One of the most whimsical and unusual things to do in London, and an excellent activity for a cold winter evening. What a great way to see the city lights, warm in a hot tub sipping drinks. I've done this again and again, as it's always a fun activity to do with tourists visiting London. Boats are easy to drive. Huge thanks to all of the staff for helping us pull off an epic proposal on this visit. We came here for one of our first dates, so I had planned a surprise for my partner at one of the bridges we pass under in the boat, little did I know he'd planned the same thing at an earlier bridge, and had arranged for the Skuna staff to drop a huge banner as we boated past. Despite the confusion with both of us secretly planning to propose, everyone kept it a secret and we were both incredibly surprised, and everyone was there to congratulate us as we got off the boat. Could not have asked for a more perfect evening.

100% recommend!!! Booked the BBQ on a boat for my friends birthday & it did not fail!!! £125 for the experience (i think this is the winter offer) and can fit up to 9 people. Service was exceptional and given we did it pretty late & it got chilly the staff were more than happy to accommodate (yes blankets are available). Safety run through before you take off especially with the “captain” who drives / steers the boat. BBQ quality was much better than we expected. Basic utensils are provided but advisable to bring your own plates & cutlery (if you forget its £1 per person). Drinks available at the bar and are put in ice buckets on the boat for you. West India Quay DLR station is much closer!!! I would definitely do this again!

What a fun and unique experience!! My husband and I enjoy a sunset "cruise" around the Wharf in our adorable little hot tub boat. The views are great and the staff was super friendly and helpful. Highly recommend!

100% WILL RETURN FOR THE BBQ BOAT! I booked it for my family and I and we had an amazing time and experience. The booking includes the barbecue and utensils (2 tongs, 1 spatula). We requested 1 knife to cut the meat and they gladly gave one to us. You're not allowed to being your own drinks, you must purchase it with them but the food is all on you. Their plate package includes paper plates and a set of wooden cutlery (which will NOT cut meat so bring your own!). The whole set was 1£ each. The area where the boats can go is pretty small, you basically will not be able to drive far along the Thames. It was really windy which made grilling the meat a little hard but totally worth the time!

It was such a good experience to have a bbq in a boat! The grill worked so well given the right cook to the steak, very easy to sail the little boat, spacious - it accommodate up to 9 people. You bring your food and buy the drinks at their bar. Also don’t forget to bring your music speaker, so you can play your favorite tunes during the time you are there.

Fantastic and unique experience to cook whilst floating through the river. Booked a BBQ boat to celebrate birthdays, and everyone really enjoyed the time together despite the day being quite windy. The team were super helpful and accommodating with hot water bottles and blankets. The drinks were priced reasonably for London. I would highly recommend Skuna boards to anyone wanting to try something different with friends and family.

Wow! Did the hot tub boat and even, might say especially, on a rainy December day it was absolutely amazing. The staff were very friendly and professional. When we got there we were offered a heated private changing room which was wooden and had Christmas decorations giving it a cozy camping cabin feel, which got us excited for the boat. When we got to the boat which is right outside the changing rooms the water was steamy hot and ready for us which was just perfect in December weather. It was surprising how warm the water kept us. Driving the boat was extremely easy and fun and everything was made clear before our departure. We were also given extra lighters and told how we could turn the fire again for heating the tub water. (Yes there is a wood fire on the boat for heating the water!). All in all it was an extremely fun weatherproof experience and I recommend it to everyone! I will surely be coming back.

Fantastic way to spend a couple of hours. Staff were so friendly, the boat trip itself lasts around 75 minutes and is very relaxing. Water is super warm almost 40 degrees so very comfortable all year around. Did it with my teenagers and they loved it too. Boat is fairly big so not too crowded. Great photo opportunities. Can also take drinks on board from the bar which is reasonably priced. Definitely one of the most fun and unique things to do in London.

We happened to be on Canary Wharf and saw the bbq boats, did a bit of research when we got home to see they had hot tub boats too. So the following day we partook and it was a fun experience. We did it as only a group of 4 so it was a bit pricey, but how many people can say they’ve been in a hot tub boat? The workers had great energy and explained everything well. We definitely enjoyed our hour on the Canary Wharf

Had such a blast. One of the best experiences I have had in a long while and the best £55 pounds ive spent. John the driver was amazing with excellent conversation. I was really nervous as I was the only one but the entire team was warm and welcoming. The experience is totally worth while and even in the rain you remain toasty and warm in the water the entire ride. Such an amazing experience. I will be back with a whole pack of friends next time. Absolutely loved it here. I enjoyed a festive hot tub cinema experience watching a Christmas classic. Staff were so friendly and helpful. The changing cabins are cute enough to sleep in and the hot tub is the perfect temperature for a two hour movie. With salted caramel popcorn, mulled wine and views of Canary Wharf I highly recommend it.

Great experience at Skuna for their Hot Tub boat. Have to book tickets in advance. Went on cold day on weekend. Friendly staff made set-up and briefing process very easy. Easy to buy drinks to take on board boat. Boat easy to steer around Canary Wharf area, with warm water in tub. Nice route to take with little other traffic. Great experience and plenty of time to do whole route in boat. Great once in lifetime experience, would recommend trying if you are a hot tub fan!

The most memorable, aquatic, urban adventure. Harry led with cheerfulness and confidence.His love of the waterway, respect for wildlife and knowledge of the cityscape was ideal. The tour the perfect fusion of chill, cheerful and educational. Hot tub was dream temperature and all the facilities were kept at a good standard. The trip was an ideal length as well. Would 100% recommended this, I've been telling all my friends!

I went to skuna Hot tub with friends. We enjoyed so much with this incredible the experience. The staffs were so helpful and knowledgeable, especially Hally. I came here twice already and plan to come again this summer. The boat is safe and clean. The route has such amazing views. The water was hot so we didn’t feel cold from the weather at all.

Group Fun at Canary Wharf. A BBQ grill is provided, so you just bring your things and have fun. Drinks aren't allowed, you have to buy from them. We got jugs of Beer, wasnt bad at all. You get about 2 hours to just enjoy yourself. Can go by pretty fast if you're having a good time.

My friend and I had awesome time on the hot tub boats. Our guide was phenomenal and she took great care of us while we’re on the water. You have the option to book a private boat and drive the boat yourself, but we were perfectly fine with touring with another small group and having the guide drive. The water was the perfect temperature the entire trip and we enjoyed a delicious bottle of wine. No worries if you get motion sickness like me. The boat was gentle and the water was calm, so I didn’t get motion sick at all. The changing rooms were very clean and they had plenty of snack and drink options. Special shout out to the manager on duty that day who was so kind and helpful when we got lost on the way to the location at the wharf and were running late. This was truly a fun and unique experience and I can’t recommend this place enough!

We had a fantastic time, it truly was one of the most amazing experiences we have had on one of our travels! Sarah was working while we were there and she was amazing, she explained everything very well so we felt comfortable with how to do it and how to ask for help if needed. We will for sure do this again at other sites we visit!

Was given the hot tub boat experience my family for my 30th and it didn’t disappoint. My wife and I very much enjoyed cruising around Canary Wharf at night. Would highly recommend for couples and groups, summer or winter. The staff were v friendly. Would do again

I was thrilled to experience a new activity in London by jumping into a toasty hot tub that was fun, social and informative. I work as a Communication Support Worker for Empowering Deaf Society. We are a charity that support the deaf community in London. A deaf colleague of mine was super keen on booking a Hot Tub boat for herself and our clients to enjoy and it did not disappoint! Being deaf, there are so many barriers with communication and access to activities because of safety. But Skuna were so understanding, staff were fantastic and facilitated additional time for them to see the safety video and learn how to drive the Hot Tub Boat through a BSL interpreter. The staff also offered to check on them as they were going round to make sure someone was always on hand to help. I highly recommend these guys for a fun and accessible day out! Thank you so much :)

We booked the hot tub boat for my mum’s Birthday and it was such a great experience. Definitely something unique and we absolutely loved it. So much fun and the staff was super friendly. I know it’s not the cheapest of experiences but it’s definitely unique and I can highly recommend it. Would definitely do it again. Thank you Skuna Team!
