DO NOT GO TO THIS CINEMA Disappointed with the service I received during my recent visit to your cinema, at Cineworld O2 for Guardians of the Galaxy 3 showing VIP. I experienced several issues that left me feeling frustrated and dissatisfied with my overall experience. We arrived at the cinema and sat down for the buffet dining, in the beginning there were no plates, little cutlery and sparse food. One customer complained about food remnants on their cutlery item, and the manager flicked through the cutlery items and  found several dirty items. This was unacceptable, and it resulted in there being no spoons or forks available at one point. There were several items such as Mac n cheese, salad and vegetable curry that were not replaced with new food throughout the entire sitting. The salad bar and fruit salad remained empty for the entire period we sat down. In addition to this, one plate of pizza was brought out 20 minutes after we sat down. After a significant amount of time being seated only two pizzas had been brought out in total for over 30 guests. The popcorn and hotdogs had clearly been sitting there for a significant period of time, which was evident by how stale and empty they were. Even the fruit juices had been out for a while, as customers had to stir the orange juice. Despite the VIP tickets offering unlimited snacks there were no snacks to be consumed as per the photos, popcorn and hotdogs remained minimal. In terms of the soft drinks offered, there were durations where there were no straws or plastic lids. When a table complained to the manager, Robert, he offered his apologies but was demeaning, patronising and ultimately rude to the person complaining and did not offer any real solutions, apart from a corporate email address to make a complaint. This was disappointing, and it only added to the negative experience we were already having. The only member of staff who was actively trying to refill the empty items was running around frantically, and was the only one managing the issues. The manager spent time watching this member of staff without offering any assistance himself, even after we overheard the manager apologising to the member of staff for being the only person running around. We witnessed several members of staff enter and leave the kitchen, with no one offering assistance to the one member of staff actively trying. This is a clear sign of poor leadership. It was not until 20:19, 11 minutes before the film was scheduled to start, that a supervisor asked for help from the "main side." This delay in addressing the problem was unacceptable, and did little to remedy the situation. Lastly, we were denied access to the screen for 8 minutes past the viewing time, as the theatre was not ready despite the pre-screening programming having already begun. This made us feel rushed and stressed, which is not how we expected to feel during our visit to the cinema and is not reflective of the VIP experience we were purchasing. Whilst we understand that there may be staffing issues that are out of Cineworld's control, we had paid for a "luxury" experience where we had been advertised a buffet for dining, unlimited snacks and drinks which would make an occasion "extra special". This was not the experience we received, and ultimately we left completely disappointed in the experience received. Overall, I am extremely disappointed with the service I received during my recent visit to your cinema. Given the poor experience mentioned above I sent a request a full refund of the tickets and Cineworld simply sent a generic apology for the experience offering little else than empty words!

Prefect afternoon. Avatar: The Way of Water on 4DX is a most watch. You feel the waves, under water, the sounds, vibrations, the smoke, and the drizzle 🌧 of water on my skin 😊awesome. The nice gentleman at the counter was great Avatar shows at 12:30pm, 4:10pm and 8:10pm

We got our unlimited cards. As you know it’s really worth it. Unlimited cinema for less than the price of two tickets a month! The seats were very comfy and had a lot of screens like 4DX, super screen n all. We just love to enjoy there.

Such a lovely place. Cineworld Cinema made my date night awesome. I went to see "The King's Man" it was a beautiful movie and the cinema was kinda empty so it made the night more special and there was enough room to sit and enjoy the movie. The popcorn and slush was great as well, I had the raspberry and cherry slush and it was yummy.

I recently visited Cineworld VIP experience for what should have been an enjoyable movie night, but unfortunately, it turned out to be an disappointing experience. The food at the cinema was far from satisfactory, leaving me questioning why I even bothered purchasing VIP tickets in the first place. While I understand that VIP tickets comes with unlimited buffet, popcorn, snacks and wonderful seating experience, the food served at the buffet was not fresh. The vegetable curry is disaster and chicken curry is not freshly made. And the bread is so thick that one cannot even chew. Speaking of popcorn, the taste and freshness left much to be desired. It was clear that the popcorn had been sitting around for a while, as it lacked the crunchiness and warmth that should come with freshly popped kernels. It tasted stale and had an unpleasant greasiness to it that made the whole experience unenjoyable. Overall, seating experience is only what I liked from the VIP screening and it is not worth spending 32 pounds.

Lovely cinema. The seats can be a bit squeaky but the overall experience is worth it. Screen 16 and their 4DX is great.

Been here a few times. Mainly because I'm a massive fan of the D-Box and 4DX seats, which is a good experience for Action Films. One of the Best Cinemas in London with regards to the various options of how you wanna experience watching films here. After BFI IMAX (where I will only attend to watch movies shot using IMAX cameras) this is my next favourite Cinema in London :)

Excellent cinema. Really big screens with superb audio quality and also lots of seating. Very immersive if you are watching movies. Escalator and stair access to other screens. Some screens on the lower floor and some screens upstairs. Also you can but food (e.g. hot dog), drink (e.g. slushies) and popcorn.

I had a reservation for avatar 4d and they canceled the reservation without informing me with another movie and 2 hours earlier. luckily I checked the tickets again and was able to cancel the tickets. I recommend making a print or a print screen of the tickets because the date and time are not included in the ticket confirmation email. they are redirects to their page and if they change it in their system, it changes in your email too. and you don't have any proof anymore

Highly recommend the VIP option . You arrive about an hour before you film starts to a nice buffet. There was pizza , Mac and cheese , sweet and sour chicken and a Sunday roast with all the extras. There is free soft drinks and hot drinks you have to pay for the alcohol. Small range of desserts for you to pick from ! Before you go in to the movie you can take popcorn , nachos and halal chicken hot dogs which are all unlimited. The seats are incredibly comfortable and overall it’s a great way to see a longer movie such as Avatar 2 which I saw. Would highly recommend 🔥

Back again and love it here in vip experience! Review for Cineworld VIP. Firstly arrive 45mins before film not before. We arrived earlier and was told we had to wait outside for 6min then someone else appeared and said we had to wait 36mins! I asked can we buy drinks at the bar area ? His reply was I'll have to get my supervisor ( really??) but this person never appeared?? So this first experience of staffing was poor and undecisive. Clearly a staff training issue. Next the buffet! Now I wasn't expecting outstanding food and I wasn't wrong. Look the pizza ok, but only 2 choice. Rest of food was Icelands frozen party food quality. Mac and cheese was penne pasta and cheese. Chicken in chicken tikka masala have a funny texture. More salad dips then actual salad. Fresh fruit was blueberries and tinned pineapple. Best selections there was the desserts and ice cream machine. Cinema food selection was okay. Popcorn warm and well stocked, chicken hotdogs nice, I know people moan that its chicken but we've all been eating MRM chicken hotdogs for years without knowing it!! At lease they have the decency to tell us its chicken. Soft drinks a bit flat so stuck to the bottled water. Ice bucket was just water Didn't try the nachos but looked OK. Cinema seating was amazingly comfortable and enjoyable screening, only criticism its extremely load! Would definitely book again and found it good value based on the unlimited cinema snacks and drinks. Buffet Food does need to improve, best just stick to pizza and ice cream here.

As cinema experience Cineworld ar The O2 is my favourite place in London... Variety of screens, multiple film choices ... Screen room always clean, well maintained... As minus are the drink and food choices... Fizzy drinks like Fanta, Pepsi, Mountain Dew... All zero sugar... Only one normal is regular Pepsi from tap... No chips for example, and food / drinks pricey... Anyway plenty of food choices inside O2... Before or after the movie... We are long time clients to both O2 and Cineworld at The O2

Spectacularly large venue, always have the largest IMAX super screens available also, fabulous day out for family or friends. Located within the o2 arena which is another excellent shopping mall/entertainment venue in itself.

The venue is great, truly enjoyed the Mission Impossible: Dead Reckoning in Dolby Atmos. The downside is that the staff couldn't tell the difference between Superscreen, ScreenX and 4DX formats and I had to figure out my way to the right screen myself. Save that, the Cineworld at the O2 is a great venue with one of the best facilities in London and a great location by the River thames with an ample selection of restaurants and entertainment

the overall experience was okay/ good and relaxing. The interior space is impressively spacious, providing ample room for guests to unwind and enjoy the movie in the vip screening. highlights of the VIP experience is the availability of unlimited snacks and food. However, I have to be honest in saying that the food standard left much to be desired. To put it bluntly, the quality of the food was appalling, and I wouldn't even consider giving it to my pet. The only redeeming items on the menu were the hotdogs, nachos, ice cream, and drinks. Unfortunately, the popcorn was stale, and I hope that food trading standards investigate this issue and hold Cineworld accountable for their subpar offerings. It's disappointing to see such low-quality and cheap food being presented to customers. Nevertheless, the comfortable seating and VIP screens provided an enjoyable movie-watching experience. Despite the food shortcomings, the cinema's ambiance, seating, and screens make it a great place to relax and immerse yourself in a film.

We had a wonderful 4DX experience in Harry Potter movies last weekend. It was really fun watching these types of movies in 4DX. I would highly recommend it to anyone to take your family and friends. You will cherish the experience. Thanks

Cinema entrance and hallways were clean, tidy. Signage inside could be larger/brighter. Staff are very helpful and polite. Inside the screen was clean on floor and the seating. Seat was soft but back support was not great. Front till service for food/ snacks was quick, only queued for 7/ 8mins. Choice of snacks was good, pricing not too scary. Didn't use the bathrooms so don't know what they were like. .

OK, I would have given this 5 stars if it were for the helpful and courteous staff. The air conditioning wasn't working, so the screen was stifling hot. The management need to take a trip to Bluewater cinema and see how they have adapted to lower audience numbers. With less seats, but more comfortable and wider. Going to the pictures ain't cheap these days, I accept that. So it needs to be a great experience.

Travelled from Chelmsford for an evening out at the Dome's Cineworld, to see Top Gun Maverick in 4DX. Highly recommended movie in itself and the 4DX does add to the experience. 4DX only suits some movies and if I had to pick a movie, this is 'currently' the one to watch. Basically any good action movie, forget boring soppy movies it'll be a total waste of 4DX. The cinema itself has a nice range of food/snacks, was clean and the seats nicely laid out in terms of spacing and sloping of seating. So no heads in ya line of sight, unless your really, really short. Ps. Don't forget to turn the sound off on ya phone. I didn't and my wife cracked up with laughter as I hurriedly tried to find and shut off my phone.
