Who would believe that going to get a visa would be such a pleasant experience! The staff here are really knowledgeable and helpful and provide amazing service, advice and assistance if you're planning to travel to Russia. Having been getting visa's from here for many years now I couldn't think of going anywhere else. The application process always seems to be changing, but the team here are really on the ball and there to recommend the best type of visa for your needs. Really nice place and welcoming kind people here. Can strongly recommend!
