They
ruined
our
Wedding,
we
planned
nearly
1
year
before
to
stay
on
the
yacht.
With
Family
&
Friends
.
Everything
was
booked
restaurants
near
by
,
photographer
food
etc.
yet
1
hour
before
we
was
due
to
arrive
on
the
boat
.
We
got
a
phone
call
saying
there’s
something
wrong
with
the
electrics.
So
we
can’t
stay
on
the
boat
.
We
was
literally
on
the
way
in
the
taxi
.
I
rang
the
office
back
to
ask
if
there’s
an
alternative.
“But
they
said
no
there’s
nothing
they
can
do.
My
wife
was
devastated
and
in
Tears.
We
arrived
in
London
with
all
the
luggage
Food
and
drink
.
With
no
where
to
go
.
We
had
to
cancel
people
from
coming
,
including
cancelling
the
morning
with
the
photographer.
Then
we
had
to
pay
rocket
prices
to
stay
at
the
Marriot
across
the
road
.
All
the
food
had
to
be
thrown
away
and
we
couldn’t
drink
our
drinks
because
they
wasn’t
bought
in
the
hotel
.
I’ve
sent
several
emails
but
just
ignored
.
No
sorry
no
compensation
nothing.
It’s
an
absolute
shocking
company
that
doesn’t
care
.
About
there
customers.
Stay
well
clear
if
I
was
you
.
With
regards
to
alternative
accommodation
that’s
not
true
.
I
also
rang
your
manager
and
he
didn’t
know
what
was
going
on.
You
have
offered
in
compensation
1
night
stay
on
the
boat
.
With
respect
1
it
would
cost
us
a
lot
of
money
to
get
down
there
.
And
other
people
aswell.
And
2
it’s
tainted
it
now
.
Where
we
should
of
had
wedding
photos
and
a
lovely
todays
with
family
.
It’s
like
rubbing
it
in
our
faces.

Us
so
much
money
trying
to
re
book
rooms
taxis
.
Food
and
drink
etc
.
1
night
stay
on
the
boat
isn’t
compensation
