I
placed
a
£25
order
after
a
long
day
of
travelling.
When
it
came
-
I
quickly
realised
that
there
was
no
meat
in
my
curry.
I
rang
immediately,
and
was
promised
a
new
dish,
and
there
would
be
a
wait
of
approx
1.5hrs.
This
in
itself
annoyed
me,
we
had
already
waited
over
an
hour
for
the
original
order.
I
rang
again
after
1.5
hrs,
The
man
who
answered
said
“we
are
not
sending
anything
to
you,
because
you
are
a
liar”
I
informed
him
that
they’d
forgotten
to
put
the
meat
in
my
curry.
It
was
in
no
way
MY
fault
at
all!!
He
was
very
rude,
and
refused
to
refund
me,
even
though
I
was
in
the
right
&
there
was
only
a
single
prawn
in
my
curry.
No
chicken,
no
lamb...
it
was
a
mixed
dish
at
roughly
£10.
Why
on
earth
would
I
waste
my
time
complaining
about
a
bit
of
chicken
and
lamb
if
it
was
actually
in
there?
Baffled,
and
still
very
hungry.
As
someone
who
works
with
the
public
I’m
appauled
that
anyone
would
speak
to
a
customer
like
that.
