The clinical staff are good, but the administrative staff are useless. The hospital owes me £3000 and despite being assured they would credit that amount back to me in two weeks, it has now been a month, and despite multiple phone calls to several people, nobody from the finance department has rung me back. Disgraceful.

Could not be in better hands. Had surgery under professor Andi Kavin and it could not go any better. Legend, absolutely professional and full of knowledge. The hospital team were exceptional. Margaret from the theatre (ICU) was exceptional too, her confidence and professionalism was second to none. Aldrin Reyes from the ward was also a true example of a real medical professional. I mentioned all these by names because sometimes it is easy to take for granted the little things that make a difference. A huge thanks guys.

I went to this clinic very excited and confident thus I wanted to spend as much as needed in order to treat my mild acne scars! When I have arrived at the clinic I only had very few spots on my forehead and clear skin on the reast of the face and chest. The doctor prescribed me products such as antibiotics, ptd and glycolic peel. The nurses are very inefficient!!! Apart from one girl which impressed me. I can't remember her name exactly, but she was new and looks Chinese and is around 35 years old. She was very friendly, efficient and she did an amazing job in terms of pad and glycolic peel. Regarding the treatment overall. The Ptd was good, glycolic okay and slightly helped my skin, the readness almost disappeared. However, when I've stopped the antibiotics they have prescribed, my skin was all covered in spots, including my chest, I looked so read I wanted to cry. Never had that acne on my face before! Horrible!!! Therefore, this suggests that the antibiotics quickly worked and cleared the acne not their treatment!!! As such, they stopped it just exactly a week before the antibiotic treatment ended so they can try to convince me to move on the next more expensive "lie" stage. Easy to figure out! Therefore, that was my last treatment at the clinic! When I have talked to them about this they have ignored the problem (shocking) instead of helping me because I've paid so much money, they surprisingly only tried to convince me to buy another treatment. So disappointing! They DON'T CARE about the costumer at all but the money!! To conclude, I'm now clear thanks to my GP, who I thanks very much for putting the effort and 0 money spent! DO NOT WAIST YOUR TIME AND MONEY AT HARLEY STREET CLINIC. THEY ARE NOT HONEST AND DO NOT CARE ABOUT YOU BUT MONEY!

The nurses who cared for me at the recovery room were exceptional. There was John and another nurse whose name escapes me, apologies for that. But Lucy, one of the nurses, was an absolute delight. She was always happy, positive, and eager to help. Another nurse, Arias from the Philippines, was incredibly calm and patient. He took the time to answer any questions I had. And I must express my gratitude to Selma, who was always cheerful. However, it was not just the nurses who made my experience at the Harley Street clinic memorable. There were many staff members whose names I unfortunately missed. One of them was Monti, who attended to me and inquired about my medication. She was meticulous and thorough in her approach. I would also like to mention the doctors, Dr. Yeti and Dr. Daniel who discharged me and answered all of my questions. But the person who truly stood out was my consultant, Dr. Sinan Barazi. He exuded impeccable standards and professionalism. Dr. Barazi took the time to answer all of my questions and put me at ease. He explained everything in detail about my condition, Terminal Neuralgia, and the surgical procedure. The surgery lasted approximately 2 to 2 and a half hours, although I don't have any recollection of it. I only remember getting up in the recovery room and after spending three nights in the hospital after the surgery procedure I was discharged.. I am truly grateful to the Harley Street clinic for their exceptional clinical practice and their excellent team of healthcare professionals who looked after me with great care and expertise. Please pass on my regards and thank you to the team members as they deserve the recognition.

My mum went to Harley Street in June for a procedure but unfortunately died whilst having the procedure, she was absolutely fine when she walked in, never thought for one minute I'd never see her or speak to her again, very upsetting, wish she'd never gone, maybe we will get to the bottom of what happened on that day.

Absolute waste of time, was kept in for 3 days and simply had blood tests done. No conclusive evidence as to what was wrong. Staff forgot to attend to me didn’t eat for a day so ordered a Deliveroo. Absolute waste of time and one of the worst and clinics/hospitals I have experienced. On top of that my coat was stolen from the room and housekeeping can’t remember seeing a black coat. It was a designer coat but I appreciate my health is more important than a coat however it is extremely aggravating that you go to a hospital and are stolen from. The clinicians, Doctors and Nurses are lovely. However there are challenges with joined up service, with different doctors saying different things, contradicting the doctor from the shift before and not necessarily knowing your medical history properly. You can get left for long periods without nurses checking on how you are. On busy days it can take 20-30 minutes for a nurse to respond to you pressing the bell. There are no facilities to get yourself cold or hot drinks and they are never offered to you so I have to send visitors out to the shops. Generally, catering is terrible, slow, poor food and sometimes you don't even get asked what you want for lunch and dinner.

Recently had neurosurgery here. I can not praise the whole set up highly enough. From my neurosurgical team, anesthetists, doctors, nurses, catering staff, cleaners and reception staff (forgive me if I've omitted anyone). From the moment I arrived to the day I left, I was treated with respect, dignity and had the most wonderful care. The food was of restaurant quality, and everyone was, most importantly, cheerful and happy. It's obvious to the patients that The Harley Street Clinic is a comfortable and cheerful place to work. My experience at the Harley St Clinic under the care of Mr Irfan Malik and his team was exceptional. The medical care was incredible and played a huge part in my progress post operatively. My operation was a difficult and challenging one for a rare spinal disease OPLL. Mr Malik was so kind before, during and after it. His amazing surgical skill prevented me from becoming paralysed because of my condition. I was an emergency and he and his remarkable team of anaesthetist and fellow medics saved my spinal cord. The team in ICU and HDU were amazing. I am indebted to everyone. Also to the wonderful catering and waiting team for the five star food and service. The rooms were extremely clean and the whole experience of my being in hospital was truly 6 star.

Excellent care from empathetic staff who understood my concerns and needs whilst undertaking a medical procedure. First rate consultant and theatre staff and nursing staff who went the extra mile to look after me from admission to discharge.

Had a smooth experience with the consultant doctors here but the receptionist put me off a little bit. They didn’t take the time to check my details and mistook me for another Asian patient very easily. When they realised the mistake they said “the patient got me confused so much” on the confirmation call back to their colleagues. Bruh I get it our names can be hard to catch but we are usually happy to repeat / spell them for ya and 30s of patience and respect is a lot more efficient than 10 minutes wait caused by negligence.

I honestly can't fault them booked a consultation for surgery at the last minute while visiting London for the day and was seen within 3 hours. Lady was lovely, got all the information I needed in order for me to decide what was best for me. I'm looking forward to meeting a surgeon now !

Excellent service, made to feel that I am important and not just a patient! Everything was explained in terms that I could understand, and I was treated with up most care and consideration . I was kept informed of every step that was being taken regarding my medical needs and explained why each step was needed. Service was superb and speedy. Highly recommend this clinic and their teams!

Nursing staff, excellent, caring, attentive and kind. Consultant also excellent. Catering staff and housekeeping (cleaning) unfortunately the opposite to above although manager did visit me to discuss at end of my stay. Biggest complaint was changing my room without any prior explanation or apology. Cleaner came in at inappropriate times and expected me to move even though I was not well. Catering staff did not communicate well and quite a few items on the menu were not available. They did not offer to help serve the food, just "dumped and ran". I was not told at the outside that tea and coffee was included but the nurses often asked if I wanted but each time I was worried I would be charged. Poor communication at the outset as the printed material explains that charges will be made. For the cost involved of the non clinical side (accommodation and "hotel" services aspect), sadly this was a poor experience for me. Surgery successful, nurses and clinical staff excellent. Let down by the non clinical side.

Mr Petrou and the whole staff at the HSC were exceptional. The communication was awesome, the procedure faultless and the post-op care in the ICU and Cardiac ward were second to none. I felt my life was very safe in their professional and compassionate hands.

I saw cardiologist Prof Neil Ruperelia at his private clinic in Harley Street yesterday. On arrival I was met by his very efficient assistant Laura Woodhouse who had made the whole process go very smoothly by keeping me informed all the way through about the appointment. When I met Prof Ruperelia, I was quite stressed about my condition but the first thing he did was very patiently and calmy put me at my ease. We went through my tests and the condtion I had come to see him about. He was reassuring and explained everything in a way I could understand. He was very patient and kind and answered my concerns clearly. I truly felt confident and safe in his hands and at the same time comfortable and at ease. My experience in his clinic was a very positive one and should I need to see a cardiologist in the future, he will be the one I go to. I can recommend him and his practice without reservation.

Absolutely a disgrace. I got appointment since 05 Jan 2023. Never got any response for my blood tests’ result and not sure if I am got any issue with my health after almost 2 months, visiting the clinic at 78 Harley Street. Few weeks ago, they send me the bill of £1100+, not sure what is this for. I did the test but never got a result and none of them bother contacting me regarding my health.

I had an appointment with Dr Rodney Foale. As I travel to London his team gave me an appointment time to take this into account. My cardiologist, Dr Foale, is a brilliant consultant of the old school where he has time to discuss wellbeing and general health beyond specific cardiac issues. This puts one at ease. I cannot recommend him highly enough.

I’ve been reading the reviews before being admitted there but they are all non-sense. Just go there and you won’t be sorry! I’ve been admitted for adenoids removal at this clinic and I can’t express enough the level of satisfaction that I ever experienced in any clinic across Europe! The staff was amazing, no bored I don’t want to work here attitude which you get everywhere else. There are no words for the nurses that looked after me Agnes and the other woman from Trinidad(I forgot the name but will never forget the face), they’ve been a joy to look after myself and chat, extremely down to earth. The facilities are not short of absolute cleanliness all around with modern equipment . Believe it or not, the food was actually good, comes from a guy that’s very fussy about anything he eats haha. Don’t give it second thoughts by any means.

Everyone was very knowledgable, caring and made the whole stay as pleasant as it could be. It’s an amazing clinuc with best service! Lovely porters who are ready to help you out. Receptionists are very helpful and polite! I never witnessed such a great and efficient team. In particular, Dr Ramia Mokbel was amazing and very caring and helpful. She removed a mole on same day which was such a relief! So grateful. Ayesha, her secretary was very empathetic and willing to assist my booking. The service and outfit was very impressive. Although I arrived late but the staff were understanding and not disappointing. The staff were very welcoming, understanding and patient. There was no sense of being rushed and as a patient I felt I had the complete and devoted attention of my imaging/radiograrphy consultant. The bedside manner of Pranesha was very comforting, every step was carefully explained, and the insertion of the device required for administering the necessary fluids/tracers was very quick, efficient and with no discomfort. A very impressicve experience!

Excellent treatment from first consultation to last. Mr Shankar is a first class consultant and I couldn’t be happier with the outcome of my operation. Nursing care and facilities at The Harley Street Clinic were also very good.
