Absolutely rude and unaware. I was waiting at the till for 20minutes, called out for help to verify my age and the guy walked right passed me with his head down and wenr on to serve another customer.

A big shout out to the younger female member of staff who always seems to wear a mask around the store. The other staff, including management seem to have forgotten masks exist (and Im sure not ALL of them have rare conditions that mean they can't wear masks). Come shopping here if you want to take home more than just your food. Disgraceful Co-op. Nothing Cooperative about THAT behaviour.

Whilst ordering from Deliveroo - I only received one item from a list of items. Coop failed to communicate that they ran out of the other items and delivered a single bottle of cider - which cost me £7.23 (cost of the bottle is £3.15 from their store). Do not bother using this place to order from

A local store with good selection. Unfortunately, the female employee on the evening shift hovered over me several times as I was checking out, treating me as if I were a criminal. This was a singularly negative experience that I had never encountered at other stores. When I noticed this close monitoring, I questioned her "is there a problem," she claimed she was just doing her job, grew defensive, and later walked away loudly proclaiming "so rude." I see no reason to subject myself to this insulting treatment when many other good options exist in the area. I hope this person is shifted to another position that does not involve interactions with customers.

Went to this co-op early morning on a Sunday and i was the only customer in there. They had what i wanted from the bakery section. This co-op has 4 self service tills some which take cash aswell as card.

Went to put cash onto my card, only to get home and realise the cashier didn’t give me back my card. Only the receipt, to make it worse I still bought something after. I had a long day so I didn’t notice at the time but seriously annoyed as I can’t come down again to question them.

Chillers out of order for weeks - empty shelves. Won’t be long until this shop closes down it seems

Just for customer service review/ security: Today afternoon, had a rather weird experience with the security guard likely (wearing blue pass, so not likely to be attendant/manager) who seems to stare at visitors/customers, creating some discomfort. Even though he needed to monitor the store for security/theft, but the stare felt invasive and crossed the line. On more than one count.
