2-for-1 cocktails, I got so drunk it was awesome. The "boujee" cocktails are so good too if you want to really treat somebody. 🥴... I didn't try the food though. It was pretty cosy inside which was comforting and felt intimate. Would definitely visit again!

First ever visit to this place on 14/09/22 for my daughters 19th birthday. It has pretty decor. The cocktails are OK thought they could have been made with flare. The food we had ( pictured ) was the best bit. We liked how it were presented and tasted. 😋

Some friends and I visited for food before a concert the other week, despite being very busy we were served quickly and efficiently. We ordered a variety of small plates and the Thai curry, despite the name 'small plates' all dishes were of a decent portion to which we couldn't finish. We had to wait about 25 minutes for our food however considering how busy it was, we expected and didn't mind the wait. Overall, a great experience and excellent value for money.

Re - reply to owners response - We were at S&L for drinks and snacks, your drinks were nice and cold I liked it. Food options on the menu goes with your pre bar theme. We just did not enjoy the food it was way too oily and sliders lacked chicken and taste both. (refer pic) Every time I got S&L I realised why am I here. This time I thought let me review this place. I dont know why this place is so popular. Ambience 3/5 Food 1/5 Drinks 3/5 We went on Thursday night, the place was hardly full. Top floor was completely empty and ground floor was 50% empty. We had beers and starving so ordered one of their sharers - Chicken feast with friends( this was recommended by our server) This was big mistake, the food was oily and tasteless. The sliders were joke, look at the picture. There was nor meat in bun. The was hard and dry, may be 3-4 days old. Did not enjoy my time here. The only good here was the drinks were nice and chilled and thank god there was no mess up there. Hence two stars

What a lovely place, I was drinking in this slug and lettuce for the first time and the service was excellent !!! Shain served me, absolutely etiquette for customer service !!! Amazing honey- passion fruit margarita, went above and beyond to make sure my glass had a half rim of salt in case I didn't fancy the salt on my cocktail!!! Very friendly and welcoming. Recommend this place !!!!

Abed Rohman was unreal. Stopped for a chat, gave us tips on food and cocktails. Fantastic service. Saved our night after the staff upstairs who were rather rude.

We had a lovely meal here before going into the O2 arena to see Evanescence and Within Temptation. Excellent service & really nice food. Our meals were freshly prepared and cooked to order, they came out from the kitchen hot & we had decent portion sizes. My wife had the Katsu curry which was gorgeous, I had the smothered chicken which was very tasty too. Staff are very friendly and helpful, one of the servers saw that I use a walking stick & directed me to the lift instead of me having to use the stairs. Not stupidly expensive either, which for London, was really surprising. Excellent value for money & a great atmosphere.

Good atmosphere and good vibes, but it's a bit off a piss-take to run "Dynamic Pricing" - essentially charging more for drinks during busy periods. If they haven't noticed, the bar is in The O-bloody-2 arena, and they can forecast busy periods because (guess what?) 20,000 people aren't going to turn up as a surprise! Simple rules of commerce will tell you that when you sell more drinks, you earn more money to cover more staff, to sell more drinks... and so forth. I might pop in on a quiet Monday evening on a non-gig day. If Dynamic Pricing is in play, my food and drinks should be cheaper, surely?

1st time in Slug &Lettuce. It was my partner's children choice for having lunch after we've been with Emirates cable cars. Service was fast and children loved their food, we enjoyed particularly the desserts hence why I gave 4 starts. Nice atmosphere. Good service. We enjoyed it. I probably should mention that were some products missing on the online menu ( e.g. fever tonic water) but were listed on paper one. Also smokey potatoes were fries with something smoked on top, we thought will be smoked/grilled some how potatoes. I heard their cocktails are very nice. We should come back without kids on other occasion;)

Had an amazing time here! Best bottomless brunch I've ever had. Latha was our host and she was so lovely, kept the drinks flowing and came to check on us every 10 mins. Couldn't recommend more

LOVE this place. Great atmosphere, great music, great service. Wasn’t able to try the food because we got there too late but will definitely be back to try the various vegan options they had. 2 for 1 drinks till 10. Couldn’t ask for more.

Nice food, nice atmosphere but not enough staff, took forever to serve us (bigger group of 15).

We sat outside and we ordered on the app. We waited and waited for our food and drinks and when we enquired as to its whereabouts we were told that we couldn’t order through the app if we were sat outside and that’s why the table numbers had been removed (ours however had a handwritten number…..). Our food eventually arrived once they had found it. It was stone cold and not very nice at all. Halfway through dinner, we were told we had to go inside and get our drinks, despite the fact they were serving drinks outside. I relayed our complaints to a member of staff who was initially very rude when I asked to speak to a manager. Another manager (not very helpful) just reiterated that you can’t order outside despite there being no signage to indicate this. He eventually refunded us and then made us drinks, whilst cutting off my conversation. Shocking customer service, cold food. Have been to lots of Slug & Lettuces and never had an issue hence why we made this our choice. Would never eat there again. Many other people were sat outside trying also to order food. I think signage and politeness could be the way forward.

A truly shameful experience (for the landlord): we sat at a table at 11:30, yet found no breakfast menu on the table (we had to ask). No hot drinks was available, no pancake either. No fresh juice of any kind. Only sodas, Tesco-quality orange juice. We ordered… just tap water and this terribly veggie burger, exclusively composed of low quality products, incl. polyethylene sausages. No lettuce in any of their dish (no slug either). We had to wait at the table for 20min to be served. Lots of staff en salle, shortage of staff at the counter. Staff taking orders have also to pour cocktails & beers. Uninviting, low-quality, poorly-managed, should most certainly be avoided.

Latha is always always a pleasure, she always goes above and beyond. She is truly amazing! Food has changes slightly from when we last visited, portions on breakfast smaller, but still filling. Back again next week, can’t wait Value for money.

Me and my finance absolutely love coming here for 2 for 1 cocktails and brownie bites, it's a good combination. The atmosphere is generally relaxing and have light music to relax with while you chat and the staff are very friendly and accommodating. Can get busy at certain points and music louder which can make unpleasant on a rare occasion. Well worth the visit 4/5

If you like Loud music while you eat... the food is good. I had full English breakfast, was good. Wife had a peri-peri also good. You either order at the bar or via app- was confusing process.

They don't do happy hour 2-4-1 cocktails on event days when the concert isn't even going to begin. They do it while it's going ahead. If they changed the times of that I might pop in for a cocktail or two but I'm not being ripped off paying for one when I could pay for two for same price as one if their happy hour times were corrected. Other than that, nice venue.

Had pre and post drinks whilst attending Pete Tong. Very busy so had to pre book a table. Only disappointment was we never received an email to book a drinks package. The cocktails were amazing!
