If I could give them a zero I would. I am from the states and unfortunately, had an accident and needed emergency surgery. I was treated so poorly. I developed a rash from their pillow and it too 6 days to get medication for it. There was NEVER any follow up from ANYONE. I never saw the surgeon after the surgery. The physio only wanted me out of the hospital. NO ONE cared. I was by myself in a foreign country and just treated with no respect. I don’t know how anyone can think this is a good hospital. I was on an air mattress and when they finally moved me, they never plugged in the mattress, so it completely sagged. I can still barely walk because of this neglect. I was in the same room as a very dangerous person. She was supposed to have a mental health nurse 24 hours a day. They didn’t have any control over her. She was smoking in the roof near oxygen tanks. She would scream obscenities for hours, accusing people of stealing what she had. I begged to be moved to a different room, because I was fearful of her. The very last night, they finally moved me. Now my daughter is here and trying to get my medical records to take home. They are telling her it’s an 8 week time to get them. It’s so frustrating!!! I’m sorry if you think this is a good hospital, because your standards are very low

That’s one of the best experience with doctors in my life. I gave birth in this hospital and I want to say very big THANKS to all team. It was absolutely amazing day, special and stuff is just brilliant. They support , they help , they make you feel good. I remember then I thought something happened with baby I just immediately came to them and they checked me. Thank you dear doctors, midwifes for your care. ❤️

Aug2023- large open unlike hospital I've seen. Went to research block. Walk through wide corridor with mosaic tiled walls and scenes of nursery rhymes and stories Costa, M&S, shopping, cinema and a hairdresser. Very well equipped for visitors and patients. Lovely statues of dignatories, royalty, and medics including Nightingale and Seacole. Restaurant is good looking too. Wonderful archive and history walking through the area TwinsUK staff were lovely 10/10

Birth ward experience: - very slow unorganised process, - lots of waiting (days!) + personnel are super-friendly and patient, - rooms are unbearably hot (over 28 degrees!), + comfortable bedding, + good parent meal options (partners can use M&S and Costa's downstairs and use the microwave in the kitchen), - expired baby milk formula (watch out!), + excellent views from the windows, - postnatal rooms are shared and very small

Had to take my girlfriend here in an ambulance due to an anapylactic shock. All staff were friendly attentive and took great care. Despite how busy they were they made all patients feel welcomed at eased. Cannot thank the team and NHS enough! Thank you guys!

Excellent care and treatment by the staff that were looking after me. They were so good I didn't really want to go. The facilities were a bit naff but otherwise all good. Nice view from my room as you can see.

I cannot recommend St Thomas Maternity Ward enough. The midwifes are well trained and kind, ready to help with whatever you need. I had a long labour and I gave birth vaginally with no epidural. Lauren and Rebecca from the Hospital Birth Centre are amazing, so positive and helpful, they made the birth experience feel easy and stress free. I cannot thank them enough. Lara was born perfectly healthy and they ensured I get the best care I need during the birth and afterwards. Their enthusiasm and positivity really had a great impact on me for my first birth. Thank you, ladies! You truly are amazing! If you decide to give birth at St Thomas, please do! From the first appointments, all staff are welcoming and polite, helpful and professional! I would give 10 stars rating if I could!

The maternity unit has been outstanding. Every member of staff has been a true credit to their profession. From my very first midwife appointment all the way through to my time in post-natal, it has been fantastic. I had a little trouble with delivering my baby ans the afterbirth and the staff couldn't have been more supportive. They were also extremely thorough checking up on me afterwards with a range of tests and explanations of exactly what my complications were. Thank you so much to the wonderful staff. (And I must add the beautiful view from my post-natal ward.)

At the Eye emergency Unit. Too slow! 3 hours waiting already and I’ve only been assessed by a nurse. Heaven knows when a doctor will see me! Don’t come unless too strictly deadly necessary! Disappointingly slow service for not so many patients. Painful 😣

After being here for 4 months strait I’ve got to know the place extremely well and a lot of the staff and 90% are amazing and will bend over backwards to help some of the doctors need to work on there bedside manner and remember we are people at the end of the day. It’s nice they cater for everyone and if u need something they have a m&s and a WH Smith’s which will cover almost everything u need.

Their staff shouted at me and gave me a full blown panic attack. I’ve been here since 4 days. The doctors say that we do not know why you are in pain. They booked me a scan and refused it twice. I would rather faint with pain than come to this hospital. I thought we had the best healthcare in the world but it’s a joke. They keep giving you pain relievers to a point where you feel so weak. I wish I never came here. If you are sick, please do not come here.

Thank you so much for your amazing service last friday. I had an appointment to removed my wisdom teeth. They were really professional and made me feel so comfortable. I got intravenous sedation and I don't remember anything but the surgery didn't took longer than 30 min. The experience was the less traumatic possible and thanks to this my recovery it's been amazing and without pain. truly grateful and 100% recommended.

Service was good and quick today, but I will never forgive them for giving me a room without a toilet when I was hospitalised a few years ago due to gastroenteritis. I had to poo in a bowl and then call the nurse to come and clean up. It was a terrible experience.

Chicken and egg situation? We were refused entry to our baby scan because we couldn't provide a COVID test result to ourselves. We had been looking for the test kits in the last 3 weeks at least, including online and local pharmacies, without a luck. We are both double vaccinated + boostered + using face masks + sanitizing our hands and does this make any difference? The hospital's (NHS) policy demands the negative test results and the NHS can't supply them. NHS won't give but the same NHS will ask? Is this really fair?! Why don't you rethink this and offer some flexibility in such cases? We are only allowed 2 scans within the whole pregancy and already you are scrapping the most important (22 weeks) off from us? How about the serious implications not diagnosing any health risks to the mom and not checking the baby's development of organs? I will be however safe to go in a pub or on a trip and celebrate how happy I am about the whole situation.

I had the unfortunate experience of having to take my father in after a fall where he broke his arm. I must say, it was a visit that really reminded me that the NHS relies on kind, calm, special professional people. Particularly impressed with the orthopedics team members, Carlos & Ella (or Ruby, I forget... an antipodean orthopedics nurse.) Their bedside manner was exceptional, speaking to them made my stress levels plummet. They performed their duties with great humour, knowledge, and professionalism. I feel indebted to them. Keisha up in the ward was excellent too, and I felt like we were always in the loop. Glad we ended up in this hospital.

Honestly I can't say how grateful I am to be treated so well. The receptionists in the cardiology department were the kindest ones I've ever met. I'm so happy. I must have gotten used to being treated so awfully by HillyFields GP, that being treated with respect and being looked after is such an amazing thing. This hospital is the best I've ever been to.

The midwife Kate in the post natal ward (floor 6) should not be with patients until further training given. The ward is insanely hot, and she thought encouraging me to put a vest and a body suit on my newborn child was apt. She suffered heat spots from it. I should've just listened to my instincts instead of her. She partially pulled my cannula and then pushed it back in when administering antibiotics. When she took out the connector tube for my antibiotics it spilled out onto me. The beds were not wiped down properly. Bring anti bac wipes with you to do some cleaning yourself for peace of mind. Cramped conditions in the shared ward - not a great recovery experience. What saved my birth was the labour midwives. They were fantastic.

Had prenatal care and a baby at the height of the pandemic. There may have been some waits on routine visits, but there was NEVER any waiting when walking in, worried, unannounced. When I was induced and nothing was happening, they heard me out and agreed to the c section I was looking for. They were truly amazing. I’d like to specially recognise the anesthetiser, who explained everything end to end and took a video. She was truly remarkable. I have tried to find her name everywhere to write her a thank you card to no avail!

Maternity review Excellent maternity care. I have had high risk pregnancies and the Consultants (Kate Harding, Anna Smith who have seen me) are amazing. The sonographers are really good too, kept me well informed through scans. I have had an awful experience at another hospital in the UK for maternity and changed back to St Thomas' straight away I felt well looked after and the midwives are really experienced (I was looked after by the wonderful Thames team). Would really recommend for maternity care. Thank you so much for all you go through to look after your patients.

Clean, covid protection protocol is excellent. I was weary of going into hospital but was reassured by the level of hygiene I witnessed. Well done to the hard working doctors and nurses, cleaners porters, all of the lovely people who work here.

Had my baby here in November 2022. I'd like to sincerely thank midwife Rebecca McKee and her assistant Lucy for looking after me during labour, making me feel safe and encouraging me all the way to the birth of my daughter. They are both amazing midwives who do an excellent job. I'm satisfied with the level of care I received by the midwives from the Thames team during antenatal care. They were always able to accommodate my requests , happy to answer any questions and very understanding. The birth Centre was well organised and the birth suite was very large and with a lovely view. I'm happy with the experience.

Recently, I've been there. it's highly busy during the day & even one has to wait for at least 1 hour in the lobby/ the reception area. Dr. C. KERALI is one of the best doctors & and a wonderful person too...!! Pharmacy staff is helping too, yet their cafés a bit expensive.

I've unfortunately been there few times, I always have found the best front desk, a decent reception, and good service from Doctors. The only complaint that I might have is that all the report from 111-999 are not always used to book you in, so if they would do that they might save some time. But overall, great A&E and good hospital overall (considering the overall NHS situation)

You could not even book in today, there was queuing going all the way outside. I think this is the only hospital in London where you wait for an hour before you can even register. The whole system here needs a rethink, it's utter chaos and there was no social distancing.

I was taken thorough care of by all members of staff. Everybody was very helpful, dedicated, friendly and attentive. Food was very good ( strange to mention but had the best chocolate sponge I’ve ever tried ) and place was pristine clean. I started feeling much better soon after being admitted. Very grateful to entire A&E and Admission Ward team 🙏 Better treatment and conditions than in some private hospitals! I’d give 6 stars if I could 👌🏻⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

Had to visit the A&E for x-rays after a bike accident this morning and that visit turned my day around. From the moment I arrived and interacted with the staff (administrative and medical), they were friendly, professional, truly attentive and very knowledgeable - I got lost in the halls at one point and even a member of the janitorial staff took time from their work keeping the place impeccably clean to help me find my way again, with a smile. It was a pleasant and reassuring experience, despite the circumstances. Hopefully I won’t have to go back anytime soon, but will know I’m in good hands if I do.

An amazing team in A&E from start to finish. They communicated every single detail of what they were doing and further steps they would take. Didn’t let me leave until they had a definite answer. Would recommend this hospital to everyone. If only other hospitals could take a page out of their customer service skills and how detail oriented they are.

The midwives, nurses and doctors and other staff were so diverse in backgrounds, but uniform in giving brilliant care to my family. We chose St Thomas’ due to our perception that it would attract the best staff from around the world, and we were not disappointed as every one of them ranged from good to really really special. We needed them all to pull together and felt in very safe hands when nature threw us some complications, as we are now safely home and well. Thank you St Thomas’ - please know that you were massively appreciated by us.

One the rudest, most aggressive toxic bunch of NHS staff I have ever met in my life in the Accident & Emergency Department where none of the Drs or nurses literally know what they are doing. Whether they have any medical training is questionable. A bunch of incredibly unpleasant angry people. Aggressive insulting attitudes, phones slammed down in anger at patients, No care and attention and I would be suspicious of any staff that try and treat you. Please do not ever go to this hospital! Its a nightmare experience.

I don't understand where this hospital can have such a rating? Treat a person by symtoms but not by test results. I had gynecological bleeding for 5 months. The doctor gave antibiotic treatment for kidney stones when I had a uterine polyp. Or, a little earlier.. When I came with severe pain in my lower abdomen. One of the employees at the front desk sent me back home. He said that my arrival at the hospital was a waste of time. And he explained to me that the only thing they could do was take blood to see the erotrocytes in the blood and then they would send me to GP. I have a question. Judging by the ratings, am I the only one so lucky with the professionals? Or the rating of the hospital, it's fake.

Okay I'm going to post this. I'm pregnant and looked through online what is best hospital for NHS maternity. St Thomas was one of the top 3 choices as my hospital was not even in top 10. But since coming each time to this hospital. I will say this. Staff are lovely. BUT the services are very disorganised. And that's annoying. Coming for appointment waiting 1 hours for it because clinic is late but nobody is informing you that it's running late. Upon arrival nobody from reception tells you to go to clinic and speak to nurse to get blood pressure done. they just said sit down in waiting area. nurses there or the health care staff not saying anything just asking if someone here for blood pressure. Why not put a sign up. That indicates Upon arrival please report to nurse/health care staff to do blood pressure/co2/urine sample? it's that difficult? specially if it's for first time mums how should we know all this needs to be done on each appointment? Then my interactions with midwife was not the best at one appointment. Because they where short staffed they just saying who is next instead of taking people by their appointment times. one lady came for 11 appointment but she had 3pm appointment and went before me even my appointment was at 10.30ish how is that right just because she arrived before me a min or two. Think the management needs to look into better system. Other than that staff are polite.

Attended this hospital A&E today after a terrible time at Royal free left me frightened to go there again. The staff here where great. Not covered in bruises after giving blood. The doctor got me an ultrasound straight away, something you would never get at Royal free. I wish all hospitals in England had these high standards.

Amazing experience in A&E. Everyone was friendly and organised. Very clean and the doctors were also nice and professional. The wait time was about 3.5 hours but felt quicker. Couldn't fault a thing. The volunteer lady was very helpful and caring to every patient her presence was known. Other hospitals should get training from here, especially kings hospital.

I went to A&E for help as I felt from high and injured my ankle. The nurse examined my ankle throughly, and what’s more, he explained very well where the injury is, how to heal, the do & don’t, especially the whys. The receptionist/nurse at Urgent Care Unit was super kind and helpful too, she helped me to navigate the doors as I struggled a bit bit with the Crutch. Sadly I didn’t take their names. Thank you both so much! ! A tip for other patients to reduce waiting time. Make sure to ask if you are waiting at the correct area (there are several units and waiting areas), and if you need any test/scan at any other unit, let them know once you are there the test/scan you need to do then go to the waiting area.

Great place! Great staff, especially the elderly senior nurse with the white hair in majors Sharp, caring, witty, funny. This a and e has the best atmosphere. When you're sick it puts you at ease! I was seen efficiently including ct scan. The only negative comment I have is that I arrived and needed to lie down to stop my headaches, I think it would be good for people to lie down quickly whilst they wait. Thank you

I've been to St. Thomas' Hospital as a tourist with a very bad inflammated injury on my hand. I was worried about a sepsis and asked for help there. I didn't have to wait very long. The lady at the reception was extremely nice and very very old and she called me "sweetheart" like a lovely granny :D I was very fine with that as I was travelling on my own and was really worried about my injury, so she helped me to calm down. The doctor and the nurse who were examining me were very friendly and in a good temper. They patiently explained me some medical vocabulary because as a German native speaker I didn't know all the words. They gave me antibiotics and painkillers for take away. I was positively surprised that I didn't have to pay anything at all but also I never had to show my EU-health-insurance card either. Not sure if they did it by mistake but it was completely free for me as a tourist. All in all I felt very well treatened there (medically and socially). :-)

Had my baby a year ago at st Thomas's, I still tear up from anger and sadness when I think of that. My waters broke before labour started. On the phone they said to come in and I'd be induced, went in after 5 hours was sent home for another 24hrs to see if labour would start, came back under the same premise 24hours later waited, honestly 14hours (given an examination room at 2 am to lay down) to get checked in. Another 12 hours later a c section was recommended and done. The post natal ward was boiling with staff that couldn't be fussed with checking a new mum and baby and just berated you for everything. I will never set foot in that place again. Seems good if your birth goes 100% to plan but traumatic if it doesn't.

Had to come here as I had a slight problem with my heart, I explained to the triage nurse that I couldn't come on the day my doctor sent me as I was suffering from avian flu and a chest infection, she said I SHOULD of attended as something might have happened, I told her ' your sign outside said if you have flu symptoms you should not attend the hospital ' she cut me such a filthy look, she should know that avian flu is highly contagious and can be passed on very easily and quickly. This nurse needs a lesson in manners and should know her job. The staff in the heart suite were brilliant and very helpful, shame the triage nurse wasn't !

Looked after brilliantly by the staff in urgent care. Few hours wait but I have absolutely no issue with that as they are run off their feet and had to divert staff to an emergency in A&E. The lady on reception of urgent care was great on the overnight shift despite a rather drunk and irate lady being a real pain angel hostile towards her. Thank You

I came to urgent care today as I had an infection in my foot. Can I just say that the staff were absolutely lovely. At urgent care I saw a nurse practitioner called Raj. He was lovely and helped me a lot. Then I went to a short stay ward where the nurses were so lovely. I was very anxious and they made me a cup of tea and checked on me regularly. The orthopaedics team were also lovely. Thank you !

I had to go to a&e during my stay in London and it was busy but I was impressed with the service from the team. They were upbeat and helpful even though they had a lot to handle. There was a hiccup with my patient 'activation' so I had to walk between the pharmacy and the a&e a few times but this did not take away from the overall service. I was grateful for the care I received here.

Very interesting to read all the good comments because our experience was shocking! My mum was a patient in Anne ward for elderly and it was awful. Even though she has a serious condition we had no choice but to discharge her per her wishes. The level of infections, screaming for hours to use facilities, incompetent staff the list goes on. Even at discharge we found all of her belongings have gone missing and they tried to send her home in a hospital gown (she's 80 years old). We're now drafting a complaint and possible legal action. Please if you have loved ones staying here....keep an eye on what they're doing, what drugs they're giving and just the general level of care. I'm sure if we left her here she would be dead soon. My heart weeps for the elderly who have no family.

The NHS is brilliant anyway, as are all the wonderful people that work within the organisation but this particular hospital goes way beyond. From the moment I checked in at the A&E front desk, everyone couldn't be more helpful, I actually needed urgent care and within 2hr30 of arriving (there was a full waiting room) I had not only been seen but also x-ray'd and spoke to a really lovely doctor who reviewed the x-ray with me. Simply amazing service and everyone was absolutely fantastic throughout. Hard to recommend a hospital considering the reasons we go there but you won't go far wrong Huge love to you all <3

Love this hospital and its ever so friendly, helpful staff. Registration was always smooth, and waiting time was always acceptable. Perfect location too, with amazing views, situated next to River Thames, opposite the Houses of Parliament, Big Ben, and London Eye.

Loved my experience at St Thomas labour ward. I was there for a while and dealt with multiple people from the midwife and doctor team: ALL of them were extremely helpful, caring and knowledgeable. They have always put me at ease and helped through a very slow and difficult labour. Nadia S., Louise G., Kate Elizabeth M., Laura F., Alok A. have all been amazing, I can't thank them enough. Special thank you to Nadia S. who was amazing both while caring for me mid-labour, and who came in to check on me and helped with great advice on looking after the baby in the first few days.

They say it's a really excellent hospital!! But absolutely excellent!! It's amazing how doctors in the emergency room have to go and Google your symptoms!!! Are we joking !!! I have never seen anything like it, truly third world!! Then when you ask the nurses for help, they look at you as if they were buying you a ticket to the amusement park!! I have witnessed all this more than many times. Don't mess with human life!! And if you continue like this, it tells me that you are really in a bad way... Change jobs and you'll make a better impression!!

Avoid!! Avoid!!! Avoid!!! Even one star Is a lot for this "hospital"!! The waiting time for the emergency is 6 to 7 hours at best. People throwing up, coughing blood and no one cares... left to wait in the waiting room for 8 hours some of them. I had to wait for 7hrs with a severe pain and it was one of the worst night in my entire life!!! Disgrace to humanity!

Disgusting place! They will let you die but not going to come and help! They should be ashamed of themselves. People with severe pain, stabbed or bleeding, are waiting for more than 8hrs to be seen and staff is acting arrogantly on top of that..... this place should be shut down! It does more bad than good!

Amazing hospital. My son was born here. Staff is really professional, they take good care of their patients. There are shops on the ground floor, pharmacy. The views from delivery rooms, the garden are great. Food in the hospital is fresh and delicious, you get a menu to choose from.

My father was taking into hospital a couple of days ago, due to corona I cannot go to the hospital so of course I tried calling multiple times on repeat calling even at 1am I try calling around the clock. And no answer. I don't know any news about his wellbeing.

I love this hospital and appreciate all the hard work but last night 5.5 hours waiting with my little one no water machine, only one parent allowed to enter to deal with a tired sick child. I appreciate times are difficult but the kids emergency area needs improvement better chairs for kids to lay on if waiting times are long.

I had a blood test here yesterday and the staff were very friendly and polite. There was a student whom was going to do my blood test but personally felt comfortable with a professional and the nurse was very gentle, reassuring, sociable and polite! :) Thank you! <3

If I could give 10 stars I would. I delivered my baby here and had 1st class service. The midlwifes, nurses and doctors were phenomenal. My husband and baby also had visited the A&E few times and I was amazing how organised, clean and friendly the staff were.

Fabulous hospital, as soon as I walked in service was impeccable, went to the reception desk was seen right away, came in at 05:00 in the morning it wasn’t busy, with breathing issues, had the usual things checked like blood pressure, sats, peak-flow, cannula, a x ray, a nurse, a doctor, a small room I had. Had a Covid test, which came out negative. I was discharged at 09:00 (4 hours) went to the pharmacy (I got token in wheelchair to the hospital pharmacy as I had a bad back by a hospital porter )It is the best hospital. I can’t recommend this hospital highly enough. Absolutely 5 stars

Lost my medication, forgetting to record things on computer they had to do a second blood test Dirty toilets cleaners don't care there on zero hrs contract they hire and fire at will Nurses are angels with a good heart under a lot of pressure. People being treated In a and e normal patients mixed with mental patients Management sit on there butts in there warm office and collect there handsome salary. No respect for nurses or the frontline workers given.

I went to St Thomas' the other evening (middle of junior doctors strike) and was quickly seen with my problem diagnosed and successfully treated. All staff were very professional, kind and helpful throughout. What they do is a miracle with the stress they're under and I'm really grateful. Thank you St Thomas'!

Ok so what’s happening to those with positive tests for Covid but have natural immunity? Got tested positive stayed away from the rubbish and recovered with a massively improved immune system? Long live the strong God bless the weak.

Really good hospital, fantastic grounds and plenty of facilities. Entrance is near Westminster bridge. The pharmacy is on left as you go in. The staff are good very busy with numerous departments. Their is a few eateries and place for drinks. The grounds are nice to overlooking the Thames and big Ben.

Spent 10 days in this hospital in the maternity ward as I had premature water breaking. Staff were so attentive and caring. Food was tasty and you could choose what you wanted to eat. Had to ask to have my bed sheets changed after a few days. Lady didn’t seem too happy about it but she did it. Staff kept visiting times to the tee and asked visitors to leave when the time was up. Which allowed for patients to rest.

Staying on vacation in London I felt a sharp pain in my chest. After getting a recommendation to go here I can say it was one of the most pleasant hospital experiences I’ve ever had. The staff was very friendly and accommodating even offering us free food after not eating since the flight. The wait times were minimal and the service was always in the best interest of the patient.

we came from the Czech Republic to take away our very mentally ill daughter. The hospital does not specialize in mental illnesses, it does not have psychiatrists, which they confirmed to me in an email when I asked them to help my daughter, who had been hospitalized there for more than a week. They refused to help us!!!! So we wanted to take her to a specialized clinic ourselves so that she could get the care she needed and even though my daughter begged them herself that she wanted to sign the reverse, that she was healthy and could leave the hospital, they refused to bring her the papers to sign. So my daughter continues to stay in the hospital where they cannot help her. 😭 I wish all the staff who pretended to care for my daughter would experience the same fear for their child in their lives as I do now that they don't want to hand over my seriously ill child. We dealt with them for over 9 hours, my husband spent over £1400 on the trip because plane tickets are sold out, he traveled by car and train….

Return clinic visit after several years. Some of the staff are still there and their patience and professionalism are remarkable given some of the public using the NHS. Suffice to say that the health system is the crowning achievement of the political system in this country. It should be regarded as such and the "non dom" and "charity" status of public schools tax system should be closed to fund it.

From Lincolnshire away for weekend and got took here by ambulance with burns. All the staff were amazing, thank you. So professional and thorough. Seen quickly and assessed and admitted straight away. Treatment was thorough and compassionate. Thank you thank you from the core of my heart for patching me up at a&e today. Thank you to the ambulance crew too. Unsung (and def underpaid) heroes all of you.

I was a patient here and , . treated with respect and kindness even though I was screaming in agony due to a n abscess in the base of my spine I mean I was screaming so much that I was keeping the whole ward awake all night long for 2 weeks I was given amounts of. morphine but. it didn't work. all the nurses were so kind even when I threw urine bottles all over the place thankfully it has got a lot better but I cannot thank the staff enough for their patience and understanding thank you so much I will never be able to pay you back for your kindness we are so lucky to have nurses that are professional and kind in this country

I was taken care of today (11/10/23) at St Thomas Multi Specialty Assessment Unit and the nurse taking care of me was exceptional. I didn’t catch her name which is unfortunate as would love to thank her personally. She is a true credit to the NHS! When you are in pain and there is someone who so clearly cares and goes the extra mile, it really makes so much difference. Thank you so much everyone ❤️

My wife while in London had a Medical emergency, she was pregnant. She walked in here, notwithstanding she was a foreigner she had the best service and the Doctor attending to her even had the decency of speaking to me on phone while I was back home in Kenya. Care is reliable and it's very effective.

I wish to thank the home from home midwives. My second baby was born there and I went in without informing them as it was emergency delivery. They did amazing job and the process was smooth, fast, professional. I could be in a lot more pain without their help.

My son visited the outpatient dental clinic. Can't fault them. They are amazing at dealing with children. Parking is an issue. They have easy access for disabled parking spaces. However, the others have to go underground in the most tightest, ridiculous parking slots ever. Your bound to get your car hit in there. I would recommend using public transport.

Similar to another's complaint, good luck with the Maternity Assessment Unit. I have been trying to get through as their guidance states to call them ("IMMEDIATELY") if your pregnant and have certain symptoms. I believe they are even hanging up as calls shut off in different intervals - sometimes a few rings in and others a lot later in.

The reception staff and nurses in the maternity ward are outrageously rude. Instead of being warm, friendly and helpful to new mothers, they are blatantly rude. Shouting to new mothers is unacceptable. Reception staff are equally rude and unhelpful to visitors.

This place can make you more sick than helping you. I have no idea how people who work here look themselves in the mirror. Nothing gets done around here It's a complete chaos and mess and no one knows what they are doing. Staff is horrible and completely uncapable and incompetent and treat people like dogs. This place is shame for Earth and humanity and it shouldn't exist! Shame on you! Shame on you!!!

hello my partner's father is hospitalized at the Saint Thomas hospital oncology department. He has throat cancer and needs surgery. the surgeon asks for his fees before the operation €2430 and does not want to provide my companion with a quote or a document showing his fees. This document is necessary for me to release the funds in France.

I had the genetics tests done, which are the genes, which are supposed to be done at least in a month. It has been since 1/15, and until now I have not gone and spoke to them once, and they told me that the laboratory is under pressure, and so far they have not seen anything, they say, wait.
