Stratford Park is nice and calm place to enjoy your evening with friends.. it's a bigger park having a water foundation in the centre of park.. there is also a tennis court near to this park so you can plan tennis here.. best place for picnic with family and having playground for kids..

Prior to going Stratford park I had gone past there on the bus, it had a lovely aesthetic but I will be honest and say the lack of people deterred me. However, when the Newham Poetry Group started hosting their sessions in the little community house in the park I made it a mission to attend. To my surprise the park in itself is actually stunning. The park has an area for tennis where clubs for children and access for adults are available. A play ground sector, routes for bikes and lovely decorations scattered across the land. Despite the park have a known history for crime and violence, and admittedly herds of young people can be seen also enjoying the facilities readily available to use. So I guess my bus journeys were never able to fully capture the entire park for the beauty it is.

I only go past Stratford park it seems like a peaceful place when no ones around. It has a pond and it could be better if it had the funds but it's nice on a hot day for a short sit down

This is a really nice and green park in the heart of Stratford. A nice spot to bring your kids and perfect to play basketball and football!

Beautiful park with many unique features! Bowling Club Pavilion is now being used as Newham Poetry House delivering community activities and a cafe! A very beautiful performance area is suitably placed almost in the middle of the park. Children's Play Area with Paddling Pool, Ornamental Garden, Sensory Garden, Water Fountain, Sports Area and much more! Good for a nice stroll or taking children for active sports! A number of police presence are highly visible inside the park! Precaution is strongly advised!

Great place where I enjoyed some weekends whit my family for picnics, fun playing to together on the green grass and enjoying the weather. The park is huge and you can also find a mini football and basket ball place free of charge and also tennis area to entertain yourself while in park. My little one loves to run and play when see's so much green and the trees are beautiful..so much fresh air and kids to play whit. I would definitely recommend it for family spend time when the weather is nice!

One of the best parks I've seen so far in London. There's a tennis court, lounge areas and seating spaces for families to chill and relax. Its right opposite Roomz, so its a great spot for tourist, and close to Stratford Centre.

Quite and big park. Needs few more facilities like children’s play grounds and few more sitting area for elderly people. Over all it’s a good place to enjoy the nature in a busy city.

A couple of years ago we visited this park, the kids were playing at the playground. There was a mum with three children, the two older ones (one boy and one girl 9 or 10 years old) were playing fine. The youngest little brother (3-4 years old at the time) was standing around, quite frail and sad looking though. I heard his siblings called him a crying baby, the mum was very indifferent and cold to this little boy too. It didn't look right at all. At some point the mum left the kids to go back home, the older kids knew their home was just around the corner. But the younger boy just collapsed on the ground watching his mum walking away, tearful, helpless and feeling abandaned. It was so traumatic for us to watch this, even now just to remember it. The boy was deeply hurt inside, so obviously. I really hope the boy is doing fine, growing up stronger. The mum can also get the help she needs. I wish the boy can have more secure attachment to his mum.

Stratford park is your local park in Stratford, it has a nice play area for the kids, has table tennis tables also for you to play a game with a friend or family while the kids climb around on the climbing frames. The park also has a tennis court plus football court. For a park that isn’t the biggest it does have a lot of things to do there. On top of this the park is kept pretty clean so you can just go there and chill on the grass on them hot days. The thing that I think is really good about the park is that you get alot of fitness bootcamps there such as on Tuesdays at 6:30pm and Boxfit Friday 5:30pm

Awful park. Damaged pothole in children's playing area. The information board has never been cleaned since it was installed in the park gate. Full of derby and garbage inside the water fountain. I have never seen anyone cleaning this in the last decade. The children's swimming pool is left as abandoned. Looks like there is no LA to look after this park.

Nice peaceful park. It's great to take a break from the hustle and bustle of Stratford main street. Don't miss Sawmill Cafe just up the road...great place.

This is one of my favourite park I visit this place very often just for peaceful walk and to watch badminton. If someone has to play badminton they have to register first and the rest of the place is good to take pictures and can have fun playing with pets at this place.

Lovely little park, with play area for the kids. Plenty of birds to feed and benches to chill out on. No amenities to speak of, but very close to cafes and shops on West Ham Lane, should you want a coffee or ice cream, etc

A nice park but don't like my son to go alone. Groups of youths roam with alcohol and the smell of weed. They don't seem to bother anyone to be fair but not a good environment for younger children alone

It's a great place to take the children for a walk but the park needs to revamped the playground and install water fountains with free water ,toilet and a small shop.

This place is full of drogues dealers . Each time I go with my daughter 2 years old I see them . Stealing bikes Ebike big groups under the trees and hooking the environment It is not safe to take our children to this park or other parks. This government needs to review this matter. And lock those creminals awys.

Nice space which I suppose is very difficult to maintain due to the type of people who mess it up a lot on everyday basis. You will find some extremely friendly dogs and their owners and can book a game of tennis, basketball or play table tennis which I find is great on a sunny day. Great effort by cleaners but to people who leave rubbish after using the park, please be considerate its not very nice of you!

An average sized London park. It was neat, with lawns, shrubs, various flowers. It was a quiet park with fountains, swings, skate board and more amenities to make it peaceful. I enjoyed spending some peaceful time in a serene atmosphere.

A serene park to relax in and just breathe. There's also a playing ground for kids and benches to sit and a sport facility nearby. All round a wonderful place for families.

Nice small park but unfortunately on my last visit while most of the park lookex well cared for some of the borders were looking unkept and were full of weeds which is a shame.

I love this park, my favourite in Newham. So much going on, kids love the stage and playground. It's the perfect space for adhoc performance. The tennis courts are always packed. And I highly recommend Newham Poetry Group's open sessions and community cafe on Saturdays, they're a lovely welcoming bunch of locals.
