    Terrible place and hospital. From the reception till to the consultant all of the process tells you that once you get inside of this door you can be ripped off and what you can get is really dependent upon the grace of the people here. The receptionists may or may not respond you if you do not get their attention,otherwise you can be waiting in the queue forever. They could be requesting your debit card beforehand eventhough you paid the service of the consultant as if you agreed on certain tests with them already. The consultant was the worst, he asked me meaningless questions including whether I know about the air pollution of London, did not empathize with the patient at all, satisfied himself with the meaningless Q&A, then didn't answer my questions which made me cancel the consultation and return back from there. He didn't write a report at all, didnt look at my records as well. I wasn't even refunded. I requested his complaints procedure and how I would be commenting about him. He gave me nothing, even I couldnt be able to comment on the service he gave to me. Then I complained hospital but they backed him up. So,you are on your own after this door, be prepared for bad quality of the service and what you get will be dependent upon if they are graceful to you regardless of the money you pay.

    I visited Platinum center few times. The receptionist/admin on first floor are old, rude and extremly incompetent. The private GP Lisa Anderson is completely lost and cannot keep track of your symptoms. She did numerous times mistakes/forgot to write referral to specialist, ignored my pain complains, and even ignored my emails. The service from Platinum center is worse than NHS and you will pay thousands. Stay away from this place.

    I recently visited the Platinum Medical Centre to discuss my long term issues with Dr alan Hakim, I found the hospital to be very proactive in communication prior to my arrival which is always a good thing in these strange times. The consultant I saw was a breath of fresh air compared with my experience with the NHS at that point. Although he could not help me as my issues turned out to be more neurological than connective tissue, he kick started a whole new vigorous investigation by the NHS and they have been trying hard to figure it out ever since, I've now had Dexa bone scan which revealed a serious issue, also MRI scans which have picked up the same issue, a EMG that I dont really want to talk about, and a lumber MRI due next week. All this has happened thanks to Dr Hakim and his excellent observation and sign posting skills. Highly recommended

    With many concerns I booked with Dr Tim Lebens at the Platinum Medical Centre. From looking at my blood tests he was clear to advise and prescribe what was needed. 2 weeks later I am already feeling better. Either way he is available via phone or email should the concerns continue. It is fundamental to have a GP ( beyond general ) to give you the ease and solutions such as Dr Lebens.

    Terrible experience in outpatients department. Long waiting time, unclear procedures on how to book tests and follow up appointment, bad customer care in general. Even the NHS is more reliable and fast than HCA. Avoid

    I had the best care ever at my pre op today Starting with Joseph Reyes , helpful personable and beautiful manner to the best nurse Sonia Jones who gave me such a gentle blood test( I didnt feel a think and was still waiting ... ) and I hate blood tests. Just brilliant Then I saw Vicky Learmont who was so nice and so knowledgable. Also very patient explaining everything. She also managed to get me a fast appointment at the cardio for tomorrow. Just such great care. Thank you all of you!

    Prompt check-in procedure and always had decent quality service from doctors and nurses. Parking can sometimes be a problem but they offer a concierge service so just hand in your keys and they'll sort out the parking. The coffee shop has decent coffee too...always a bonus!

    I have been seeing Dr.Ordman at the Platinum Medical Centre for several years now and cannot praise his professionalism highly enough. Without his input I would be severely restricted with pain. His understanding, straight forward approach and empathy of my problems is what I would hope I would receive from a consultant of his many years standing. I am very satisfied with the help and advice I have received from Dr. Ordman.

    I went to check my shoulder with Doctor Ferran. He's an outstanding doctor and after discovered my problem my life became normal. The Platinum Hospital and the staff are great.

    This is my favourite hospital by far. Hospital staff are friendly, polite and attentive. The Doctors/Consultants I've seen here were brilliant! Radiology department was excellent, very efficient and very detailed reports. Overall, recommend giving this hospital a try. Far superior to BMI & Bupa Hospitals. The worst hospitals in my experience have been Cromwell Hospital in Kensington & BMI Syon Park/Clinic.

    I recently visited the Wellington Hospital Platinum Medical Centre on 3 occasions - for 2 operations and one consultation from September to November 2023. It is an excellent hospital. The pre-visit information and admission process was very straightforward, the on-line system was good, and the reception staff were very helpful. The whole Team in the Day Surgery unit were very friendly and professional and made my visits a really good experience. The Senior Nurse and the rest of the team provided outstanding care during my stay. Thank You!

    1) I arrived few minutes before the appointment, the reception had a long queue and it moved very slow. 2) The nurse guided me to the wrong side of the seating area 3) Around 25 minutes after the original scheduled appointment, another nurse came and asked me again who is my doctor, then they said I sat in the wrong waiting area, my doctor's consultation room actually was on the other side 4) The doctor was in a rush to do my consultation, he did cut it short to only 20 minutes for his £350 consultation. At the end, I even didn't get the chance to ask further questions, he just brought me to the reception for further test and in a rush to leave, meanwhile he wanted a copy of my previous GP notes, the receptionist made a copy of it, and I was mean to give it to him, but his room door was already closed, I didn't get a chance to say [Thank you / Goodbye]. 5) Then I waited another 15-20 minutes in the reception, eventually one nurse came to talk to me, but no one informed me the next step (how many days to receive the test result; what is the next step; shall I call back, or someone will call/email me again, etc, I had no clue), I asked the nurses, they couldn't give me a proper answer 6) No consultations notes from the doctor after the first consultation. 7) The reception and waiting area was a bit chaotic, no one cleaned away the used cups.

    I have been around a lot.i know exactly what good and kind service means. I can say clearly that 1st floor in the platinum was very bad service. Lack understanding and touch. Never will i go there as a private patiant again.
