DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS PLACE I was given raw chicken (picture attached) and prawns, as well as vinegar like inedible sour sauce with crispy beef (the addition of this ‘sauce’ wasn’t advertised on just eat). Food also arrived 50 minutes late. What trumps the inedible food and lateness is actually the rudeness of the guy that answered the phone when I called up to complain. He never said sorry and just shouted out that he would send a driver to collect it. Funnily this time the driver was much quicker than when he actually delivered the food. I have waited since Friday and still no refund. All I can say is that this place deserves every single 1 star review it has reviewed so far and no doubt will receive in the future.

If i could give a lower rating i would! The service and food at this restaurant are absolutely appalling. The food was 1 hour late and the restaurant did not contact me once to inform me about this.I had to go out of my way to call them and ask them where the food was. when my order finally came, the food was incorrect, might i add, the food tasted like it contained chemicals in it. Rightfully so, i contacted just eat (who i ordered with). They told me to call the restaurant and ask for a refund (since i payed in cash). I proceeded to do so and the man that answered the phone was extremely RUDE and continuously attempted to argue with me. He said that the reason i was not getting a refund was my fault and that i should have brought my food back (which defeats the point of the DELIVERY service no?) maybe you should have got the order right. They refused my refund and offered completely abysmal customer service and i am deeply disturbed by the food that i have received. Just to in case i have not stressed it enough, DO NOT ORDER HERE!

Honestly inedible food. Order was about 50% incorrect but aside from that it didn't really matter as the food was truly awful. Somehow this restaurant has a good rating on Just Eat which fooled me into ordering from this restaurant. The existence of this restaurant on Just Eat is damaging their reputation. Awful

really poor quality. I wish I had checked the reviews 1st. rice was clumped in a solid gelatinous looking mound. chicken curry was awefull. the mushrooms in it were all but shrivelled up and tastes really bad. we ordered the chicken balls which came hard and over fried. smoked crispy chicken was chewy and not any particular flavour. looooong story short don't bother ringing for your money back because you just get a load of nonsense and terrible customer service. Will be speaking to just earning the morning to complain because it's so bad even my dog didn't eat the chicken balls.... and that's saying something. honestly though do not order from here it's beyond bad

Placed an order on Just Eat, and immediately afterwards received a text message saying that the order would be delayed. After waiting till the revised delivery time, I called the vendor who said that he had tried to call me to say that his delivery driver was actually not currently at work, and would be arriving later. I did not receive any missed calls from the vendor - so he lied about trying to telephone me. Additionally, he obviously knew that his driver wouldn't be available, hence my receiving the delayed order message immediately after placing the order. I cancelled the order, so cannot comment on the quality of their food.

I can see others have had problems with delivery, I have always collected the food and to date haven't had any issues. The food has always been hot, freshly prepared and tasty. The staff are always friendly and polite, my only gripe is that it is fairly pricey considering there is competition just across the road at EXP.

DO NOT ORDER FROM HERE. They are lucky they got a 1star. Food was ordered at 7.30pm didn't arrived till 9.45pm. They sent something which I never ordered which looked like Calamari when im allergic to fish. When i called up they said it was chicken I was also meant to receive a free drink which I did not. The customer service skills are appalling. The food was disgusting. No prawns crackers or nothing. I will not be ordering from there again. Very disappointed.

Despite the fact that it takes enormous long time for the delivery to arrive, the food quality is actually alright. Food is warm, fresh, and tasty, Plus very cheap for the standard around the nearby Chinese restaurants. Not bad at all~

Rude staff and unproffesional. Food were cold. They did deliver my food in 1h and 45 min. I called them and i have asked why it is going to take so long. They said because of the traffic. I have checked google map and it takes only 17 min from restaurant and my address. Never ever i will not buy food from them. I can`t even understand for what reason in the wolrd you have to be rude and unproffesional whem someone is asking where is my food after 1h 30 min.

Ordered through Just Eat. Food was fine, the lady on the phone was very helpful.
