The
whole
team
I’ve
met
and
trained
with
are
the
most
amazing
people
I’ve
met
from
Andy,
Gareth,
Louise
all
the
way
to
Molly,
Leoni,
Lexie
and
Jeff!
Cannot
find
a
more
supportive,
motivating
and
dedicated
fitness
team!
I
recently
joined
Burn
It
Fitness
after
seeing
an
Instagram
advert
about
working
out
on
the
heath.
I
filled
out
their
application
and
had
an
informal
chat
over
zoom
to
see
what
I
would
get
out
of
Burn
It
and
the
different
packages
available.
I
then
decided
during
the
meeting
that
I
wanted
to
join
their
June
Intensity
28
day
challenge.
Initially,
I
was
very
nervous,
not
at
my
fittest,
skeptical
if
I'd
commit
and
actually
scared
of
being
judged
like
you
do
in
gyms.
However,
my
first
session
was
a
boxing
session
and
for
someone
who
never
had
done
any
boxing
before
I
felt
so
welcomed
(even
though
I
was
a
couple
of
minutes
late)
and
the
other
clients
as
well
as
the
coach
were
teaching
and
motivating
me
which
made
me
feel
as
though
I
was
apart
the
team
and
encouraged
to
keep
coming
along
to
the
sessions.
During
my
Intensity
Challenge,
I
was
given
a
coach
to
set
my
goals,
have
check-ins
with,
a
nutritionist
who
gave
me
excellent
education
into
how
my
calorie
intake
worked,
how
different
hormones
interacted
with
the
process
of
loosing
weight
and
what
healthy
alternatives
(high
in
protein
low
in
cal)
were
available
and
moreover
a
workout
pack
that
had
all
the
details,
tips
and
mindset
tasks
to
keep
me
engaged
and
involved
throughout
my
28
days.
Post
my
Intensity
28
day
challenge,
Burn
It
Fitness
has
provided
me
with
a
routine
to
workout
and
maintain
the
changes
I
can
see
in
my
life.
So
