South Mall

Shopping center

👍👍 I visit south mall usually on weekends. It is the best shopping area in North London. You can get all kind of house products , groceries, clothing at a reasonable price. It is busy during the weekends but buses are available all throughout the week. I recommend it to people nearby Edmonton and sterl... People often mention shops, shopping, shop, area, market, good, nice, mall, people, Edmonton,

I park there to get my steps up. Still a nice bustling community of people walking around getting their things. I went to my usual market area to buy yam for my dad. I put him on video call so he can see what I'm looking at and there was another lady there with her elderly dad doing the same thing . It was lovely to see

Good covered market with plenty of choice, nice looking fruit and veg. Plenty of parking . Whole area is much improved on how it was a few years ago.

Shopping center, on the first floor there are mostly shops, vegetable and meat market, cafes, post office, banks, hair salons, library, pub. It looks more like a covered shopping street. On the second floor are the college, offices, courses, fitness. Something for everyone. I like the market because I find delicious vegetables at a good price. There are also famous brand chain stores. There is a public toilet. There are many bus stops, overground, nearby. There is a parking lot. Also two small parks with children's toys.

Love coming here to just relax and look around at the shops. In the heart of Edmonton green shopping centre. There is so much more and the atmosphere is really good too. So come on over and you won't be disappointed. See you soon 😊

Went there to use a service in the library, well laid out. It was a bit of a climb up the stairs as I don't use lifts. But I made it up and was pleasently surprised. Clean and appears to have all the things you would expect. Toilet facilities were clean and accessible via the staff in the library. I went very early in the morning, mall appears to have several shops and a indoor market. Didn't get to explore as most shops were not open yet and stalls appeared to be just setting up. Will return again to see what is on offer locally.

I love South Mall been going there for 50yrs. Many happy memories with mum n late dad n my siblings shopping there when we were really young..specially on Friday afternoon when my parents finish work early i'll pick up my siblings after school n meet our parent. We'll do our big shop then our parents will go into the pub for a quick one while we sit outside with some munchies. The good old days..if only we could turn back time.

this photo is ' South mall ' and is part of Edmonton Green Shopping Centre - the arcade { on the right in this shot } has a full range of shops and Banks and even a large library - and even a indoor Market square which then leads to North mall and Edmonton green Bus station - you get 2 hours free parking if you drop into Asda - you need to tap your reg number - two pads on the wall at the check out area - its a busy Shopping Centre.

A lot of people in clusters just hanging about,n also people on bikes n motorised bikes. Why do they bother with security. The shops not overly full, therefore shopping is quite comfortable.

A very open place with areas to sit on. There are restaurants and cafes and a Lidl shop next to a furniture store. At Christmas they usually display a Christmas tree there - or other similar photo-worthy decorations. A nice place to rest after shopping, or waiting for other people.

From market stalls to hair shops and even a library very good and ideal for shopping for everyday necessities as there is an asda and home bargains inside the center

  • 4/5 Robert G. 2 years ago on Google
Most shops and market stalls at one location. You can park at Asda but you have to sign in your car registration in the store or there's pay parking available.

  • 4/5 Dave C. 1 year ago on Google
Easy to park, local shops all within walking distance of the car park. Parking not too expensive in the local ASDA car park

i was almost robbed and some of the shops are over priced especially the tech shops, they will give you a “big” discount but only in cash which they will escort you to a cash point

Nicely decorated, but very dark in the green, even with daylight, maybe that's why everyone looks so sad!🤷‍♀️
