    Disgusting service! I went to visit this store (Canary Wharf) on Saturday 26th March to research and potentially buy a watch as well as ask whether they could adjust my links on my existing Rolex. I received this watch as a gift and I had enquired with Rolex direct who advised me that I can adjust my links at any authorised dealer, such as this store which is my closest AD. Upon arriving I was, approached by a member of staff called Kerry Anne. I told her that I am interested in starting a relationship with them as they are my local AD as well as whether they could adjust my links for me. Unfortunately, her body language and tone of voice completely changed to that of making me feel like a nuisance rather than a potential valuable customer. I understand in certain boutiques adjusting links can be charged (which I was happy to pay for) however Kerry Anne did not even give me this as an option, just a flat no as I hadn’t bought it from them. Even though a couple of years ago a different member of staff who was much more helpful (his name was Sandy) adjusted my links on a Rolex that had not been bought from them. I then asked Kerry Anne if I could register my interest for a few watches as well as look at other brands to which she replied that I should just deal with whoever did my links 3 years ago! I found this ridiculous and extremely rude/dismissive especially given the fact I told her that I am here now! For the record, the person who did my links 3 years ago was not even in the store and I certainly don’t have a relationship with this person! I am a customer of Watches of Switzerland and Bucherer and never have I received such dismissive, rude, lazy, and embarrassing service before. No sooner had I entered the store, I was effectively ushered to leave within a couple of minutes! The store was not busy - 4 staff to 2 customers at the time. I find Kerry Anne to have terrible people skills as she could tell that our conversation was not to my satisfaction and when I asked her for her name she patronisingly gave me it. Again I have no idea why I suffered such embarrassment in this store by this member of staff. On a brighter note, today I went into a WoS store and received a completely different level of service where I was welcomed warmly, they sat me down, offered water, registered my interest in a few watches, adjusted my links and introduced me to some different brands and I happily walked out with a new watch! Finally, I have been buying watches for years and never have I had the displeasure of receiving the level of disrespect from David M Robinson, Canary Wharf and namely Kerry Anne. It is a great shame as it is my local AD. Regards, Faz

    Exceptional people! Exceptional service!Exceptional organisation! I would like to thank Mr Baron Latuszak Blackman and manager Ms Bale Sekulceska for amazing service and experience on my 40th birthday. Leading to my birthday I enquired about special timepiece I wanted to purchase. Knowing current climate regarding hard to get watches, never the less. The only place I always went and go to for watches or jewellery is DMR Canary Wharf because of the people in the showroom. Always welcome, professional, great knowledge and straight up front. I could go on but long story short: they made my 40th birthday unforgettable experience! With every intricate detail they never miss! From sourcing timepiece! Delivering it on that day! The touch with bottle of special whisky! I highly recommend David M Robinson Canary wharf. Absolutely league of their own! Thank you

    Great shopping experience. Baron is the best SA I've ever seen. This is my first Rolex. Baron helped me patiently and explained a lot to me. Instead of recommending a particularly expensive watch to me, he helped me choose the most suitable one. In the process, he helped me to get 6-7 watches. He was very patient. Unlike my previous shopping experience, Baron didn't give me any pressure. Instead, he made me think for a day or two before making a decision. Finally, I chose a watch that was completely different from what I started. All the staff are nice and thanks for the small gift.

    Exceptional client experience, professional service, and a very welcoming team at DMR London. I had the privilege and pleasure of making my first watch purchase with Baron in mid-2021. The experience of purchasing a timepiece is very personal to me. Baron was incredibly patient in guiding me through various brands and models before we settled on the perfect timepiece. I'm thankful that Baron has given his time and energy to understand his client and direct me in the right direction. He's always upfront with his advice, and it's safe to say Baron knows me better than myself! Since my first timepiece a few months ago, Baron has helped to expand my collection, widen my knowledge, and given invaluable advice when I wanted to purchase gifts for my parents. The team at DMR London values building strong relationships with their clients over transactions, making every visit to the boutique a fun and enjoyable experience. I can't be grateful enough for the quality of service and the warmth that Baron, Bale, and the team at DMR London have shown me. I look forward to continuing this relationship and can't wait for my next purchase with Baron.

    I have been a keen watch collector for many years now and I have visited many shops around the world whether that be for a purchase or for a quick browse. I visited DMR Canary Wharf to see Albert and the experience was the best I’ve had till date. I was greeted by such friendly smiles and everyone was so polite. I was offered refreshments consisting of coffee, water or even champagne. Almost immediately I was also met by the store manager Bale and straight off the bat the conversation was about me, how my day had been and just an amazing rapport build. Our preferences in watches and brand heritage were discussed and there was a nice personal touch in getting to know Albert and Bale on a personal level. I found this to be really unique and pleasant as I genuinely believe this is a dying trait in the luxury watch shopping experience these days: people who actually value YOU and want to get to know their customers rather than just take your money and wish you a goodbye. Me, Albert & Bale had a nice long chat and I honestly didn’t realise where the time had gone. I can talk for the world (haha) but never once felt rushed or worried I was taking up too much of their time. I returned the next day to complete a purchase and was met again with many pleasantries and congrats by at least 3-4 different staff members including Bale. I honestly can say this is the best luxury store experience I’ve ever had with or without a purchase. Amazing, knowledgeable and kind staff who genuinely have a passion for what they do and have the correct etiquette and principles in supplying that experience that we all deserve when parting with the sums of money we do. I feel like it didn’t matter whether I was a wealthy/big collector or a first time buyer the experience would’ve still been the same. Definitely my new dealership and highly recommended to all looking to begin or continue their watch collecting journey!!

    I can’t thank Jonathan and Bale enough for what they have done for me. I bought my very first ever Patek time piece that is jaw dropping beautiful and they made the whole experience for me a VERY special occasion that I will never forget! Their ethos of understanding their clients and putting them first to find the right time pieces for them is so refreshing (Something very different from what I have experienced from other retailers in the past!) I look forward to future interactions with DMR Canary Wharf with Jonathan and Bale

    It has been a few weeks now since I picked up a watch for myself and had the opportunity to get something pretty special for my dad too… and I just have to say a massive thank you to Bale, Cerian and the whole team for being so accommodating throughout the whole process. You really won’t find anywhere better in London!!!

    DMR the best watch and jewellery shop around. I had the pleasure of working with Maria to source my watch. Maria is one of the most knowledgeable individuals in the industry, she has many years of experience, this was showcased in the way she handled my purchase. From enquiry to viewing to payment to collection, all rated 100%. It was such a pleasure to meet Maria and build our relationship. All the staff at DMR in Canary Wharf are very polite and approachable, this is a massive credit to the way Bale manages the store. I will be a customer of DMR and Maria for many years to come.

    Great experience! It was my first time to book an appointment with any AD. I expressed my interest on the new Tudor releases and a few Rolex models. Unfortunately, I arrived late but they were still kind enough to accommodate myself and my girlfriend. The staff were very polite and accommodating. We felt very welcome and were offered drinks as soon as we arrived. I would like to thank Hugo for taking his time to introduce me to the Rolex brand. Unfortunately, all Rolex watches were for exhibition only. However, he was very patient and really took his time in registering my interest on a few models. All in all, I enjoyed my first experience with an AD and did not feel pressured or rushed. Looking forward for my next visit!👍🏼👍🏼

    Had a great experience with this store. Albert is an amazing guy, he knows his stuff and is extremely knowledgeable. Coming from another watch dealer brand to David m Robinson I have to say the quality in service is night and day. Also the manager of the store is an extremely accommodating person ensuring we felt comfortable and made an effort to have a conversation with us. Also their tea and coffee is really good.

    I made an impromptu visit to David M Robinson in Jubilee Place, Canary Wharf one Friday afternoon. Being a passionate watch collector, I was on the lookout for a sophisticated time piece for myself and an elegant one for my wife. Upon entering the store, I was warmly welcomed and greeted by Hugo who kindly offered his services along with some refreshments. After sitting down and having a good conversation with him about my preferences, I can say that he went above and beyond in showing me different models and configurations. His passion, professionalism, extensive knowledge and attention to detail was truly remarkable, he took his time to answer any of my questions and provided a level of personalised service that made my whole experience from enquiry to purchase truly commendable. When it was time to collect my wife’s watch, the process was seamless and efficient. Hugo ensured that everything was in order and provided me with all the necessary information and documentation against my purchase, this further enhanced my overall shopping experience. To the future…my wife now wears her watch in good health and I look forward to building a lifelong relationship with Hugo and the team in Canary Wharf.

    I cannot recommend this store highly enough. I’ve had the pleasure of dealing with Maria D for a couple of purchases now and she’s such a lovely woman and a real asset to the company. It’s always great to spend time with her, getting to know her on a professional and personal level. I must also mention the manager Bale, she’s so friendly and knowledgeable too, I’m always learning new things about watches whenever I speak to her. Having previously had a poor experience with another store in Canary Wharf, going into DMR is like a breath of fresh air. All the staff are so nice, and nothing is too much trouble. They really go above and beyond to deliver an enjoyable and memorable experience that goes way beyond 5 stars! I look forward to my next visit & purchase soon 😊

    10/10 service from Jonathan, I was after a Datejust 31 to surprise my wife on her 30th, After ringing almost every jeweller in England, Jonathan assured me that he was the right man for the job. He would often update me on the progress of the order and although he didn't make any promises, I had confidence in him. Long story short, I couldn't believe it when he rang me to tell me that the watch was ready for collection a month before my wife's birthday, she is very happy with it and I couldn't be more thankful to DMR, especially for the complimentary Rolex perfume gifted to my wife by the manager at DMR which my wife absolutely adores. I will definitely be buying from them again, Thank you guy!

    Thanks to Cerian for a fantastic shopping experience at the new DMR store over at Canary wharf. Cerian sourced a perfect set of earrings for my wife's Christmas present and I managed to treat myself to a new watch. I wish the team at Canary wharf all the best at their new showroom!     First time buying with DMR, having used a different AD over the years, I was very surprised about DMR's customer service, a brilliant experience. Pedro and his manager took care of us, were super nice and very knowledgeable regarding the product I was picking up, and took the needed time in order to explain every function of it.     I had the pleasure of making my first watch purchases from DMR in Canary Wharf on Friday. I dealt with Grace and Bale - both of which were a breathe of fresh air. Grace took her time to show me and my wife the pieces we were collecting, and ran through some interesting stories about the brands. It was lovely not to be rushed, and not to be pushed toward buying stuff I had no interest in owning. The highlight was when Grace cleared the table for my wife to take pictures with our purchases, something I think marked the occasion well (considering we were celebrating her promotion), and made the whole experience memorable and special. Bale was also really sweet, she came to speak to my wife and I during our purchase, and it made the whole ‘transaction’ feel like more of a personalised service rather than purchase from a shop. I really enjoyed dealing with the team at DMR, it was a relaxed, no pressure environment with friendly smiley faces, and I look forward to my next purchase with Grace.

    Have an experience with several AD in London. Among those, I think DMR has more friendly staff yet professional. I feel comfortable and no pressure at all when browsing or buying stuff. Even I come quite late and almost their closing time, the staff (Grace) are more than welcome to show me great selection of watches and jewelry with patient. I would strongly recommend to ask for her when you are coming the store.
