We celebrated my sisters 40th on the yacht and had the best time. Johnny was super helpful and the the yacht was such good fun. We already want to book it up again for next year. Thank you for a great experience and level of service from the moment we booked.

The yacht looks really nice at first. The luxury aspect wears off very quickly, Its filthy. It leaks like crazy, You cant have a party when its leaking in l10 different places. The downstairs part absolutely stinks rotten. Overall id say its a disgrace. We got soaked in the living area from the leak. Looking at the other reviews we are not the first. Save your reply about the heavy weather and this is the first time etc.

Here is the only place can hold a big party (over 10 people) under the government restrictions, I had a wonderful birthday here. Rooms are big enough for 10 people to live in. However we left a mess in the common areas, and staff deducted this cleaning cost from deposit. Although the refund of my remaining deposit took a little bit long time, but Jonny and other staffs were very nice and kept in touch with me. Sorry again for the trouble brought to you, and hope to visit again in the future.✨

We celebrated my husband's surprise 40th birthday party. All the guests had an amazing night. David and Dana were very friendly and hospitable. Jonny was brilliant too in accommodating our specific request. Would definitely recommend this venue.

The location is fantastic. Unfortunately thats the only thing that is. The boat is tired and worn. It leaks everywhere. Jonny the receptionist didnt help. Hardly a luxury yacht. Its just a boat. A boat that needs new carpets

We had a fantastic time at the yacht. This is more of a compliment to the two staff on duty. David & Dana , it was raining heavily & there was leakage from the top deck. They took their time in making sure all the guests were as comfortable as possible, they did a fantastic job throughout our stay with smiles on their faces. They are so professional at their job , they both deserve a pay rise & a medal. A very big thanks to David & Dana .

This yacht is a scam. I booked it over a year in advance for the weekend of my 50th birthday. The yacht is a dirty, damp, death trap. When we arrived the electrics were not working properly, one of the toilets was leaking and hanging off the wall, the stench of damp was overwhelming, the carpets and bathrooms filthy. The steep staircases had several broken treads, an obvious trip hazard. We could not use the fridge or freezer as they were so dirty, as was the crockery. The “luxury” furniture was stained and damaged. There was no furniture on any of the decks, just black bin bags full of rubbish, black flies and cigarette ends, and a couple of dirty plastic chairs. We refused to stay and had to find a hotel for the weekend. I only got a refund after I instructed solicitors and threatened Court action. If you Google this yacht carefully you’ll see numerous similar reviews, as well as details of an electrical fire a few years ago. A dirty, damp, dangerous scam.

We hired this amazing ship for a landmark birthday party! Michael, Jonny and all the staff were amazing to deal with, ahead of the booking and also during the hire. They responded quickly and no request was too much for the awesome team of Absolute Pleasure. We wanted to move the big dining table out and this was done, despite it being quite bulky! The Yacht has everything you need for your stay, be it a small gathering or a party. Everything is thought of and there right went you need it. The stereo is great and the interior and exterior both very comfortable. The beds are comfortable and the towels super fluffy. For a special occasion or even just for a luxury treat with friends, this venue will not disappoint. A highly recommended hire!

We booked this for a weekend in July, we were showed around the yatch and a few weeks later we were told that they had double booked. We had already paid a deposit and each time we've asked for our money back we've been given a story. Please do not trust these people.We had to cancel an event that we've been planning for a while, all they've said is "sorry can't help will pay your money back"....still waiting.

Amazing location in the heart of Canary Wharf and was easy to find. The staff were warm and welcoming and the booking process was straight forward and easy. Our host was very accommodating and the evening went without a hitch. I would thoroughly recommend this venue without hesitation.

Beautiful central location elegant and definitely offers a high end of life feel. Large and spacious good for big groups, Close to public as a word of caution but private areas are available good experience would do again.

The staffs are amazing, good vibration and perfect localization. Is aways very good idea to organize parties there.

They ruined our Wedding, we planned nearly 1 year before to stay on the yacht. With Family & Friends . Everything was booked restaurants near by , photographer food etc. yet 1 hour before we was due to arrive on the boat . We got a phone call saying there’s something wrong with the electrics. So we can’t stay on the boat . We was literally on the way in the taxi . I rang the office back to ask if there’s an alternative. “But they said no there’s nothing they can do. My wife was devastated and in Tears. We arrived in London with all the luggage Food and drink . With no where to go . We had to cancel people from coming , including cancelling the morning with the photographer. Then we had to pay rocket prices to stay at the Marriot across the road . All the food had to be thrown away and we couldn’t drink our drinks because they wasn’t bought in the hotel . I’ve sent several emails but just ignored . No sorry no compensation nothing. It’s an absolute shocking company that doesn’t care . About there customers. Stay well clear if I was you . With regards to alternative accommodation that’s not true . I also rang your manager and he didn’t know what was going on. You have offered in compensation 1 night stay on the boat . With respect 1 it would cost us a lot of money to get down there . And other people aswell. And 2 it’s tainted it now . Where we should of had wedding photos and a lovely todays with family . It’s like rubbing it in our faces. 3 it cost Us so much money trying to re book rooms taxis . Food and drink etc . 1 night stay on the boat isn’t compensation I’m afraid.

we booked this as a last minute booking and honestly was not disappointed at all, the host Steve was friendly and accommodating. showed us to the local shop and kept us topped up with drinks all night. He even took time to sit and chat with us making the whole experience feel homely and I would honestly recommend anyone to stop here! The best part was that the feeling of staying on a yacht in the centre of Canary Wharf! the views were amazing and when it came to night the aesthetics of the surroundings were outstanding. I will be using this again.

Attended a great party on board. Biggest challenge is the steepness of stairs above and below main deck. Memorable venue.
