Brilliant place for tea lovers and you can really get some discounts as well as options for the newest drinks.

An alternative to Hotel Chocolate for hot Chocolate. Flavours have been refined perfectly though powder based as opposed to the purist flakes of Hotel Chocolat.

Walk in and try a sample. I normally walk straight pass this chain of shops, but this time I strolled in and was unexpectedly surprised to find so many things I liked. They offer free samples of tea and hot chocolates. I tried the LUXURY WHITE HOT CHOCOLATE and knew straight away I was gonna make purchase in there. I also tried MANGO AND LYCHEE TEA. I recommend to all to try these two drinks, there amazing and well worth my time to leave this review.

We were in a huge rush trying to find a present for a friend and Sheena was SO helpful! She worked within our budget to make the gift look wonderful and was so friendly and bubbly. Despite being so close to closing time she never made us feel rushed and was really accommodating. Thank you! :)

I recently visited this store and had an outstanding experience. As a big coffee lover, I was amazed by the wide range of coffee beans, and I particularly enjoyed grinding my chosen beans on the spot. The customer service was exceptional, with knowledgeable staff guiding me through the process. All in all, I highly recommend Whittard to all coffee lovers looking for a personalised and delightful shopping experience for decent value for money. Update: 18 FEB ‘24 This was in the O2 outlet on the Greenwich peninsula in southeast London and most certainly not up north in Glasgow. :)

Been here 4 times (around 11am on weekends) and every single time the customer service is non existent. The staff seems to be inconvenienced by the customers.

Yesterday my friends and I were served by Fatima. She was extremely lovely and helpful. She gave samples of the amazing fruity instant teas and they were delicious! She informed us of the deal where we could get 2 for £12, 4 for £20 or 6 for £28. Obviously went with the 6! Couldn't miss a deal like that! Fatima was so helpful, she immediately started helping another customer after telling us to have a nice day :D great service, great products!

Loved it. It's a big store for a Whittards, with everything they carry, and usually have multiple pots of tea (4) for sampling. And as the name implies, everything is discounted 20% from retail price. They do also have clearance items and pricing to match. What they don't ever have are the specials that the retail outlets often have. You'd still have to go to your retail favorite if something came up that you like. Also worth mentioning is that the store has huge advantages being in the O2 - great public transportation links of course, but also free parking and lots of it for drivers. The O2 also has tons of shops, theaters, and entertainment which pretty much makes it a one stop destination. The store is clean and we'll maintained, and super friendly staff. The place is 100% handicap accessible and friendly. It's just an all around excellent place and experience. HIGHLY RECOMMENDED.

Cramped locale with loads of products, consumables and other. Some decent discounts and on top of that they make it easy to combine products to get further discount and free items -offers aren't excluding each other so for example £30 worth of product you mix£match to get for £20, and because you spent £20 you get a gift. Staff was something else, I'm not sure who was nicer -two lovely and funny ladies at the till 9r a young guy who was checking on each customer without being pushy and he was the one point out deals.

Great stock variety, well organised and presented store, clean and very safely managed influx of customers (Covid 19 guidelines followed very thoroughly), staff well trained, helpful and attentive: no request is too much and outside area of expertise and willingness to help. Best experience and all due to above and beyond approach from start to finish by Maria, Rizwan and Fatima thank you too.

Nice place, hot choccie samples were amazing, def going to get some for Christmas lol! Staff are very knowledgable and reccomended some good blends to try. Cute shop and il def visit again. Its a little expensive hence four stars, but its a nice place to browse!

Favourite shop of all time I come home with suitcase full of tea and coffee 😅
