Great value for money. This hotel is located in a very clean and beautiful neighbourhood with easy access to Tube. The rooms are tiny but if you are spending most of the time out and about and looking for an affordable place to stay in a London hotel then choose this one. The staff at reception was very courteous. Thanks for a nice stay.

Stayed here overnight on a business trip and was impressed by the location of the hotel and how close it was to everything I needed to go, friendly staff and rooms surprisingly comfy for the price! I'd definitely reccomend upgrading to a window room as the windowless rooms can feel a bit claustrophobic. However, the bathrooms are a highlight with a good shower and the rooms have most things you'll need to get some work done. Basic business hotel that I'd stay at again

The hotel is small but very cozy and clean. The rooms are smart and as high tech as they appear on the website. I appreciated very much the fact that they are equiped individually with actual modern air conditioning units (both for heating and cooling) because the heat in London is starting to get a bit too much to bear without them these days and some older hotels still have a heat only option for room temperature adjustment. I loved the usb charging ports on the wall and felt really pampered by the quality of their showers. What is really great though, for those who use it as a travelling stop, is that it is situated in a straight line to the West India station under which is the entrance to the Elizabeth line making going to and from the station a step free environment which makes life so much easier.

A very pleasant stay. This hotel is spotlessly clean. When you consider just how dirty some city hotels are (even some of the more expensive ones in NYC, for instance) this hotel shines out for cleanliness. The location is quiet and I was able to sleep without problem. There was a hum from some machine in the hallway but that was all that bothered me and it wasn’t enough to keep me awake . I often need earplugs to sleep in busy city centres but they were totally unnecessary here. The room was good value and for that, I didn’t expect it to be spacious. The room was laid out like a Tiny Home, utilising every bit of space carefully. I’d much rather have small, clean and quiet than pay a lot more for another hotel and perhaps be disappointed by, for example, noise or cleanliness. The location was ideal for me, for syncing up with friends and getting to Excel. We also spent the day in London, and this hotel is very convenient for the local Docklands Light Railway station (Westferry). There are places very nearby to eat and enjoy a drink at the end of the day. I believe snacks are available at the hotel but I didn’t make use of this facility. The staff were polite. Clearly they were a little tired from the rush of the bank holiday weekend. If I needed to stay in Docklands again, I’d definitely consider returning to this hotel.

Maria at the reception desk was very friendly and helpful. We knew that we we had booked ourselves a windowless room, it was nice at nighttime to fall asleep in pitch darkness however waking up in the morning is a bit disorientating. Sockets, TV, hairdryer, bathroom, lights, bed itself and the keycards were all good quality. There was a bit of noise whenever fellow guests walked past the room so perhaps the doors aren't as soundproof as we'd like but it was good value for the central location we wanted in Canary Wharf, and only a 5 minute walk to a DLR station to get us to City Airport.

I cant fault this place as a 3 star hotel. I stayed in the grade two listed building across from reception. Don’t be fooled by the outside. It’s nice inside and my room was spotless. I stayed 5 nights so got one of the bigger rooms. Obviously there is no food etc but there is plenty about on Canary Wharf. Wifi was excellent and my room was always serviced. Great location especially if you want to stumble in from the pub across the road.

I had a one night stay whilst attending an event at the Excel. The front desk team were helpful, location is convenient, the room was clean and minimal in style and compact but that's where the good things stop. There was zero sound proofing on my floor, so much so that I could hear toilets flushing, doors slamming and couples being busy at all hours at midnight and two am. I hope the couple had a good night because I didn't. Don't come here unless you have ear plugs.

This was a great room at a great price point! It's about a 15-min walk to any train station and then just about anything you want to see in London is within a 20-min train ride. The area nearby has lots of great restaurants, some of which seemed to get a bit rowdy on the weekend (although it was still quiet at the room). We were there to see the sights and didn't spend much time in the room, so it's small size was fine by me. It was also totally worth it springing for a room with a window as it helped with the jetlag (even though it wasn't a window you could see anything through). The only thing I thought was missing was a luggage rack or 2 (there's no furniture in the room besides the bed). If it had that, it would've been way easier than dealing with all our stuff on the floor and this would've instantly been a 5-star review. Otherwise, the room was clean, comfortable, and nicely priced. I would definitely stay there again!

Rooms are so tiny I don't recommend booking a room for more than one person to stay in or for more than one night, zero storage, the bed feels like sleeping on a bag of pebbles. All the lights and fan unit is difficult to navigate and the instructions are outdated. You can hear everything from the rooms next to you even when you're down the hall. The area is the most beautiful I have ever seen with so much to do and lots of gorgeous places to eat (I don't recommend the docklands diner). The only really good thing about the hotel is the location, canary wharf is somewhere I think anyone visiting London should check out Front desk service was good, they held onto our bags while we were walking around before we could check in, and you can check in early after 12pm for extra pounds

Needed an overnight stay in London so we booked to stay here on Saturday and this place is a glorified hostel and not a hotel! Don’t be misled by the reviews and intentionally make effort to READ the low reviews- because had i done that I wouldn’t have gone here. Feels like a student accommodation and the price is not worth it. Premier inn far exceeds this! When we arrived to our room the bathroom was dirty! We immediately informed the reception of this they were unable to do anything. Housekeeping did an extremely poor job, black stains on the floor of the shower. Hair was left Inside of the toilet and all they could say was sorry were fully booked. In the morning of checkout another room was provided to us to shower in as my husband insisted they change the room. They finally acknowledged it was dirty and guess what? The 2nd room they gave us was ALSO dirty!! So clearly this is the standard of housekeeping and bathrooms here. If I could get a full refund I would! What a waste of money and a poor experience. Never staying here again.

Room is compact, location is fab. There are two buildings for the hotel, the main is the brand new modern one. The room had a window in it, the only downside is that I was woken up by people doing rubbish really early in the morning. Overall it was a really nice place to stay. Lizzy line was about 5mins from the hotel. Wasn’t able to have any breakfast although it would be nice to have a kettle in the room with tea & coffee.

Rooms so small and claustrophobic. Couldn’t open window and air conditioner would go no lower than 18 degrees. Beds were comfortable but due to heat in room had a poor nights sleep. No tea and coffee making facilities in the room but could purchase from reception. Would I stay here again? Probably not

Stayed here on business and although the rooms were small, the location, service, and ease of booking were to notch. My room was nothing more than a queen sized bed and bathroom in an 8' x 12' space with a small window, but that was all I needed. Great service and great wifi.

It is convenient to go to central London because there are many subways around. The night view is really beautiful. There was no major inconvenience. I'm very satisfied.

The staff at the frontdesk were extremely helpful and welcoming. You can feel the good vibes upon stepping onto the doormat with the ‘hello stranger’ sign. The room is small but delightfully modern and clean. The comfortable bed disrupted our time-to-get-up schedule 😉

Amazing location for the price! I paid around 100 pounds for a place with two twin beds. The room was small but very clean and the shower and bathroom was nice. It was super modern and the staff was super sweet and helped me find a place to eat late at night. They also put hot water in my ramen at like 1 am because there isn’t a microwave in the room. Would definitely stay here again because the location is super convenient and beautiful.

The staff were fantastic! Valentina in particular was so friendly, she made us feel so welcome - helped us with directions and everything we needed. The location was just perfect for me getting to the O2 for work (just one stop away) and then to and from Soho etc for our holiday. Although small, the room was perfect and clean. Hairdryer too which was ace! Just wish there had been tea/coffee making facilities in the room. But there was 24hr access to tea/coffee from reception for a small charge. Valentina did help me out with free hot water at one point for which I was very grateful.

Remember to use HotelTully.ᴄᴏm when booking any resort. This website will compare countless booking websites and typically will have rooms much cheaper compared to others! You're welcome :)! This resort is one of the highest rated in this area. I've been coming here for a very long time. If you stay for a few days you definitely will love it I'm sure! I recently stayed at the Point A Hotel in Canary Wharf and I had a great experience. The hotel staff was extremely nice and accommodating, and they made my stay very pleasant.

As the other reviews have mentioned, the rooms are small, but not in a bad way. Great for a short stay, the bathroom is clean, the room is clean and lots of nice features. Would definitely recommend to anyone who has to stay overnight in London. The location is perfect too, quiet at night and really safe.

Great location for Canary Wharf. Rooms are very small and basic - this was expected, but the bed was quite uncomfortable as the pillows were extremely hard. Did not realise rooms don't have a kettle. You can buy hot drinks downstairs, but at that point you might as well go out to a coffee shop. Room was very clean and the Aircon was decent, but I wouldn't choose to stay again.

The location of the hotel is great with transport links within walking distance. Agree that rooms are on the smaller side but they provide all of the basics needed for a comfortable night stay in a prime location. The room was clean, conformable and quiet. The staff is very friendly and welcoming. And the price is perfectly adequate. Perfect for 1 or 2 night stay but any longer you might want to consider spending more. We will definitely use this hotel again if we return to London on our next visit. This is a perfect location if you are going for a gig to O2 Arena!

Absolutely terrible hotel. Ridiculous small room. Hardly could move around there! Bathroom tiny too and the disgusting shower gel stink so badly it was make me gag no stop in the shower. Biggest disappointment was there is no coffee and kettle in the room ( probably because is not space there ) so went down on reception what I though it may be in the price coffee. Nope!!! You have to pay for it! We couldn't sleep at all, we both had terrible back ache and 2.5 hours back home in train was nightmare from the pain from the bed. Seriously bad hotel!

Great central location! Room is good for the price and very functional but the pillows are not very comfortable. Reception and coffee service is said to be 24/7 but when I needed the coffee, the single coffee machine started cleaning which takes 20-30 minutes! Unfortunate!

Very uncomfortable hard bed with hard pillows, no breakfast option and they don’t have any painkillers at the reception. The room is clean and tidy but basic and claustrophobic without a desk and a proper chair. Just bed and the toilet. The AC couldn't be adjusted properly it was either too cold or too hot. The staff was very nice but I’m not coming back.

Me and my wife stayed at this hotel between October 14th - 17th 2021. We had previously stayed at a point A hotel in Edinburgh earlier in the year and had a great time. This hotel in Canary Wharf had most of the features we were provided with in Scotland, aside from the ability to control room brightness and lighting. In addition to present familiar features, there were also familiar admissions in our room comparable to the Edinburgh branch. There was no kettle or fridge in our room, and we had to get hot water from the front desk. Furthermore, our room was small and squashed, but on the bright side the hotel was located in a convenient area full of restaurants, cinemas, shopping malls and tube train. Overall our experience was good but not as comfortable as our time with the Edinburgh branch.

A really great, modern, value hotel. If you just need a room for a night or two then this hotel is perfect. The rooms are really modern with a fresh design, bright with mirrors and glass. The beds were really comfy and the large flatscreen tv was nice too. Towels and a hairdryer in the room was also great. These was also an easy to use safe. The bathroom was really clean and the modern shower was great, soap and a 2in1 body wash/shampoo was provided but wasn’t the greatest quality, however still a nice touch. The downsides were that the room was quite tight, our window faced a power unit (which was quite noisy so we had to keep the window shut) and there are no cabinets / wardrobes, just some hangars on the wall. They are functional, and great if you only need to stay a night or two but i wouldn’t have an extended stay. All that being said, our stay was brilliant, the customer service was brilliant, check in and checkout was really fast and we asked for an extra hour delay for checkout and were granted this free of charge. I would stay again if only for one or two nights, if you need an ultra cheap hotel in London for a short trip then this is the one.

Clean and tidy. Very good location. Modern room. The room is very small but it doesn't feel like that due to the clever design of the rooms. We had a room with a window

We paid £50 for a room with a window for 2 people. The room itself is small but cosy and has some added benefits such as air con and the ability to adjust your lights (our room could not dim the lights). Another added benefit was the quick check in. At first we were given a window room next to the smokers area right next to the car park. We found the room filled with the smell of smoke and constant noise the first couple. After complaining they put us into a room just above our previous room and we just assumed this was a lazy attempt as rectifying the issue and so our faith in the staff was gone. All night we had to juggle the option of either smelling cigarette smoke or boxing ourselves inside our room. Both my partner and I suffer really bad asthma and so this affects us physically and is not simply a preference. This did not help the fact that the smokers area was populated at every hour of the night with loud groups of people having alcohol outside and discussing prices about a local escort coming to the hotel. Overall this hotel could be very great however it was let own fro bad oversight and unfortunately doubt I will ever be coming back anytime soon. All in all its a cheap and ok hotel but only if it’s convenient and cheap to do so. My experience was ruined by the smokers and loud noises through the night and although the staff were given a chance to solve this, we felt as if we were not helped. Lets hope you reading this do not get the same treatment!

Small clean rooms. A great lace to sleep cheaply in London. No frills.

I stayed here for 11 days ! And honestly I LOVED IT ! It’s great if your travelling alone . It may be a little small for couples and families, but if you don’t mind being a lil squished it’s completely fine ! I also usually waste a lot of money when hotels have snack bars , and room service . So I feel like I saved a lot of money actually going for walks and picking up food. They do have a few snacks , coffee and drinks/water for purchase at the front desk 24/7 as well ☺️ the staff was AMAZING. They’re so kind and so helpful. The hotel is very clean. There are many restaurants within walking distance as well as a shopping centre . The diner next door is amazing and very well priced. It is also very close to 3 DLR stations as well as a tube station . Oh and in the room There’s an option to change the colours of the Lights to blue , purple , pink , green or yellow which is very fun. I also forgot a plug so the USB outlets were very helpful. I would stay again ☺️

We stayed here for one night during our stopover. Night staff lady was rude and bossy she charged my card for the room when it was already paid saying it’s a deposit. Morning staff was great and polite - informed us they don’t charge the card for deposit and refunded it. The room is small but well equipped.

The staff is friendly, the room is a bit small, but clean and tidy, and overall very good. Especially the light strip can also adjust the color, which is very fun. However, the pillows are hard and high, there are no kettles and wardrobes in the room, only three small hangers. It good value for money, a shory break good choice, over a week planning plz dont!

Solid value for a London hotel. Room is compact, not enough space to easily walk around the bed, but lots of clever little details like foldaway shelves meant a bit of space to move. Shower was excellent (especially compared to some compact hotels elsewhere in London). No inclusive tea/coffee (around £2 a go from reception). Service was more often than promised, with towels changed daily.

  • 5/5 Heather D. 2 years ago on Google
The staff were very friendly and efficient on arrival. The room was spotlessly clean and the beds were very comfortable. The location of the hotel was just 5 minutes walk from restaurants, shops and the business area. We enjoyed our stay.

Great concept. all you need and nothing more. super clean and quiet. strong wifi. good shower. comfortable bed. Rooms are cleverly laid-out and equiped but also tiny. Fine for one, not so much for two.

  • 4/5 Winnie K. 2 years ago on Google
Room was tiny but clean & close enough to my conference. Room wasn’t cleaned everyday & you had to wait till day 3 after checking in to get a cleaning. Otherwise, budget friendly. Management needs to give the blonde (accent was non-british) front desk lady a course or 2 in customer care. All the other front desk agents I encountered were lovely.

  • 5/5 Attila S. 2 years ago on Google
Nice and tidy. It is perfect for a short stay alone or as a couple. But the lack of wardrobe/cabinet makes it uncomfortable for longer stays.

Reasonably priced clean. Small rooms with double bed, ensuite. TV but no tea and coffee.

  • 3/5 Amer A. 1 year ago on Google
Point a This is a good and affordable place for a clean, comfortable and fulfilling sleep, but that is about it. A very basic and standard hotel with limited amenities. You will not find a small towel, no slippers, no coffee tray, no closet other than few plastic hangers on the wall, and no sofa to sit. Actually the room is so compact that it can hardly fit more than one person. Better plan for spending most of your time out of the room and get back to sleep only. There is no restaurant too but few nearby good restaurants to choose from. There are some rooms without a window, so check beforehand if this makes a difference. However, the place is quiet and I had 2 good nights of sleep. Staff was friendly and approachable. The closest underground station is at least 10 minutes away.

Great service, super quick and easy, upgraded room so slightly bigger than had been booked. Really lovely setting, right next to Canary Wharf and the canals. Great places to eat and drink nearby. All the basics covered in the room and no complications. Super easy to use air conditioning which was a must during the heat wave. Great price for what it was.

  • 4/5 Gwyneth T. 1 year ago on Google
Great little room with everything needed except a kettle. Staff were friendly & very helpful. Drinks and snacks from reception were expensive with no kettle to make your own drinks. Otherwise great stay and great location for the Docklands, lifts going on and lifts off great places to eat locally.

  • 3/5 Vanesha D. 1 year ago on Google
I’d say this hotel was fair. The best part is the location and price. The rooms are REALLY small. The furniture and bedding are decent so I slept well. The rooms are very clean, no complaints there. Overall I would recommend this hotel for a quick trip.

  • 4/5 Gurpreet B. 1 year ago on Google
I like this place, good shower room and facilities, good friendly staff. Bed clean and comfortable and excellent location. Thing to note is each room has a split AC - this is great as it allows for instant heating and cooling. I wouldn't go here to have a "london hotel experiance" but as a place to sleep, and location if you are working in wharf its ace. Small room (estate agents would call bijou ;) ) but very functional
