No one has a clue what to do in this shop your be waiting 10mins to be served with one person in front. No apology I started to get served then the man walked away half way through. So I explained I was in a rush and he still left me standing there. Left with out purchasing anything.

Have never been treated so badly by a shop before. As a 33 year old person with ID told to leave a shop through tannoy for buying a can of gin and tonic. Educate your staff on customer service and etiquette.

Went in to buy a drink, the refrigerators were lukewarm at best, so did not buy a drink. When I told lady at register (as there were yogurts and things that could spoil) she just shrugged and said it's "expensive" to cool things! Not impressed

If you planning to get a breakfast from McColls early morning, keep in mind that place does not open at 6am according to business hours. Opens roughly around 6:15 - 6:20

A small store with a relatively limited selection of items. Pricing structure is a bit odd, with some items very cheap and others well above the odds. Staff are friendly and Oyster services are available

Friendly staff, sells most the essentials you need, even better now they stock Safeway products

I usually don't go in here due to the poor running and lack of stock on the shelves but u was amazed when I went in the other week when I saw a young lady rushing around making sure the store was correct. I might start coming in more often if this is the new way the store is run.

The staffs should have been trained properly, when something didn’t work right, they didn’t try get it sorted but blamed it to the customer instead(I’m sorry, what I have experienced in this store gave me that feeling) and one of the staffs even said : so why don’t you go to them? (The other store) Fine, I’m going to the other store now.

McColls is great value and much cheaper than other stores in blackheath but they have quite a lot of staff problems. I often try to enter at 7 pm and the doors are locked. There's no sign on the window, so you have no idea what's going on. Tonight a particular member of staff finally came to the front door after 4 of us were queueing and said she was on a break for 20 mins. Please just let people know what's going on, this has happened several times with this person and there are other issues with her service Thanks

For the last few years, maybe longer. The fridge has been broken. Room temperature cokes on a hot summer's day are not refreshing On the plus side, has a wide selection of room temperature drinks to choose from.

Always understaffed and closed during official opening hours. Just tried to pick up an Amazon package and closed for the next 2 hours. Sun 24 Sept '23. Please don't put an Amazon pickup in your store if you aren't open so people can collect.

Try to pay my water bills. Staffs closed the whole shop to smoke outside the shop. Asked to staff are u closed, staff reply look like it .Terrible service!!!!
