I wouldn’t stay here more than two nights, I barely wanted to stay the second. It was so dirty it made me feel very uncomfortable. There was a stain on the pillow and bed sheet, the draws were disgusting with hair and bits of dust in them, I didn’t put anything of my belongings in them they stayed in my bag the whole time. I believe they don’t check the draws as mine had an empty bottle of alcohol in it! The hotel was hard to find, its behind the petrol station across from wellworth merchants, not the address stated. You have to go to the front desk for the hair dryer also, they’re not available in your room. Overall I wouldn’t stay here again, it wasn’t terrible I had a good nights sleep, the bed was comfy but not being clean really puts me off.

NO STARS!!! The worst experience of my life. Really put off from staying in hotels. It was filthy. The location is strange..its hidden, dingy location for dingy activities. Complete waste of £80. Please DO NOT come here. I really doubt it's authenticity due to xyz things noticed. Worst grubby place, it's disgusting. Just felt icky using the toilet seat, sleeping in the bed, using the shower..there wasn't even a mat on the floor but rather a dirty makeshift mat from a dirty towel. Staff looked unbothered, not very welcoming, sleazy place. I don't know exactly with what intention they're running this place but from this terrible night and it's disturbances It's definitely to accommodate sleazy activities if you, oh intelligent reader! understand what I'm saying. Me and my husband could not sleep the night due to poor sound insulation in the walls and checked out as soon as possible, with relief and happiness and gratefulness to get out of that truly filthy place in all aspects. So Glad it was only 1 night. With no exaggeration, I had suggested to spend the night in the car instead due to what we experienced and faced. PLEASE do not come here. You'll only regret. I'm passionately writing this review so others are saved from an experience one tries to block out!

As much as it was cheap I know it would have some faults to it but to find out they gave us a room with damp everywhere was not what I expected. My girlfriend has asthma and she could suffer with a asthma attack whilst breathing the damp in the air. They gave us another room as I've spoken to them and I find their customer services not great. They're laid back and they didn't care, as much as they gave us the a new room that was a little better but its not very clean with dust everywhere, spider web, crumbs on the sheets, uncomfortable bed, awful nights sleep because the windows was single glazed and you could hear the traffic all night. Spoiled my girlfriends 21st because she felt unsafe, uncomfortable and anxious. I warn you all guys, this is not the right hotel regardless how cheap it is it's not safe for you! Very pissed customer here and I will be honest with you all

Paid £61 for 1 night without breakfast.Absolutely too expensive for the room we had. This place is a shelter NOT hotel .It needs to be removed from trivago. Misleading and expensive for nothing.Bed not into standard. The room too small and cold. Little shower that I couldn't dry myself in there. Had to go down stairs to ask for a teaspoon which was not in the room when we tried to make tea.Overall not enough space for 2 people. We had to eat on the bed coz the table was too small with only 1 chair. Not even a table but an old desk. Toilets down stairs were so dark without signs. Ended up going back to ask where the toilets were. £61 was just too expensive for the room we had.Expensive for nothing!!!!!!!!# NOT HAPPY AND DON'T RECOMMEND & WILL NEVER PUT MY FOOT THERE AGAIN FOR THAT PRICE !!!!!! ADDRESS NOT CLEAR !!!!!

It's ok. Very difficult to find . The entrance is not on Mare Street but in the street around the corner of the petrol station. If lost, ask in petrol station shop. They will give directions. It's a decent location for all things east London. The hotel itself is a bit run down and tatty. Alright for one night, although personally I think over priced . The best thing is it has parking if you drive there .

Don't recommend. The cleanliness is awful, thick layers of dust under bed and on top of wardrobe the toilet had a strong sewage smell coming from it. The staff are so rude and unhelpful, made mistake with our rooms then tried blaming us for the mistake..I'd pay an extra £10 and stay at a near travelodge or premier inn.

Booked a double room which turned out to be more like a single room with a double bed crammed in against the wall. Very basic facilities, bathroom smelt of cat wee and was very unpleasant, other guests complained of very dirty room and a shower that kept cutting out! Walls are paper thin so you can hear everything and on a busy road, sirens etc all through the night.

Me and a few friends had come down from "the north" for a gig and needed a cheap place to stay. Beds weren't bad, enough space to walk around the room and the staff were more friendly than expected. Only real downside was the awful shower (very low pressure but hot enough). If I happened to be in the area on a budget again, I'd stay here without a second thought.

I stayed here a few years ago. I was always happy to travel and stay away with business and have stayed in all different types of accommodation from Aberdeen to Jersey. This was the only place I felt unsafe as a lone female. Down a dark lane at the side of a petrol forecourt. Some kind of noisy NHS unit next door with lots of shouting. The shower was so small I would elbow the wall washing my hair which would make the light go off, and the switch didn’t work, but i found it would come back on by elbowing the wall of the shower again! Stayed 3 nights, couldn’t wait to get home, and went straight home to spend a week in hospital with ecoli (which of course I am not suggesting I caught at the hotel...) Avoid.
