We went for dinner around 6pm. The service was good, the waitress was very helpful and hung around to ask if we were alright. I had the hoisin duck noodles and my friend had the duck salad. They were pretty good for the price!

We had a nice meal here - sat outside under the heaters. Food was tasty and we got to watch the skateboarders which the littleun loved. Food arrived at very different times though - so one of us had finished when the other meal arrived. Other than that all good :)

These guys get a solid two stars for the great service because the food was TERRIBLE. Barely edible noodles that tasted like it had come out of a can, and grilled chicken that looked great but had clearly not been seasoned at all, I mean not even with salt. This was such a disappointment.

Busy spot, but nice to sit by the water. Food was very “fast food” - not very flavourful and average price for London. Service was pleasant table side, but too busy to be attentive. Had to ask for rest of our order and seek out for our bill after waiting patiently for both.

Kids' menu, pasta was very big, each individual one was massive, like the size and nearly the width of our son's palm. The garlic sriracha chicken wings had lovely taste to it, the wings were done very crispy with not much meat on them which is a shame. It is kid friendly, which is good, and there is enough of space to park buggies etc, but don't expect them to provide you with any crayons or paper as they are for display purposes only. Or son had his toys, which was fine, but not sure if other parents would expect crayons and paper.

Thursday brunch; great staff and yummy food. Great value for money and a really good menu; something for everyone. Strawberry pancakes were amazing, huge portion, strawberry jam on the bottom layer; fresh strawberries and meringue. Tostada was delicious; fresh ingredients, guacamole was well seasoned, refried beans were really tasty and the salsa was as fresh as a daisy.

Nachos starters awful, children's meal tasteless, beef tacos terrible. Fish and chips tasted nice but the fish was overcooked. Very sad experience food wise. However our last waitress to take our plates before payment was honestly amazing and a credit to the restaurant. Her name is Charlie (5☆), she listened, was very understanding, very kind to change things on our bill and was generally a lovely person. I wouldn't return to this restaurant purely based on the food.

A chill spot with great service (Thank you, Armani!) Food was better than expected and the atmosphere is petty chill. Got the booth seats which was nice. For the food and service received at 9pm on a Saturday night this hit the spot.

Late opening restaurant next to the river. I was disappointed by the small portion size of onion rings but they did taste decent. The brownie was delicious and a perfect end to a day out in London Town.

The restuarant no doubt marketed itself really well! Alot of people. Good space seating. Just next to the river however, the food was disappointing. Nothing amazing or scrumptious in taste. Just ordinary burgers wrapped in big pricing. What I had: Nachos- cold and chewy instead of being saucy, spicy and cheesey. After awhile it was a task to finish it as so dry. Also they got within a minute if us ordering so maybe it was prepared n left out to dry. Mango Iced Tea- Again something out of a can I reckon no unique taste or something that would need a special mention on a menu. La Habana Burger- The only good thing about this is the mango Habanero Sauce otherwise totally skipable. The server took the order and I guess forgot about it. I had to remind him 2 times after 40 mins to check on it. It costed me 20£ for the meal and Definitely not a place I would go again. But the buzz was real as people kept pouring in. Maybe they were regular customers who knew what to order.

Disappointed! Years ago we used to love giraffe. Menu has changed now We ordered through deliveroo Food was tasteless and portions small. The one exception was the rodeo burger which was nice. And the corn ribs were nice and not bad value. Korean chicken - not particularly tasty and really small amount of meat for £13. Overall disappointing

The venue is really nice, well decorated and quite big. Staff were really fast and friendly so very good service. There was a lot of staff around so we didn’t have to wait to be served. Food was average towards “fast food” tasting and quality, and portion sizes weren’t great. Ordered the fudge chocolate cake and for someone who loves desserts, found it overly sweet and somewhat artificial tasting. Wouldn’t eat here again but could maybe have drinks here as the environment was lively and friendly.

Excellent customer service, decor and delicious variety of food. We went for breakfast and it was so so good! They were happy to provide anything I asked for. Would definitely go there again... for the cocktails next time! YUM!

We was here on 11.11.2023 Very good food and service, but very very unfriendly manager (administrator) blond girl. She is absolutely not customer oriented and not able to make her job well. Owner of restaurant have to change her, otherwise many customers will not visit this place again. Also she is pushing all waiters and they get nervous…. I can recommend this place, but be ready to get angry because of manager if you will contact her 😉

Stopped for an evening meal before the theatre. We did not book, but they accommodated us. The service was of a high standard all the staff was attentive. Great food and dessert. Go and try them.

Stopped in here for a quick drink - we had a coffee and a milkshake. We weren't too keen on either of the drinks but the place had a great atmosphere and the staff were friendly. The outdoor seating is really great in the summer!

Stopped here for a quick bite at lunch. Sat outside and was brilliant for people watching. The service was quick but when we asked for the bill it took nearly half an hour- ended up having to ask 3 different people. Having said that the food was yummy

Good service. We went for 6 people and asked for separate bills, and the staff happy to wait when we take our time to communicate. He was very friendly, I dont know his name but he worked on Thursday 11 May 2023 around 2pm. Try this restaurant if you pass by. There's plenty of space🤍

I came here with my husband and young toddler. My chicken Caesar salad tasted forgettable and even had a bone fragment in the chicken (lucky I had given my husband that piece, not my toddler!). My husband said the duck stir fry was mid. Toddler’s meatballs were super dry and flavorless, she ate nothing but a few peas. However, the server was nice and apologetic about the bee harassing us. Best of all, the restaurant gave a free pack of 4 crayons that toddler loved and ended up helping keep her happy on the flight back home. Giraffe really is child-friendly. Just don’t share your own food with young kids without checking there are no bones.

So I'm going to start this off by telling you all about my experience. I work as a contractor for the South Bank Centre, breakfast and lunches are not cheap around here. But when me and the family spent a weekend in London we found Giraffe. It was my African radar telling me! The service was a bit slow but it was expected as it was breakfast time. Me and the wife both had the egg Benedict she loved them, as for me just trying to be adventurous. The kids deal is a winner, I can't remember how much it was. I'll have to ask the wife.
