard,
indicating
a
potential
waste
of
funds.
Lastly,
I
recommend
a
thorough
deep
cleaning
of
the
gym
floors,
which
appear
to
be
in
dire
need
of
attention
after
years
of
sweat
accumulation.
There
is
never
enough
tissue
in
the
dispenser,
you
always
need
to
ask
for
it.
Maybe
the
staff
should
be
more
proactive
and
make
sure
the
area
is
clean
and
tidy,
etc.
Overall,
while
the
gym
has
potential,
there
are
several
critical
areas
that
require
immediate
attention
to
provide
a
safer
and
more
enjoyable
experience
for
members.
