Don’t buy a new build property from them unless you’re completely clued up on all of the issues that might happen- they are cowboys who only care about commission. The sales team just spouted rubbish throughout and gave me terrible and wrong advice. After the sale the whole property was full of issues that I was told before purchasing would be fixed, the developer had 0 intention of fixing and cbre pretended they were going to support and then just ignored all my emails. The whole thing has been a horrendous experience. I’m 2 years on and trapped in a new build full of problems and service charge that has increased from the projected 2k to 6k. Please please - anyone else looking to buy just stay clear.

Do not deal with Jessica Kwok at this branch, she is very rude and condescending and replies to your emails with her own agenda to try cover up her mistakes. I am a tenant and have not felt looked after at all, so if i was a landlord I would not want my property in her hands. When i was away on a business trip i had someone house sitting for me and she called him a liar and was extremely rude to him even though i had emailed permission to speak on behalf of me as the shower had broken which left us without a shower for over a week. Her answer was go to a friends or a gym or something. AVOID AT ALL COSTS.

I had a great experience searching for an apartment. Adam, the realtor who assisted me in finding it, was very professional and remarkably helpful. He went above and beyond to show me properties he thought I might appreciate.

We bought a run down property via Darren and Daniel. At the time the neglected house was sublet and managed by CBRE (Emily Taylor). I have been promised a professional cleaning and repairs mentioned in the contract. But after I received a key, I found that the property dirty with numerous unwanted items and cigarette butts inside and outside the property. Most of repairs have not been done. When I contacted Darren about the unfinished job, he promised to come back and then simply ignored me when I followed up again. If you buy and rent out any property via CBRE, please be extra careful with their empty promises.
