Their phone service is absolutely terrible especially in the physiotherapy department! I have been coming on and off for a year plus or so but before that years ago I used to help my mum call and even then service was bad and clearly hasn’t improved. The staff need more training on phone etiquette and just call waiting in general.

Receptionist lovely, hence why I’m giving 2 stars. But male physio, was very blunt, hostile and rude. I felt very uncomfortable and started getting tearful because of this, but at least he gave me tissue. I Would NOT want to be in the same room as him again.

After years of bad experiences with non trauma/special needs informed or trained dentists, my mouth was a total mess. A year under the dental services at St Leonard's and I'm able to smile for the first time in over a decade. The staff were wonderful, patient and very understanding. They really looked after me and went out of their way to make sure that all the damage was dealt with sand that I had dentures that fit properly and I was happy and confident with my new smile. I will forever be grateful to them for all their hard work x 5 stars isn't a high enough rating. They deserve ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

The reception lady was so rude (the young one). I did a walk in got there before 9 and have been waiting an hour, I asked the lady how long her response was people have appointments and are seen for different things and your a walk in, yes I realise that but I got here early to be seen within the walk-in time and I’m still waiting. She just proceeded to go back to typing. Absolutely rude and she clearly needs to be trained in customer service

Avoid this place, they won't help in any way with your pain, their solution to years of physical pain is to medicate you with antidepressants so you don't become a bother to them. They really don't care about anything but their paycheck.Shame on them

Amazing physiotherapy team! I have been seen by Ruth, who's been very thorough and made the whole experience pleasant. All the staff is really helpful, it doesn't even feel like you're in a hospital in the traditional sense.

Had physio here twice (knee and back) for problems I've had for years. The physios (Kristina and Andy) were brilliant, really nice and informative. I'm now pain-free and can't thank them enough for their expert help.

Very rude and disrespectful male receptionist receiving calls on 29-11 at 11:00 am. Is a shame this hospital doesn’t care about customer service for patients in need.

This is for Learning Disability Service. Block b 2nd floor. Be very very VERY CAREFUL on what you say. They will act all friendly, innocent and say they don't have your file/notes but really they are trying to trick you into stating your OK and not disabled and then tell DWP. They tried to change my medication but really it was too expensive for them. They are really playing with fire when it comes to patients health

Referred for a xray/ultrasound, where I waited over 1hr in the waiting room, before the hostile treatment of the "DR". I was quizzed on the anatomy of my shoulder because i knew the extent of my injury. I was then dismissed from the service altogether & those scans have not been seen/retrieved to date. In hindsight, I should've reported to CQC, because the in house complaints procedure protects their highly decorated, well recognised high calibre staff.. pointless. Then the pain service... generally they want to see you come in hunched over & with walking aids. My pain threshold is different, I'm hypermobile, brace frequently etc & all it's dismissed to being "psychological trauma trapped in the body". I understand the rise in psychological methods of recent, but come on. I'm telling you about me and you're telling me no, that's not possible?? If I have gone 5 year without anyone okaying an xray, how can you tell me that's not possible? Do you see any x rays on my file? Insanity. Again shoulder & rib pain was assessed & the entire assessment focused on low back pain (a previous & well managed injury treated outside the UK) & previous trauma/therapy I had completed etc. The two sessions I painfully travelled to, to experience their process of improving pain & limitations, were spent doing guided meditation and breathework -which I had expressed already doing. Only then to be told our initial agreed 12 sessions personal plan will end at the 3rd Session and that was early june. I have left messages to speak with someone & to no avail. They also were convinced I was so "psychologically traumatised/confused/out of it", I kept saying I lived in a different Borough. I moved from hackney to Islington mid referral, but to them this could not be possible & I was given crazy looks & "corrected" every appointment despite discussing how I travelled to the appointment. Everytime! They hear what they choose & want to hear. Maybe they'll hear this review and get back to me.

The therapists in the Locomotor clinic are highly experienced and used also to think out of the box to find the right treatment and further additional diagnostic ways, should they be necessary.

The nurses/staff in the foot clinic and locomotor/physio are fantastic and worth 5 stars; but the new staff at front (NOT Aleesa) are rude and lazy; and hardly ever pick the phones up, before 20 rings. I just rang 4 times, and the call ended everytime; due to reaching a maximum of rings!!!

The place never seems clean, it's so old and run down. Good luck with getting anyone to answer the phone. Some of the staff are nice - others omg - rude and zero care.

This hospital closed my treatment as they deemed it was good enough - I have hyper mobility…it’s impossible to close a case on this as it’s a lifelong condition that needs to be monitored. I have not heard anything back from this hospital in 2 years. I have tried to book in an appointment but reception have no clue how to even do that, and gave me a number that had nothing to do with what I was asking (I did not need to call referrals as I have already been referred) & since trying to call back they are just ignoring their phone. What an absolute joke but not surprising given the plummeting decline of nhs admin works capability - never have a clue what’s going on, have no grasp of customer service and act as though you are an inconvenience to them for asking them to simply do what they have chosen to do for a job. Tragic.

I was given a appointment for today after I got there the security at the gates asked me what I was needing. I explained to him that I was given a appointment for today with a physio Marie she is a EPS physio. I was given over the phone for 8.30 am with her . I am not very happy with the way that they are treating me as a patient at st Leonard’s hospital London

😠 Came in here with acute abdominal pains and possibly bowel obstruction. My nightmare started when the lovely ambulance crew finally left mi in the care of the emergency department staff.
