Charlton Park in Greenwich is a place to see on earth. It is full of life, fun, rich history, and a park with 24/7 security coverage to keep you and your loved ones safe

This park has easy access from the road through both by walk, bus, train and car. The parking is paid. Parking can be free in the adjacent road. From the parking you will find a plain grassy ground. If you walk towards leftside road you will find the cafe. Further down there is a gym and skate park. The environment is very lovely and calm. This park is suitable for all age groups and dogs. There is a house garden and pond garden (Monday to Friday 10 am - pm) with specific opening times. The entire park is having new seasonal flower bloom. There are lots of rubbish bin and pet litter boxes. The cafe had enough comfortable sitting spaces both inside and outside. The decor of the shop made it an interesting place to visit. The stuffs were helpful, kind and welcoming. The toilet is next to café. Enjoy 😊

I visited here in February. This is a big public park, with space for sports, playground, cafe and historical house.

I recently visited Charlton House which has a beautiful park filled with vibrant wildflowers. It was such a delightful experience! The park had ample space for kids to run around and play. The wildflowers added such a lovely touch to the park's atmosphere and made it feel like a peaceful oasis.

One of my local parts, it's a great park with nice open spaces. Good for taking friends or pets out on walks. And you even get the occasional bit of wildlife to go with! There are better parks than this it must be said, but this one is okay.

Beautifully kept park with 2 cafes, a great playground and an exercise area. There are always loads of squirrels and the kids love to play on the fallen three stump.

Well maintained space. Quite flat and not much character but the children's play area was good with a few different activities to the usual. The cafe near the cricket pitch was very popular so had to wait for 10 or 15 minutes for food to be served but not a problem.

The park is nice, clean lots of space and the play park has things for children of all ages. You can easily spend half a day in the play park alone, it also has a few unique pieces of playground equipment. The cafe serves hot food with a small selection of cooked breakfast items. I waited a long time for my food but at least it was cooked fresh. Go and enjoy the park for yourself.

A manor house that breathes history, yet feels empty and past its prime. I wonder whether enough funds are available or spent on maintenance... The café was nice to take a break, with friendly staff and tasty tarts.

Absolutely stunning park which is situated right next to the historic Charlton house. There is a secluded flower garden right next to Charlton House which is maintained by volunteers. It's gorgeous and quiet. The main park boasts football nets, a skatepark and an outdoor gym. So there's plenty of activities for the kids. There are also lots of lovely grounds for picnics and dog walking. I felt quite safe as a lone person in the park as there were lots of people around. There are a few overly shaded areas but they're easily avoidable. All in all I had a fantastic time there and will be visiting again very soon

Lots of open grass, small skate park, climbing frame and small basketball court. Coffee shop in the day and lots of community sports to. Nice for a quiet walk

Took the kids on an outing from margate and stopped there for a break. The kids loved the park. The playground had so much to do for them and a stall with hot food and drink was there which was very reasonably priced. Considering it was just a driving break it was wonderful . We ended up staying for longer than planned!

As a park this park is almost perfect. It has all the amenities you could want from a park. There is a toilet, different sections for privacy, cricket, football, skating, exercise, 2/3 cafes, a playground, a water fountain, walking paths, parking, pre-cov19 it also had pony riding (real live ones). And it's not too big, plus a library I could go on...it's perfect! Also there's a hospital across the road, like I should just live there. I mean...there's a school and church too, plus some grocery shops just outside. OK I'm moving to the park! I'll be the lady living in the tent if you stop by. Oh there's also a really cool woodland with farm animals across the other road.

Good sized open space, which is really needed in the area. Plenty of room for sports activities on the grass for adults and children therefore making it very family friendly. A small skate park which I noticed was being used by children of all ages was in one corner. There is a smaller playground in another corner which has not got very much play equipment in it at all... I was very disappointed really, for such a big space as charlton Park could Greenwich Council put in/up some more interesting traditional play equipment in that area? There was a weird structure with large colour balls on it but what it is doing in that park who knows...could someone perhaps let me know I would be very grateful!?? The two swings there was the only things suitable for my 8 year old Grandaughter...what a shame...we would of spent longer in that little park. The ice cream vendor was friendly and the ice creams were nice...just a tad on the expensive side! .... I recommend a family picnic on the main large field. 😍

Love this park. There are huge open spaces as well as plenty of nooks an crannys and some beautiful walled gardens. You can also pop into Charlton house for refreshments. A lovely park for a nice summers stroll. Very child friendly as well.

Nice clean and large park. There are a couple of small car parks nearby. The area by the manor house has manicured gardens and a fenced area in which dogs are not allowed. Outside of this there are large fields with goal posts for football and people are frequently playing various sports. There is also a playground for kids.
