Terrible
customer
service
when
dealing
with
having
issues
with
their
artist
stealing
and
copyrighting
your
work
.SO
RUDE!!!!!Felt
totally
ignored
and
silenced
as
a
unknown
artist
.Last
year
I
started
a
friendship
with
a
artist
Jordan
Wolfson
from
this
gallery
briefly
on
Instagram
I
sent
him
A
piece
of
serious
post
internet
art
I
was
working
on
thinking
it
was
always
interesting
to
hear
other
artists
feedback
.Later
I
found
out
after
he
filled
out
a
form
on
Vimeo
saying
he
owned
the
dmca
on
this
particular
work
he
had
taken
it
!For
months
I
wrote
to
the
artist
to
resolve
the
situation
either
by
telling
me
he
was
not
using
my
art
I
had
spent
seven
months
working
on
or
to
pay
me
a
assistant
fee
to
sign
the
work
over
if
it
was
now
a
part
of
a
bigger
art
project
.I
was
ignored
until
I
felt
I
had
no
other
choice
but
to
notify
the
gallery
about
the
situation
with
a
link
and
description
of
the
work
.I
knew
it
would
be
totally
different
besides
the
found
footage
element
in
serious
subject
matter
therefore
not
hard
to
know
or
verify
if
he
was
using
it
.I
got
no
response
from
the
Sadie
Coles
a
so
called
strong
feminist
female
gallerist
besides
blocking
and
ignoring
me
.It
was
like
she
fully
condoned
and
supported
her
rich
male
artist
doing
this
and
the
silence
proved
it
was
true
.That
she
thought
I
was
a
nobody
who
didn’t
even
deserve
a
polite
dm
to
resolve
this
situation
.I
felt
helpless
and
when
the
artist
in
question
said
I
was
a
woman
artist
nobody
who
deserved
to
be
screwed
over
even
more
at
a
loss
without
any
rights
or
voice
!This
experience
and
the
experience
of
realising
that
these
galleries
have
no
actual
art
integrity
has
soured
my
experience
attending
or
enjoying
exhibitions
there
.
