    The staff were friendly and helpful with allergies information. The food was cooked well and tasty. I will go back again for sure!

    Very nice decor but the food was a disaster. Burnt chicken wings and livers swimming in oil. Waited for food for almost 40min which is ok because the place was packed but it doesn't explain the horrible food. No one attended to our table to ask about the food and we left most of it on the table. Shame Nandos!! You were my place to go 😔

    The food here is absolutely delicious! I've tried nandos all around the city but surprisingly you could taste the difference because here it tasted so much more fresh. I was pleasantly surprised. My husband and I thoroughly enjoyed the food. We had the plant based, great imitator. Last time I had the burger one and it was terrible but this time I had with wrap and it's absolutely delicious! The system is still to queue up on the phone. They have three or two floors but only one floor was open which I didn't understand why and because of that, it lead us to wait for half hr to get a table and when we did get a table half of the restaurant was empty. Not sure why they making customers wait so long. If the food hadn't reached to our expectations then this nandos wouldn't have been worth it but the ambiance, food and staff were excellent.

    What a bad Nando’s I was expecting it different especially because the O2 is a wonderful location ! Staff on tills are just chatting between them not caring at all about guests. Toilets, disgusting and embarrassing spend more time to look after it please. Many of the things on the menu were sold out online but available on the till such a non sense. Anyways just don’t go there even the guy at the door doesn’t care about you he is more interest to be on his phone and about his lip gloss looking shiny. Don’t waist time the O2 has many other places to visit:

    Would have given 5 stars but had to give 3 stars due to the lack of mobility and accessibility for the disabled. Went with a group to celebrate a birthday lunch although the staff were great and the food was nice, the lift was out of order and two members of our group with mobility issues had a nightmare trying to climb the steep spiral chairs, to get to the table set aside for our group on the 1st floor, to make issues worst, the toilet was on the 2nd floor, which was another steep set of stairs. They needed to prewarn customers on their website. Although the rest of us enjoyed our time, but other 2 with mobility issues had a torrid time.

    On 25/05/23 my family member and I went to Nando’s in O2. We were on table 9 and waited 30 mins and no one spoke to us about the delay. I asked a waitress to call the manager to verify why we are waiting so long and staving. The manager came and explained that he ran out of chicken and is cooking a new batch. We were not happy with the poor level of customer service received. The manager failed to keep us informed that our food would be delayed. The next day I started vomiting and diarrhoea I do not know if the chicken was not properly cooked.

    Staff at this nandos were incredibly kind and were consistently interacting with a smile on their face and genuine care 🥰 It took a little while to get hold of a water glass but otherwise food was quick and was decent!

    Came here based off a recommendation. Was told this was an English staple. We have the hot sauce in my country but not the restaurant. So was looking forward to trying something new. I will certainly not be returning. We had to wait in line to get in... As we stare blankly into an empty bottom half of the restaurant. Not to mention all the hosts looked miserable. You are literally the 1st face we see walking into this establishment, slap a smile on it for heavens sake. Once we were in, we had to wait in another line to order our food (no table service). It was also bring your kids to work day or something because their were just copious amounts of children. And we had to wait in line while the teachers places 30 orders at a time and paid one by one. (Which I know isn't the restaurants fault, since they cater to families) Why are there only 2 registers open? When I'm staring at 4. It certainly was a great place to test your patience. 3 of us went out to eat together, but we didn't actually eat together because none of our food came out at the same time. They did have a multitude of hot sauces, which I didnt enjoy trying. Don't waist your time, the medium, was the best one. You know when the chips are the best part of the meal? It probably implies that the meal wasn't that good. I ordered a chicken burger: it was dry as all get out and the bun was hard to bite into. If you are known for your chicken, explain to me why the 3 chickens served at our table we all dry. Super not impressed. Nothing like covering your meal in hot sauce, ketchup and mayonnaise to get her down smoothly.

    Arrived with no booking, there was a queue outside and we were added to a virtual queue and then with 15 mins were notified to say our table was ready. Ordered easily via app. Staff were friendly and helpful, food was amazing!

    Brilliant! It was my kids first Nando's visit and it couldn't have been better. Excellent friendly service, lovely atmosphere, great menu and really good value. Highly recommended *****

    Went there at 5pm on New Years Eve as a party of 8, had a 30 min virtual queue wait. Food was very nice, although one of our group got her meal 10 mins after us. Lots of seating over a few floors and reasonably priced.

    The food took ages to arrive and I had to send my wrap back because it was cold. If I wanted a cold wrap, a meal deal at any major supermarket is a cheaper option. My wife was poorly the next day after eating a poorly heated (not cooked) butterfly chicken. I don’t recommend and I would steer clear of the place until they learn about heating chicken properly.

    I have nandos every other 2 weeks now, me and my friends love it and it's our 1st option for lunch / dinner. Me and friend have been using this branch for a while now, the staff are always friendly and welcoming. Especially the team at the till, never had any issues with the food either. And if there has been, they always sort this out straight away. I miss the white chocolate raspberry swirl cheesecake, shame that has gone. The chocolate cake definitely makes up for the loss. Thank you for being great!

    It's not the best, to be honest. The AC wasn't working, so everyone was sent upstairs. The staff did not seem very happy and there was a bit of an atmosphere. The chicken was overcooked and dry, and the garlic bread was like cardboard. I think everything had been under the heat lamp way too long. I'll not be rushing back to this one...

    Had a concert to go see... 25 minutes before the opening band started... Went in to the Nandos strictly to order a very quick single portion of Peri Chips, as take away. Ordered. Was told to sit and wait... which we did. 10 minutes later went to the counter to check... was shushed off but I insisted that we needed to leave shortly... (willing to leave the chips behind) so then the young woman taking the orders (maybe an Assistant Manager) decided to actually relay our order to the Cook. 5 more minutes and we had the chips and left promptly. There was literally one other order ahead of us. 15 minutes for a single portion of chips takes the cake. If it was McDonald's I would not tolerate it, if it was fine dining I would expect it. This was neither. Sorry but 3 out of 5 stars...just get us out faster... the food was as expected. Delicious.

    Reserved a table when we got to the O2, was told about 20 min and would get a txt, got txt early and once there the order was very quick!! And tasty as usual at Nando's!!

    Nice atmosphere at nandos. That’s on the bright side of the review. Had to wait to be given a table(I understand because place was crowded) eventually got in and was given 2 options for order. At the till or online. Did mine online. It was fast and efficient. Orders started coming till they didn’t. People that got in way after me got their order before us. Asked why and apparently there was a mixup. The burgers weren’t too much to my taste but were ok. Ditto for the corn on cob. Thoroughly enjoyed it. Overall, will hope any other visit will be better than this.
