Best practice by far. From the time I entered the practice to be greeted by a friendly smiling receptionist, to entering the surgery and having my treatment. I could not recommend this place enough they make you feel like a individual and really listen to your needs and concerns. We should be giving them a sticker for the excellent service they provide.

I suffer from very bad anxiety, and I'm always very nervous when attending dental appointments. My dentist (Kia) was absolutely amazing in making me feel calm and reassured. He also commented on how far I'd come in the past few years in terms of being brave enough to book and attend appointments. The receptionist was also very polite and helpful. The practice is always clean and hygienic.

I would have given them a 5 star but a miserable nurse who was was at the reception desk training to be a receptionist spoilt it by being rude, cynical and unprofessional. But the Dentist Lavinia and her assistant were super nice, great sense of humour which helped me to relax due to my phobia of Dentists and very professional and knows how to communicate effectively with her patients. I won't let one stuck up grumpy nurse put me off but I will not allow her to assist me when I return for treatment.

Professional and caring staff who put you at ease and offer a quality service. I would never change from this dentist and also having seen various members of staff I really appreciate that the quality of staff and level of care is exemplary across the board no matter who you see

I have had the good fortune of having Dr. Kia as my dentist for a long time. I trust his work and his advice completely, and all of his work has been outstanding. The best dentist I ever had. The practice is always clean and neat. Receptionists are friendly. Thank you for the wonderful service.

I came in early and was seen before my appointment as the patient did not turn up for their appointment. The actual process went well and everything was being explained as they worked on my teeth. As someone who is very nervous coming to the dentist, due to previous experiences, I felt no pain at all, even with the drilling and injections! Looking forward to my next appointment now.

I love using Belmont Park Dental practice. We have a lovely dentist and my recent hygienist was very punctual, did a good job and the treatment didn't cause discomfort at all, which I was very pleased with. Would definitely recommend!

Wouldn't change them for the world! I always feel safe, welcomed and put at ease whenever I come to the practice, which helps me be even more calm when getting my teeth done. My children now enjoy coming too, which I just love as I have been coming since I was a child also. The care, support, advice, friendliness, understanding, making me feel safe and comfortable, is what keeps me coming back every single time, they are brilliant and I recommend everyone to go really : )

I have been with this practice for quite some time now. It is the best dental practice in Lewisham and I would have no hesitation in recommending this practice to family and friends. The receptionists are very friendly and helpful and the staff there are excellent at what they do. You are always advised what treatment is being carried out on the day. I am having extensive treatment at the moment and am really pleased with the way the treatment is going.

Excellent dental practice. My hygienist Andie is both efficient and lovely to deal with likewise my dentist Dharaka. Reception staff invariably courteous and pleasant. Wish I’d discovered this practice a lot sooner than I did. I no longer avoid check ups through fear!

Excellent care from Andie. While she does your teeth, you can watch people hang-gliding and skateboarding on a TV on the ceiling.

I always feel my dental hygiene is being looked after well, after each visit. Have been with this practice for about 50 years. Always satisfied with service and treatment.

Front desk staff are always friendly and helpful. Lois my usual hygienist is outstanding and really cares about her patients. Most recently Dr Desai has done me another beautiful cosmetic filling that fixes my smile and is completely indistinguishable from the rest of my teeth. Highly recommended all round.

Belmont is an excellent dental practice that I would recommend highly to anyone looking to improve their smile. I have had quite a lot of work done over the past 12 months, 3 x extraction, Invisalign and an implant and Ross Lewis and his team have done a superb job of not only getting the job done seamlessly and to a high standard, but also working with me / keeping me calm (I am an anxious customer!). Wouldn’t recommend this surgery. Very unfriendly reception team that make you feel like an inconvenience. After a bad experience I moved to Dental Beauty in Lee and every visit is wonderful, excellent customer service and brilliant care. My partner just had a similarly bad experience at Belmont Park dentist and is also moving to Dental Beauty as a result.

I found the dental practice waiting area is clean and well decorated. The staff are very polite and helpful. The dental staff are good, knowledgeable and polite.

Lovely practice, very clean aims to put you at ease, given an honest appraisal and the treatment plan was fully explained.

I’ve just had my first dentist appointment at your practice with Dharaka which was a very pleasant experience. Of all the years I’ve visited a dentist, no one has ever suggested one of the treatments she did on me right there and then and it has made a huge difference already with how I feel about my teeth. I will be back!

Unfortunately I had a bad experience here, a filling done via high private rates that left me with a very uncomfortable bite. I went back twice to try and get it fixed, but ended up having to pay a dentist elsewhere to finally sort it out which was a big relief after months of so much discomfort. If you're paying private anyway, it may be better to pay a bit more and go for a higher quality of service.

Ross and pooja were amazing today, I am petrified of dentists and avoid unless absolutely have to, I had an abscess and actually let Ross remove my tooth when previously I had to be put to sleep for any dental work, and I must admit it really was not as bad as expected Ross was so reassuring and patient with me despite the tears and panic, and pooja even held my hand the whole time, they made me feel so comfortable and at ease as much as I could be.I will definitely return and can’t thank them both enough.

It was explained to me that the dentist was running a bit late so I was able to arrange car parking and read for a while so what might have been a problem wasn't. Kalyani was her usual charming and attentive self and a good dentist. Continuity of care is an important factor something sorely lacking at my GP surgery.

Excellent service..... was dreading this appointment.... but the whole team made the experience as painless as possible.... and I’m not a great lover of the dentist..... 6 yrs since my last visit but so so happy with the exceptional service delivered but the team today...... thank you for taking my pain away

Andy is absolutely fantastic at what she does! She is honestly one of the best hygienist out there. Professional, thorough and delivers the highest standards. Also to add she's friendly, warm and kind! I will be coming back to see from now on.

I didn't go to the dentist for over 15 years after many bad experiences. I took my son to this dentist (Kia) and he was so patient and thoughtful when dealing with my boy it made me think let me give this another try. So I booked in with a lady and she was amazing. I mean I had a root canal done. Pain free, then a gold crown that looks perfect. Shaped like the tooth that was there originally. So i went back and had a filling replaced by another lady at first i was sad i didn't have the same dentist that did the crown but the new dentist was so funny. I was laughing the whole time. Once again pain free. Honestly I cannot praise these guys enough.

Recently joined this practice, and the service from reception right through to seeing the Dentist/Hygienist is first class. My appointment was on time, courteous staff and professional. Visibly clean environment and even the hand sanitiser were a better quality

My dentist was extremely patient and understanding of my fear. He talked me through everything he was doing and made me feel as at ease as someone as scared as I am can be. My anxiety has put me off going for such a long time but now I have the dentist I have, I feel alot more at ease making appointments and actually attending.

Can't recommend enough. Went here for a second opinion after being told by another dentist that I needed a lot of expensive work, to find out that it was not required at all. Dentist and staff were lovely, very patient, thorough and professional. Thank you Belmont and Dharaka

For someone that's apprehensive of the dentist, I was absolutely blown away by the service at Belmont Park Dental Practice. My dentist was extremely friendly, attentive and informative which made me feel at ease straight away. As someone relatively new to the Lewisham area, it's great to have found a dentist that I can trust. Will certainly be recommending to friends!
