I am utterly disappointed with the level of customer service provided by Savills. My experience with them has been nothing short of a nightmare. Their service has been consistently terrible, slow, and unreliable. It's disheartening to see a company of this calibre fail so miserably in meeting basic customer expectations. First and foremost, their lack of responsiveness is appalling. Whenever I've reached out to them with queries or concerns, it feels like my messages disappear into a black hole. It takes an eternity to receive a response, if I receive one at all. It's frustrating to have to chase after them repeatedly just to get a simple answer or update. Moreover, Savills has repeatedly failed to meet crucial deadlines. They seem to have no regard for the time constraints and commitments they set. Their inability to deliver on time has caused unnecessary stress and inconvenience, leaving me feeling neglected and undervalued as a customer. To make matters worse, I have experienced a rapid increase in rent prices not once, but twice within a single month. This blatant disregard for fair and reasonable practices is unacceptable. It feels like Savills is taking advantage of their customers, showing no consideration for the financial burden such drastic and frequent increases impose. Additionally, I've had the misfortune of encountering document loss issues with Savills. Important documents have mysteriously vanished, causing unnecessary delays and complications in crucial processes. Their negligence and lack of accountability in handling such sensitive and valuable information is highly concerning. Furthermore, trying to reach them has become an exercise in futility. Their phone lines are consistently busy, and attempts to get through to a representative have been futile. It's incredibly frustrating to feel so isolated and ignored, especially when seeking assistance or clarification on urgent matters. In summary, I strongly advise against dealing with Savills due to their abysmal customer service. Save yourself the hassle and frustration by seeking alternatives to this unreliable and unprofessional company.

**UPDATE*** Savills has finally allowed for satisfactory resolution. Do NOT EVER use this letting agency. They were terrible to deal with, slow and incompetent. Annabel and Maicy were unhelpful at best. They gave us wrong amounts due, wrong bank details and a wrong address to the property. Moreover, they rented us a unit that is an absolute DUMP and a biohazard. There is MOLD everywhere. Everything is broken. Now they are holding us to a lease for a property that is not fit for tenancy. RUN!!! Use any other agency but Savills. They are a fraud and a joke.

Excellent agents - having dealt with other estate agents, I can say that Savills were well and truly the best we have come across. Responsive, hardworking and all around really great to work with. Would highly recommend.
