Brighton Beach Bike Rental right at Brighton Beach. Awesome well kept bikes Trek and Townies which is what I ride at home. Newer perfect condition bikes. What a find in a perfect location for an amazing ride. Head out along the coast towards Rottingdean great little pastry lunch spot there. The ride is really flat so very enjoyable with a postcard surrounding. What a beautiful day very low cost. Really nice owner and staff. Highly recommend Brighton Beach Bikes

Brilliant and cost effective way to spend a few hours getting to see the areas surrounding Brighton. I paid Β£10 for two hours, rode along the Undercliff Walk out to Rottingdean and explored the Windmill and Rudyard Kipling gardens and then rode back again with time to spare. The bike was comfortable, easy to ride and well maintained. It also came with a bike lock so you can leave it while you go explore. Special shout out to Mark for being super helpful and providing lots of good advice and recommendations for places in town as well.

We did the Undercliff Pass with two adult bikes and two tag-a-longs (4yr old and 7 Yr old). What an amazing adventure! We booked for 4+ hours so we didn't have to hurry at all - Stopped when we wanted to play in a play park, go look at the sea, have an ice-cream etc. The bikes were sturdy and well maintained and the staff were so helpful and nice, and helped us with the route (which was very easy in the end). Can't recommend highly enough.

Brilliant! Mel (I am terrible with names, I think it was Mel) who greeted me with a smile, found my name on the list and got me a bicycle. The bicycles were all prepared. Within moments, I was riding along the promenade. Very nice bicycles. Could get up speed. I rented it out for the Brighton Naked Bicycle ride (don't worry, I had a cover on the seat!). I got there in plenty of time, did the cycle and then returned the bicycle to be greeted again by the lovely Mel again. Great price, very convenient location, and overall great service. Thank you! UPDATE. I went back here for the 2023 Brighton Naked cycle on 11/06/23: How perfect! I hired a bicycle for the Brighton Naked Bike Ride. (Don't worry I had a protective seat cover!). I arrived and was greeted by a guy called Bernardo. He was lovely. Found me straight away on the list. Asked which bicycle I wanted. I said about attaching my bag somehow and he then suggested a basket. Brilliant! I sadly had a big bag too that I was travelling with and asked if he knew anywhere close by I could store it. He said he would keep it for me. I was so THANKFUL. The bicycle itself was a smooth ride. Pumped up tyres all ready for me. I had a lovely ride. PS. Remember ID to hire the bicycle. I forgot but gave my debit card as a deposit.

It was better than the reviews. Extremely budget friendly prices with a great guide in Mark. The cycle to Rottingdean and back took me 4 hours, but I took my sweet time exploring everything.

Really accommodating and friendly service, despite it being a last minute booking and late drop off. For a day hire they are much cheaper and as convenient as the Beryl bikes. Will use again!

We had a great time cycling along Brighton beachfront- so much so we went back again today. Mark was really friendly and helpful and the location couldnt be handier for the car- free cycle ways. If you are looking for a way to spend a fun few hours in Brighton, hire a bike, cycle to a quieter beach and escape the crowds.

Great service 5th time returning and hiring the bikes to cruise the sea front. Was very easy to book and collect. Mark is really friendly and accommodating, with a professional attitude. I would highly recommend this bike rental company.

Hired a hybrid bike for the afternoon and was given a friendly and warm welcome from Mark who gave a talk over the bike and the route I was taking before setting off. Great, solid bike, really good value with good service, and right on the seafront beneath the National Cycle Route. Definitely recommended!

Really friendly staff and a great service. The bikes are maintained really well and I would strongly recommend hiring one from these guys, as opposed to the city hire bikes. We cycled up to Worthing which is about a 22 miles round trip and there is lots to see. It’s pretty much a flat route so people with very little experience would be able to manage it

We rented one tandem bike (for me and my boyfriend) and one normal bike (for my mum). The owner was very helpful both during a phone call the day before our trip and on the day itself. He gave us valuable information about the route we wanted to take, handed us the bikes and even his number in case we needed him - turns out, we did: When we had cycled for about ten minutes, the chain of one bike came off. We called him and he was there in a minute, handing us a replacement bike and taking care of the broken one. Also, the so-called "Undercliff Walk/Path" is really worth a bike trip and we can highly recommend the route to Rottingdean. We even did not have to pay more although we were back a little late!

yes I also hired a bike for the day just on the reviews given about Brighton Beach Bikes and wasn't disappointed very friendly and knowledgeable about where to ride to and also gave me a cycle map of the area. Β£18 for the day and well worth the money.

Great service and very friendly staff. We had a couple of issues with one of the bikes including a puncture! Gave them a call and the owner quickly came out to meet us to get us on our way again. He said it was the first puncture he’d dealt with in 3 months! Typically it happened to me! Lol.

Thankyou Mark for our inaugural voyage with the dog carriage- barking gave way to excited pants as we rode over to Woodingdean attached to the Californian style bike, which is like sitting in your favourite armchair. The cycles, child and now dog carriages are all so well maintained and your service is always chilled and friendly. Please find attached a couple of photos of Edie in her carriage. Thank you

Very friendly and helpful owner. Gave us plenty of advice to make the most of our planned journeys. We had a great time on the hybrid bikes, really fun to ride; felt well tuned, durable but very light. Great value too. We’ll be back.

We hired two hybrid bikes and cycled from Brighton to Worthing and back. A great day out and a nice, easy ride (mostly off-road). The staff were extremely helpful and made sure we had everything we needed before we set off (helmets, bike locks etc) and discussed the route with us, sharing their expert knowledge. The location on the promenade is a great place to start and finish your ride and the bikes were excellent. Would definitely recommend and will return.
