Amazing place to have fun with your friends. Definitely the money and time worth it. And the staff are really kind and helpful. Look no further than Zapspace.

Walking distance from the Stratford Station, a place with great potential but lacking the vision. Kids love the place and hourly slot goes really quick. Well staffed for safety. Nothing more positive to add, place need TLC. Trip hazzard should be tapped down properly. Entrance banner torn apart. Need of deep clean. None of air dryers working in the men's toilet.

It's okay at best. Trampolines didn't really bounce, and lots of the activities and facilities were out of order. It's probably perfectly entertaining for young children, but there are better parks out there for roughly the same cost. The best thing about it is the proximity to the central line.

Invited to a birthday party today. Ok trampoline park. Bit old I guess. The toilets were horrible very dirty and either no toilet seats or broken ones. Kids had fun though. Zap space management sorry for being honest but you guys need to spend money on over all improvement. Entrance looked initially like a run down shady place but after entering the trampoline area it was not that bad. And the sitting area was quite cold.

Although the staff were friendly, the actual venue was really dirty & dingy! In fact the outside of the venue looks like a derelict building. We only used the soft play area which is free but it was small and rather dirty. They really need to refurbish the building and clean up the place. I'm afraid I would never take my child back there

I have been to several jumping houses before. And this one is by far the worst. Let's start from the beginning... When going to a jumping house you expect to have a place to change from your normal clothes to more comfortable ones, however this place does not have a changing room. So I go to the bathroom to change clothes but the bathroom is extremely dirty. After changing clothes I expected to be able to put my things in a safe place like a locker. However I was informed by staff that the lockers are out of order. And apparently they almost always have been out of order.. When I finally started jumping I quickly noticed that the jumping place is very small. Now let's talk about the attractions: The pit with cubes is full of dust. There is a wall where you need to touch buttons and the objective is being fast, however 1 of the buttons is broken. There is a wall that the objective is walking on the wall while bouncing on a trampoline, however the wall is miniscule. All the attractions are small so you always need to wait in order to do anything. So in my overall opinion based on my visit this is a terrible place completely not worth the price.

Excellent customer service at the entrance, completely spoilt it in the main hall reception where they gave me a visibly smaller sized socks than size 7 (L written on it). Accepted it thinking when I put it on it will snugly fit. Socks - atrocious sales/customer service Firstly you have to pay ยฃ2.50 out pair which I felt was too expensive considering they gave me poor quality material. It kept coming off at the trampolines and after visiting the reception the female staff, with the two male staff (later found to be the supervisors) looking on in apparent carelessness and not their problem attitude, stated "it's size L so it's right size". Furthermore, she used the standard "no one else complained" as if I am there to witness others complaining to counter back this pathetic argument. Activities The trampolines and the range of just over 5-6 unique activity areas were ok - standard for children and even some for adults. Some of the sponge cuboids were worn out, however, they did have sprung material at the base so it's safe. Be careful of losing your socks - poorer quality than those supplied or sold at the nearest East Ham competitor Flip Out. Good for children Good place for the children to release their energy with standing and seating areas for most of the activity areas. Staff are visible in the areas, however, it is still advised for parents or carers to supervise nearby rather than in the spectator areas. Toilet Didn't visit the toilet area as the floor itself was dirty, and with other reviews of the dirtiness of the area I didn't risk it. No shoe zone There was no markings where no shoes are allowed as I saw parents go up to staircase where the trampolines begin with their outside shoes on even though there was a platform with the shoe lockers and shoe shelves that anyone can help themselves to - no security at all so be careful.

Best looking trampoline / jump park I've seen in London and we've done them all. Even the music was on point! Cafe area did a good priced cup of tea, latte and slushies for the kids plus it had a soft play area for the little ones so much better than other venues were you basically just cant take them. Staff were a plenty, really down to earth and helpful. Plenty of picnic bench style seating available on a busy Saturday day-time. Without buying a ticket to actually jump myself you cant get upstairs to the other jumping areas to watch your kids..that's a big deal for me when my youngest girl is 8 years old however I wasn't panicing for long about it because there was staff literally everywhere....I haven't seen that many staff at the other jump parks so I got over it lol. On arrival were advised to get a locker which cost ยฃ3...I wasn't jumping so really it was only for my kids coats and shoes and only after purchasing did I walk past an area with box shelving for coats and shoes which ment the locker had been pointless considering you only get ยฃ1 on return of the padlock. Last thing I would say is make sure you book ahead via the website. We didnt (our own fault) and had to leave and return 3 hours later because their rightly so - very popular! While we were there management was dealing with a very akward customer...I heard the entire conversation and she was not polite...he held his calm incredibly well and I say this because I wouldn't have! I then asked for help with my daughter and he didn't show a slight bit of annoyance after dealing with such a irritating situation seconds before. In all I'll definitely be back. So glad my old haunt 'The Rex' has reopened as somewhere new for the kids of tomorrow to grow up in! Although I'm sure they'll be better at remembering their visits the mornig after! ๐Ÿ˜‚

Soft play area was fun for toddlers but too many over 4s in there too. It was a Saturday so extremely busy with birthday parties, but even so felt very very over crowded. Great staff though they tried their best.

I found this place to be to small with not much variation for the kids. I took two kids for an early morning session. At that time the place was not busy but even though, due to the size I found my kids waiting around just to bounce on the trampoline. The staff overseeing I found to be over aggressive(not rude) in telling you what you can't do. Bottom line just to small.

Very nice place amazing games for children and adults!!! The staff is very kind, smiley and helpful to whatever you might ask!!! My son loved it so did I. I felt like a child jumping for an hour (believe me its enough!) I highly recommended for everyone to promote and stand by this bussiness. Thank you all!!

Nice place for the kids to go and have fun. I don't think they maintain it properly. Since they've opened the doors didn't even paint it again. It looks old and used. Protective covers are falling off. On top of that is super cold.

The receptionist who greeted us was friendly, efficient and honest (she confessed they were overwhelmed during half term, hence the slow response to emails). My children had a great time trampolining. 3 stars because the place clearly needs to deep-cleaned and redecorated - it is a right mess! Staff inside were not very helpful and seemed to lounge about doing nothing.

Kids loved it. Was good fun. But needs regular cleaning. We went on a school day and it wasn't that late but it was still quite dirty. Loads of food on the floor and tables and lockers near the toilets stank of urine! But staff were friendly and experience was really fun. Definitely not worth the ยฃ12 a person. we had discounted tickets so it was ok. Would go again with half price tickets!

I'm totally astonished with the way this place is managed. I visited this place today, what I observed has totally made me think, these guys run this business like a joke. Firstly, I'm observing parents walking a round the jumping area with their shoes on and staff not saying anything. This is totally unhygienic, next I watching parents walking about with normal socks on, where's the health and safety? Last but not least the disorganisation of this place, when one group is off next one to come on. No one know what's going on, just invest in a decent PA system seriously! And get some decent staff who don't sit there looking pretty! I understand the clientele can be challenging, considering we're in Stratford but have some standards.

Great customer service from staff at front desk and from snack counter. My neice and her friend enjoyed trampolining but reported it wasn't the best place they had been to. I am most disappointed with the disgusting, unhygienic state of the toilets including the disabled one which was unusable๐Ÿคข๐Ÿคฎ๐Ÿ’ฉ.I had no choice but to use the other toilets, mess all over the floor, locks not working on doors, fresh urine and stains on toilet seats and no toilet paper in any cubicle. Truly disgusting. You had the cheek to have a signed sheet of cleaning times behind the door. Totally despicable. For this reason alone, will not be revisiting...shocking, particularly in this corona virus era!!

Nice place to take the kids, friendly staff, make sure you have trampoline socks, if not they have some you can buy for ยฃ2.50 a pair, highly recommend.

Loved it. Good value, especially with vouchers. Plenty to do. Everything is in good condition. You can wear trampoline socks from other parks which is unusual and saves a little fortune! Drop slide, foam pit, basketball and dodge ball areas etc all great, very very happy children! We had one problem (a totally inappropriate track came on the speakers) and the member of staff dealt with it immediately, radioed through and it stopped within seconds. Have been several times before and will definitely be back.

Well had a bad experience and emailed them to just be ignored so not happy but my son does love it here, but over the phone we should not be told we don't need to book then get there to be told we now have to come back in a hour. Raining outside with 2 kids not impressed

Great place to just relax , have fun and bounce around. Not just for kids, good for adults as well. You can get a great discount if you go on week days. There's parking available at Westfield or cheaper parked at the old Stratford mall opposite Westfield.

Couldn't get to try this. Unfortunately I booked on the wrong website for Jump London because that's what comes up first on Google when you search Zabspace Stratford. Initially I gave a one star, now gave it four because it was my mistake and haven't been there yet. I'll update this if I ever get to go. Hope this covid thing will clear up soon.

Would have been no stars if that was an option. Had a booking at 1pm the doors were locked, waited for 30 minutes and no answer. Would not answer phone. So disappointed and angry as I had pre booked so it has charged me and we couldn't get it.

Excellent local Trampoline park to enjoy Sunday! We cant wait for lockdown to be over so we can revisit!

  • 5/5 Mohammed 4 years ago on Google
While upon first glance it looked small, the three floors of different activities and the steep slides really wear you out. It's safe to say that counted as my gym workout for the day. I especially loved the fighting beam, dodgeball and basketball.

A good way to utilise disused theatre but it is a bit small and the building isn't quite fit for purpose. There are lots of random steps around making it less child-friendly in some places. Also there was clearly a leak in the ceiling. However, the soft play area was small but nice enough. He's free to enter if you are using the soft play and cafe only. The trampolining costs ยฃ12 for the toddler session for one adult and one child. For an additional adults it cost an additional ยฃ8. Socks come at an additional cost too. the trampolining itself is good, however there aren't a great deal of trampolines. This place is definitely smaller than other trampoline places I've been to. However it has all the necessary activities for a trampolining. Trampolines, game where you press buttons, foam pit, and a good old gladiator Style fighting game. The upstairs area with basketball closes 10 minutes before the session ends so be aware if you want to go up there you must go earlier. There are several machine where you can pay and play for example shoot Em Up games. The overall experience was good however it did feel a little bit like the staff were not interested in our experience and more interested in the business side of things. I would go back again, even if just to use the soft play area and have a coffee or tea.

The place was very disorganized, I was really disappointed how it was managed . Although staff were visible , nobody was really stopping kids from hurting each other . Also Canteen was closed before 6pm .
