A park with children's play area, compact gym and uphill jogging path. I hang around here often and its fun being there.

Saturday was very quiet, too hot for most people. I like to go picking Blackberries and Wild Flowers. I managed to fill 2 containers of Blackberries. Washed and soaked in cold water with salt to kill any bugs. Rinsed, drained sprinkled with Billington's light brown Sugar and frozen πŸ˜‹

A gem of a park. River runs through it. Adventure area, recreation area, shaded area from the hot sun, open grass spaces for children to run. Paths for joggers and cyclists. All this and clean too.

This is an amazing park. There's quiet if you want quiet and liveliness and music. The Good Hope CafΓ© is also here (with toilet facilities). Perfect walk through the park of you're commuting to from Ladywell or Catford/Catford Bridge stations.

Amazing park!! Great for kids, great for dogs, great for walks!! We especially love the shallow stream. It is hard to believe it is in the heart of Lewisham center and not somewhere deep in the country side.

I thought it would deserve some winter photos too (and some evening ones)

Beautiful trio of parks in SE London. Well maintained, a little River, outdoor gym, playgrounds, outdoor activity centre for kids, loads of trees and bird life including parakeets.

This a gorgeous bit of greenery! With a small stream tennis courts a running track with a gym. Outdoor gym equipment has recently been added making it even better for some outdoor activities. Great for walking running and sitting to admire the view of the Sunrise; or just sitting to look at the stream. There is also a skateboard area and a children's park.

A small river contributes to the charm of this Lewisham park, setting the stage for relaxed activities. A peaceful urban retreat that I highly recommend.

Visited for the fun day on 23 July but disappointed as not as many things as it said in the poster. Food stall selection not great either! So we headed off to Catford for lunch then the hornimans museum.
