    I signed up my 15 year old ‘typical teenager’ with a block of 6 sessions with Danny for his birthday to kick start the fitness motivation! Due to the transformation I was starting to see with my teenage son - not just the physical aspect but the mindset change, my son has now continued with Danny since September with no plans to stop. He has definitely grown in confidence, developed an understanding of how important eating and sleeping habits are and how keeping a positive mindset is key to every day. Along with these changes - he is also def fitter and last week surpassed his PB on the rowing and completed a 5k run in 22 mins! He is becoming more defined and stronger each week. I highly recommend Danny, especially for teenagers!

    Very skilled and motivating trainers. If you want to train your body to look and move a certain way, they can definitely guide you through the process so you can reach your goals and gain a great deal of knowledge of how your body operates. It's a great way of getting to know yourself even more.

    After 3 months of training with Danny the results are remarkable. My goal was to build strength but thanks to Danny’s personalised, tailored programme and his holistic approach to a healthy body and mind I am already stronger, fitter, lighter, more confident and with improved posture. As a 54 year old woman, I was cautious about training but Danny has been so supportive and encouraging and has pushed me at the right pace to achieve things I never would have thought possible three months ago. It’s been hard work but so worth it. Looking forward to getting back in to in the New Year.

    After having a baby, I was determined to regain my pre-pregnancy fitness, and Danny made it possible. He targeted my specific needs and gradually pushed me to new levels, encouraging and challenging me all the way. Thanks to him, I am now in the best shape of my life!     I started training with Danny at Blackheath Fitness and Wellness Studio in September 2022. Previous attempts at building strength and muscle at the gym throughout the years had never really got off the ground. Now, approximately six months in, I’m beginning to see some genuine, tangible results. For example, I’ve managed to gain around six kilos, something which, for my frame, I was told would be hard to achieve. Danny has helped me every step of the way and I wouldn’t be at the point where I am now without his expertise, support and motivation. If you’re prepared to put the effort in and listen to his advice, you’ll get to where you want to be.

    We have been training with coach Danny for only a few months but have already seen huge improvements. The sessions are really fun and have in particular helped my partner a lot with his long covid symptoms. Would thoroughly recommend Blackheath studio!

    I have always had an active lifestyle, and after getting pregnant I was still trying to keep myself active by hitting the gym and doing weight training and cardio up to my 7 month of pregnancy. Once my GP gave me the go ahead I started to seek for help to get my body and strength back and this is where I found Karolina and Blackheath Studio. I have been training with her for 1 month now and I can't recommend her enough, she will assess your body, understand your goals and help you hunt those like a hawk! Her program is tailored to your needs, she knew that after a pregnancy and a C-section delivery getting my core strength back was key. I can do sit ups again and preparing to conquer my chin ups :) She will motivate you and push you hard, so be ready to see results!

    I started training with Danny & the team a few months ago after falling out of shape over the last few years. All of the trainers are very experienced and able to identify what the individual needs to improve their health and well being. I really look forward to my sessions each week as I know the work being done is having a significant impact on my life. After a program I have reinvigorated my approach to fitness, got my body back into shape, improved by sleep and I'm even more focused at work. I would definitely recommend he team if you are looking for a personal trainer no mater your current level of fitness.

    Danny Fisher is not just any trainer. He has the wisdom and experience to work with you wherever you are at. Some of his strengths include:a focus on healthy movement, creating a safe non judgemental space, building a confident and positive attitude in me. I have gained this, some muscle and grit/perseverance during the pandemic and I will need this as I carry on my fitness journey in Australia. I never thought I would be a woman who worked out in darkness wind and rain but now, I am! Sorry to leave as we aren't done yet!

    I've been training with Danny for about 3 months now and already feel like a different person. I'm stronger, have more energy and much less aches and pains. Originally I spoke to Danny about getting in to better shape for my wedding but not only am I well on that journey, he's helped me sort out my ongoing back pain and posture along the way. Previous experiences with gym trainers put me off and made me wary of personal training, but Danny is great. He's attentive, non-judgemental and focussed on your goals. I also get the feeling he is genuinely excited to see progress and gets a kick when you smash your personal bests. Cannot recommend enough!

    Karolina is great! Motivation has always been an issue for me, but Karolina managed to keep me going, and kept the sessions fun (mostly :P) and interesting. She was also very patient with me every time I was complaining I couldn't do an exercise. Although I had to stop training with her, due to relocation, I could see the changes in my body for months after, which means that all the had work she puts you through pays off!

    If you're looking for help in getting fitter and stronger but need a little support, a lot of motivation and some challenge to push yourself then I highly recommend Blackheath Studio Fitness & Wellbeing. Both Danny and Karolina are fantastic and genuinely want you to be successful. I've trained with Karolina since May and I am so happy with the transformation. I'm now fitter and stronger and a bit more flexible than I have been in more than 2 years. I wouldn't have achieved what I have without Karolina's unique style of motivation 😜 If you have been wondering/pondering/procrastinating about starting to train with a trainer then stop now and reach out to Danny and Karolina. You won't regret it.

    Extraordinary and transformative. It's difficult to express adequately the difference that going to Karolina (and Danny) has made to my life. In mid-2017 I was disappointed to be diagnosed with stage-4 liver and bowel cancer. It required a fair bit of chemotherapy and surgery to stabilise things (5 major abdominal operations). I decided after one of my liver surgeries to get fit again. I started going to Karolina at the Blackheath Fitness and Wellbeing Studio twice a week. It is fair to say there is not much enjoyment to be had amongst the sweat and I rarely look forward to training - the trick is afterwards. The amazing thing is that, however sluggish my enthusiasm, I have never been (no not once) to a training session and not felt both physically miles better and also noticeably happier for having done so. I used to get regular lower back pain (having a sedentary job) but never get pain now after regular stretching. The proof is, as ever, in the pudding. This year I have run two half marathons - one in 2 hrs 13 mins which for someone well on the other side of the hill felt quite an achievement. If you have a bit of willpower, Karolina (and Danny) will provide the direction and support to be transformative. Try it and never look back. - and thanks Karolina - genius!

    Lovely friendly studio with all the kit you need! Love my sessions with PT Dan Darwin, he has a friendly approach but he will push you to the limits every time, I feel so energised now. I love it! The team is friendly and professional. A real gem in Blackheath 💪

    Danny is a great trainer . He is very charged up and helps each client achieve their maximum potential physically and mentally with great practical advice coupled with highly targeted and personalised training regimes . The studio is superbly located right in the heart of blackheath village and easy to get to. It’s a very friendly space in which to workout ! 100% recommended .

    Great team at Blackheath studio. They strike the right balance between motivation and encouragement. I particularly like the focus on body mechanics and posture to get the best outcome, not just traditional weights and cardio. For years I’ve had a number of nagging injuries and issues which thanks to Danny and team are finally being resolved.

    I came to Danny with specific goals: to build towards better fitness and wellbeing in a way that becomes permanent for me (as opposed to yet another cycle where I hustle and then let it all go). Eight weeks in and I have much better mobility (undoing not just the laptop work but some weird movement patterns and tension), and I am now starting to build strength and power. This work is not easy, so don’t expect a coasting ride - my own focus, concentration, effort in and outside the studio combined with the expertise of Danny and Dan is definitely bringing positive change but now that we are really in beast mode it is intense every time I go. I really appreciate how personalised the experience is - from the specific body issues we are working through to checking in on my wellbeing to the kind of music I like to train to. These guys are epic, highly knowledgeable, attentive, curious, a lot of fun, and if you are serious about change, this commitment is worth every ounce of your energy and investment.
