    I saw Sandy due to ongoing issues with my feet due to an achillies tendon issue and shin splints. Sandy was fantastic and super thorough, sharing exercises, information on supportive shoes to wear and gave me a really clear explaination on what I was doing wrong and how I could change it. I left the session feeling hopeful again and together we discussed all my concerns online in a video which worked really well. After a few months I'm back running short distances again which I'm so pleased about. Changing shoes and being more aware of how to look after my feet has made a great difference. The exercises were fantastic and I now have so much more stability! Onwards and upwards... thanks Sandy!! 😊

    Sandy is really professional. After the one hour deep tissue massage I can really tell the difference of my neck and shoulder! Such a relief, thank you!

    I went to see Sandy two days after running a half marathon as I was feeling a lot of muscle ache. Sandy was absolutely amazing and the next day I was already feeling so much better. I will recommend her and will return to see her for post running recovery!

    I have never felt like I was in such capable hands as I did when working with Sandy. Genuinly the best fitness coaching and training experience I have had. She understood what I was after, mindful of my injuries and also anxiety around gym equipment and gave me the confidence I needed to execute the excersices safely and scalable. I highly recommend the 4 sessions and watch yourself progress!

    Sandy is the best coach and person I have ever met! I had an ongoing lower back pain so joined Sandy's class for recovery. Every class she tailored the exercises for me and I got improved after few sessions. What the most important is she has a warmest heart, she always encourages me, build my confidence and happy to help me whenever I need. I really enjoyed every class I took so did my baby. Sandy is super patient and considerate when my baby is staying with us. Can't recommend more, Sandy is the best!

    I could not imagine a better personal trainer. She is extremely understanding and empathetic and adjusts the program to suit not only physical but also mental health needs. The trust and security are the main factors to getting healthier and Sandy is the person who understands that. It was only my first session but I will for sure come back.

    Sandy at Aspyr has been absolutely great! She has greatly helped me with neck strain which I have had for many years. We have now moved onto working on mobility and strength. I really feel the difference after many years of managing the pain from the neck strain, and I'm also seeing the benefits of the mobility / strength training whilst playing sport (football and tennis). I believe it is due to the holistic approach Sandy takes enabling me to connect the dots and work on underlying issues that I wouldn't have otherwise been aware of. Thanks Sandy!

    Sandy is simply amazing. She has deep knowledge of both fitness and nutrition for weight loss and ways to keep motivated. Within 5 sessions I was already able to see difference in both my waistline and overall shape and strength. She promptly answered all my questions and gave me recommendations on reliable information sources and the right sports attire/equipment to wear/use for proper posture and exercise.     Sandy is very inspirational and caring. I was with Sandy for almost a year for personal training. Before seeing Sandy, I rarely excerise and suffered from long term back pains. I have very low confident in my mobility in general since my scoliosis surgery many years ago, because it has restricted my back’s movement. My chronic back pain has gone after few weeks of training. Sandy has introduced loads of different trainings for me to make me feel more confident in myself, there were so many “aha moments” that I realise with proper trainings, I am actually capable to do different excerise. Sandy didn’t just help me become physically stronger, I am mentally stronger as well. I cannot say thank you enough for Sandy’s help. I would stay with her if I am not moving out of the area.

    I am very lucky to have had Sandy as my PT. I was training with her for 1,5 years and I can say that it definitely was a life changing experience for me. She helped me to regain my strength after pregnancy and got me interested in gym training (which I previously wasn’t interested in). She guided all of the workouts professionally: creating interesting workout plans and taught me how to use gym equipment correctly. She also gives great advise regarding feet health, diet, any questions regarding equipment and workouts and so much more. I would gladly recommend her to anyone!

    I cannot recommend Sandy enough; her knowledge and expertise cannot be faulted. I recently saw her for some head/neck treatments and she helped pull me out of a really nasty migraine. I've also attended her yoga classes online which are so energising and just full of joy!!

    Sandy helped me with an neck injury from yoga. She coached me through how to take care of it as it healed, with clear steps, thought out exercises and lots of encouragement. She went above & beyond to check in with me and throughout and after the injury with lots of care & patience. I would recommend her to anyone looking for help while recovering from an injury!

    Booked in to see Sandy in order to get a sports massage as I had pain in my middle back from sleeping on a guest bed for a few nights. Within 60mins I was back up and running and no pain. Extremely tailored to your needs rather than other sports massages I have had where they seem to go through the motions. Sandy has extensive knowledge of the muscular-skeletal structures and this enables her to provide directed massage for maximum effect.

    I have been taking PT sessions with Sandy for about an year now and she is great at identifying key issues quickly and gave me the right stretches to heal and then right amount of exercises to strengthen my body. I have been pain free since I started training with her and understand how to work with my body and push it for better performance. She is a gem of a person, very sincere at was she does and always has kind and encouraging words to say.

    I have been training with Sandy for almost 4 years. She is an amazing talented trainer with a difference. She really invests in the word personal, ensuring your session suits your needs and tailors it to suit how you are feeling physically and mentally. I can’t thank her enough, she has taught me so much about my body and has got me through some physical traumas with her extensive knowledge and continuous research she would do. I love how adaptable she is as I can walk in to a session and say I don’t want to workout I’m in pain and she would proceed in either doing a deep tissue or sport’s massage. Sandy you are so much more than just a personal trainer and I can’t wait for you to qualify as an osteopath. You are naturally amazing at what you do. 🙏

    I have been seeing Sandy for a number of years now for yoga, help with random questions (indoor rowing technique) as well as massages. She is always so thoughtful and thorough and carefully works through the topic and then brings her vast knowledge to solving the problem. She is especially good with feet and the issues they can cause and with her guidance I have managed over the last year or so to completely improve my feet ultimately with the aim to run even stronger with a strong platform under me. This would not have been possible without Sandy, I am running faster and stronger than ever which I really feel is down to getting my feet sorted out and into zero drop shoes. Sandy always goes above and beyond and helped with shoe suggestions that would suit me even finding some zero drop work shoes for when we go back to the office! Recently she gave me a massage while checking my ankle/Achilles which was playing up and really help to ease the tension but even more importantly find the ultimate source of the issue. Thank you Sandy cannot recommend you more highly!!

    If I was able to give 10 stars I would. Sandy is without doubt one of the kindest, supportive professionals I have ever encountered. I have been all over the place with back and leg issues. Every time I have been down she has picked me up and put me back on course. With physio, and achievable exercises I have been able to get my life back on track. I struggle to find the words of gratitude and relief that are truly deserved. Thank you, thank you, thank you Sandy. If you are struggling to keep going and your body is not doing what it’s meant to do, make an appointment to see Sandy. You won’t regret it!

    I had my first training session with Sandy about three months ago and the difference she has made to my fitness has been amazing. Before I started training with Sandy I couldn’t run for a minute without stopping and now I run 10k every week. She has helped me so much, not only with my fitness but with my confidence as well. She is such a friendly person and always encourages me to push myself harder. Her sessions are always challenging and varied and a lot of fun. She understands what your goals are and does everything to help you to achieve them. She really cares about her clients and I cannot recommend her enough!

    Highly recommended! When I initially discovered Sandy, I was in search of professional coaches. However, what she offered exceeded mere professional training. Undoubtedly, she is an expert in her field—knowledgeable and willing to assist in various ways. Always positive and encouraging, she customizes exercises based on how you feel rather than rigidly adhering to a specific plan. Sandy not only aided me in achieving better fitness but also supported me in exercising during and after my pregnancy. My recovery wouldn't have been as swift without her guidance.
