    Initially I went in to report an unauthorized payment on my account, and later walked out with both my problem instantaneously solved and a shiny new credit card. The branch manager was super helpful, he was the one who attended me and resolved my issue with right on the spot. Afterwords, he gave me some great tips on how to manage my finances better, and has set up an appointment for me on the same day with his colleague, Aryan, to talk me through the credit card application process. Everything was explained very clear in a respectful and professional manner. Very satisfied with their service.

Immediate deposit machines out of service. I’m sure Lloyds bank has the budget to employ more professionals and serve their customers without having to ALWAYS QUEUE…

    excellent service, i walked in and help was avavailable immediately. The machine worked well with no problems, the lady that helped me was really heppful and i met the bank manager who was also very helpful in highlighting some areas that Lloyds can help me with!

    Today I came to exchange money for £50 new and I gave the lady ( blond hair ) at counter number 2 by mistake £520 instead of £500 but she reject give me back £20with reason that is her money . She thought me not notice about this mistake ; however ,I knew how much money with me . Anyway, it’s really a shame for Lloyer bank hired this kind of greedy staff .

    I met with Kacie and all I can say is how wonderful she was in helping me, she took her time to explain everything in detail. She was professional throughout, glad I met with her. Also the team in Canary Wharf branch are always super helpful.

    Went there a few months ago to take care of my finances and the whole team were so welcoming. Big thanks to Caroline - she told me about different investing and saving options available, which was the best thing ever! And a big thanks to Abtara - she's the one who explained everything to me in detail and set up my investments and savings accounts! Very professional, fast and clear (which is godsend for my puppybrain). Been going to the same branch for over a decade :)

    Today I went to this bank branch because I lost my bank letter to set up the mobile application. I was sitting down waiting, after 3 seconds a lady name Sarita Birdi approached me and asked me if I need help, she solved everything super quick and really politely. She also introduced briefly the saving account, and I was really surprised because I never know the convenience and benefits of having a savings account. After I agree, she finished the next steps really quickly. After that, she and Mr. Faiyaz Salim came and thanked me for coming to the bank. After experiencing the services of the other firms, I confidently Lloyds bank is the best choice if you want to open a bank account or need anything related to personal banking services. I would highly recommend

    Very rude and mean staff. I need the bank statement stamped and certified for visa application, who are very strict on the documents. I came to this branch twice, the first time I came the lady was very patient and nice. Today I visited again because I need my bank statement stamped. This time the lady who came to me, said “you know you can print it by yourself” excuse me? I thought you were paid to give out the best services to your customers, if I don’t want these documents stamped by the bank, I wouldn’t bother to come to the branch myself, for god sake. Outrageous; when I left the branch, the lady added next time you can do it by yourself at home. She actually made it feel guilty about coming to the branch and asked them for help. Will never come to this branch again!

    One lady was serving a customer. Lthsham was in other cashier he saw me on que went on a walk for nothing. Then another lady came who is seen on picture she start talking with other lady after 5 mins Lthsham came back to his counter and join gossiping with the middle lady. Then she pointed out at me and tell Lthsham customer is waiting. I don't know what's this guy doing on there. I think he came here for time pass. And they like to see people que up even on quiet time they make people wait shame on you guys whoever works in this bank and manager also who allows it.i am fed-up with this bank and closed my account with llyods bank.

    I recently went to visit my local branch. Caroline served me and went above and beyond to help me with my queries. She recognised that I was a customer of 10+ years, and was friendly, amicable, courteous, and professional ensuring that my needs were met. Her knowledge of the available products and services was great, making me aware of a product that I was previously not aware of, which I will likely now proceed with because of the suggestion. Great service, thank you again.

    What a great branch run buy a great team had an issue using the online payment was in and out really rapid and satisfied manager, he took real care and he educated me well with there online service Lloyds have actually a decant app! Staff were attentive and friendly, will use the branch again.

    This is the only bank in UK no matter what time you go, you have to queue for at least 20/30 minutes, because there's only one person in cashier. And other 3/4 staff were running headless chicken like then don't have any idea what's they are doing avoid at any cost.

    After trying to open an account with hsbc numerous times and failing (visited their branch at least 5 separate times), I decided to give Lloyds a shot and it was the best decision I’ve ever made. Went into the branch at 12.30pm and left with a successfully opened account at 1.30pm (in the same visit!!!). The branch manager is the sweetest guy who really cares about his customers and treats everyone so so nicely Any expats having just relocated to London, PLEASE OPEN AN ACCOUNT WITH LLOYDS for a fuss free experience, I cannot recommend them enough - especially this branch Thanks to the manager and his team👍👍👍
