    I had breast augmentation with The Hospital Group in 2016 and it was the worse experience. Reading all these reviews- they couldn't be more correct. The moment you pay them, the service goes down hill to zero. I tried to book my aftercare visit following my surgery at to date, still have not been given an appointment. I gave up after a year! For anyone interested in surgery, please please please trust these reviews and go elsewhere! Ps. I had left a review back in 2016 but it has magically disappeared????

    The worst experience of my life. Do not use these people. I had a tummy tuck and liposuction of the hips. I was promised to have a flat belly and my hips to be pulled in with my tummy tuck. I have gone from looking fat to looking pregnant. He messed up my scar completely the first time and gave me a hernia. I out of my money had to pay £350 to get to the hospital and back. So I basically paid for his mistakes. The second time he didn’t remove my hips as promised he just redone the scar because the first scar was all opened up. Very bad service don’t want to make things right. My dad also had a face lift there and it looks hideous. Unless you want to come out worse then don’t use these people. Really rude and don’t deserve any stars unless it’s a minus star. Took me two and a half years to save the money and feel worse then I did before my surgeon was mr suliamin. He thinks his work is great well it bloody ain’talso gave me untold amounts of penicillin when I’m allergic to it

    Horrible experience! Had surgery, a few hours later was sent home with just paracetamol for the pain. Apparently they're not insured for other meds. Was quite literally thrown out the door morning after surgery. Was still dark outside. I begged them to give me some meds for pain. They gave me pillows, so the ride home will be comfortable. Once they have your money they're not there for you anymore.

    I had an emergency C section and a year later a full hysterectomy. The operations left me with hanging skin that, for years, meant I couldn’t wear the clothes I wanted. I decided over 20 years later to have a tummy tuck. I did some research and settled on the hospital group. I couldn’t praise them enough. My contact was Melissa, she took me through everything from pricing to what hospital I wanted to stay in. She answered the many questions I had via text so that I felt assured every step of the way. I chose Dolan Park. My stay there was really good. I had a private room. All the staff were lovely and I had everything I needed. Not that I felt hungry, but the food was lovely and appropriate to eat after surgery. I was picked up and dropped off at home after a 2 day stay. The drivers were lovely and chatted throughout the journey. My surgeon....all I can say is choose Dr George Samouris if you have the choice. He is an amazing surgeon and such a lovely man. He is gentle and calm and made me feel so comfortable from the moment I met him. He is not pushy and explains everything clearly. My scar is from hip to hip. As I write this I am at 4 months post op. My tummy is flat and has been for the last 3 months. My scar is so neat. It has also faded so much I barely notice it. I have used bio oil from the minute the scabbing disappeared. I also use hibiscrub to ensure it stays clean. The first week after my op I felt uncomfortable as you would expect. After that I was walking and practicing light yoga. I am now back to full exercise and back at the gym. I would recommend 2-3 weeks off work depending on your situation. I had a really upset tummy for 3 weeks following the op. I imagine because of the anaesthetic. However if you are not affected I’d say you will probably feel ready to go back after the first week. I met with my surgeon yesterday for my follow up appointment. I seen my before and after pictures and was shocked at the difference. I had 3 kilos removed including liposuction. I am so happy and look forward to going to the beach and going out in general. I highly recommend the hospital group and Dr Samouris. You will be in safe hands. Annie

    I had rhinoplasty last year. On my 1st consultation I kept being told At your age things will not be as good as a younger person.This continued at all further appointments. Nice bedside manner!!!!! do they say that for face lifts?? doubt it. Everyone was great at first person that took the money couldn't be sweeter. But after surgery wow did things change. as another review stated they do put you out at the crack of dawn. It's like conveyer belts. I never heard from anyone after that. I had a few appointments after but to be honest I got sick of being called old at 46. my surgery left marks on my face which needs sorting out because it is so noticeable my surgeon agreed that something needs done but hospital group can't do anything so I will have to pay out to someone else to repair the work. Please do your research although these reviews aren't wrong.

    Absolutely shocking. I haven't got the energy anymore to go through my horrendous experience but I hope Julie's been sacked. Dont know how people like that live with themselves. BOYCOTT AND GO ELSEWHERE. You have been warned.

    I've been really happy with how my experience with the hospital group has gone so far. My surgery went ahead as planned last month and I am currently in my third week of recovery after a breast uplift and implant. I am very pleased with the surgeons work so far although I know I am far from my final results yet. My surgeon truly worked miracles on me! The care I received at Dolan Park was second to none, every member of staff from the receptionists, to the nurses, to the surgeon and anaesthetist were so friendly and calming. I felt I knew exactly what I needed to know and was put at ease from the second I was admitted right up until my discharge. Since then I have seen the nurse at the London clinic twice to check on my recovery and I have another appointment next week which again makes me feel like I am being well looked after, like my wellbeing really matters them and I'm not just a number. Thank you so much, I look forward to continuing with my recovery knowing I'm in the safe hands of The Hospital Group.

    Booked in under the weight management service. Customer Service is Non existent, happy to take your money but then won't contact you if you have further questions or support. Emailed and called my advisor numerous times and never get a response, escalated it to their manager who when I asked for a new patient advisor advised she would sort it, and then never did. Surgeon and staff are lovely at Burcot but use another provider if you actually want any care or support. Im lucky I have strong mental health as the last few weeks of not knowing could have impacted someone else. Waiting for a response to my complaint letter...

    The Hospital group looked after me while I had a full tummy tuck and lipo to the flanks. Every single person looked after me and went out of their way when needed. I cannot speak highly enough of the staff and my surgeon. The results at 6 weeks are great but will determine full results later this year. Thanks everyone

    Terrible. Please do NOT use these guys it is really hard to get an appointment and when you do you have to wait hours as they are always running late. Had surgery with Dr Arnaldo Pagnelli I should have done my research on him before but I didn’t and it was the biggest mistake of my life. He has no clue what he is doing and has messed up my surgery I now need to find someone to fix this.

    At the beginning of 2013 i had a set of dental veneers after years of not being happy with the appearance of my teeth. As soon as i arrived the staff were really friendly and couldn't do enough for me, i now have much more confidence with my new smile.

    I can’t fault the Hospital group in any way. Everyone I have dealt with has been professional and courteous. The Surgeon and Consultant Anaesthetist have easily the best bedside manner I have came across. My patient co ordinator Lisa has been exceptional. Thank you again

    I am 8 weeks exactly post op, I had a breast augmentation at The Hospital Group in Birmingham. After breast feeding three babies it was something that I had to do, to be myself again. Ladies you know what I mean. My surgeon was Dr Georgios Samouris an amazing man, so kind and very caring I am so happy with my results. Dr Georgios Samouris, is very good at what he does very professional. The Hospital Group as a whole company, I cannot fault them right from the start up until now, the service I have received is excellent. Before I had my surgery I read a lot of bad reviews. But I had heard how good Dr Georgios Samouris work was. So I really wanted him to be my surgeon. His stitching is excellent my scars long great, and I am only 8 weeks post op. Don't be put off with what you read about The Hospital Group go and experience the service for yourself. I just want to say a BIG thank you to The Hospital Group all the staff treated me very well. Because of the negative reviews I read I did not know what to really expect. I was so happy with my room the whole experience was a joy for me. Wishing everyone at The Hospital Group a Happy New Year and all the best for 2017 xxx I would definitely, recommend Dr Georgios Samouris, to anyone who wants to have surgery.

    Really bad experience- I got pregnant and could not go forward with surgery, I asked for a refund and since august they are keep telling me it’s in process Amd never received anything back or never get replying back to emails or phone calls! Disgusting and theft! I will seek legal action

    absolutely disgusting company. they botched my rhinoplasty and ignored me for 11 months straight after the surgery. then finally responded after i submitted 2 formal complaints as well as a number of complaints about them to regulators. when they finally spoke with me they told me that there is nothing they can do because the old company went into liquidation and so its "not their issue". all they did was offer to discuss a revision surgery - i told them i don't trust them to be anywhere near my face after what they did last time, and the aftercare they provided (or lack of) was a disgrace. they still expect me to pay in full for the atrocious service they've given me. if this review helps just one person to steer clear from Transform, then i am a relieved. they are without a doubt the most incompetent, sickening company i have ever come across. i am sure that they will go into liquidation again, and for a 4th time, try to reboot their dying company with a fresh (but equally as awful) new rendition of the old one.

    I had rhinoplasty done two years ago and i regret getting it done from here. The dr didnt listen to me or even cared and just did whatever he wanted , he only removed a tiny bump but the rest nothing. Save your money and go somewhere else

    From start to finish I have found the staff nurses and surgeon polite helpful informative I have had upper and lower blespharoplasty four weeks ago (March 2018) highly recommend going here doctor George Samoursi amazing surgeon - Melissa my first point of contact was super friendly and put my mind at ease I had looked into this surgery for the past ten years and only till I came here did I feel safe to go ahead - keep up the fantastic work -

    Had surgery in their Hammersmith branch, the surgery itself was fine however the aftercare team failed to remove a stitch from my ear. They agreed to book me in for surgery to remove the stitch they missed. When I got my appointment it was booked in for their Birmingham branch. Now I live in London and they said I would be put under sedation so I would 100% need to be picked up to go home. They tried to sell me a £300 cab fair which I obviously refused! I said they should foot the bill as my original surgery was at a London branch they then replied that transport was down to me! Considering I only need surgery because of their poor care it's outrageous they don't sort transportation out for me. I would really recommend looking at other Surgeries down Harley St with better customer care skills they just want your money be warned!

    I went to The Hospital Group to get dental implants done, after doing some online research on where to go. The implants were pricey but I was after quality, since I would rather not put a price on health-related issues. At first, it was all positive and impressive but considering that the whole process began in November 2011 when payment was taken, it is now the ending of January 2013 and my implants are yet to be satisfactorily fitted: I have to say I am NOT a happy customer. They advertise that you will be done with weeks... Needless to say, it's been an incredulously tedious process and the people are so casual about it, flimsy apologies,(if at all) I am constantly chasing after appointments, my time isn't taken into consideration; it has just been quite exhausting, physically and mentally. I expected 5- star service and implants but I am hugely disappointed and have since (and continue to) questioned my decision to choose them.

    I went today for consultation. receptionist was nice but I waited a while to be seen and once I was it was so short. He rushed me didn't.go through what I wanted properly....I didn't even manage to ask about the finances procedure etc. When.i came out I told the lady about it and she said the reason is because he is not a specialist in the procedure I want so she will book me in again for a different consultant who is. I waited almost a month for this appointment and travelled into london it's a little disappointing and made me unsure about the company.

    I HAVE HAD AN AWFUL EXPERIENCE WITH THIS COMPANY DO NOT USE THEM THEY ARE FULL OF PROMISES THAT THEY DO NOT KEEP MAKE SURE YOU READ THE CONTRACT BECAUSE THEY PROMISE FULL SURGICAL COVER AND IN OFFER A CONTRIBUTION IN THE CONTRACT WHICH MEANS THEY HAVE LEFT ME WITH A BROKEN GASTRIC BAND I DO NOT KNOW IF ITS ERRODED OR LEAKING AND HACE OFFERED NO HELP TO EVEN GET THE ANSWERS SO I COULD PITENTIALLY BECOME VERY ILL AND THEY DO NOT CARE!!     Please please please please if you expect any form of customer service AVOID THE HOSPITAL GROUP, the negligence I have experience on behalf of both my so-called surgeon MR SAMOURIS, nurse and patient care coordinator HEIDI is astonishing, I have had to call multiple times to arrange appointments via the LONDON clinic and they are just as clueless as me as to why I have been told one thing by one person and another by another. They are only interested in taking your money (BROOKE, former patient care coordinator who I was told was fired for her poor work standards) and getting you off the phone as quickly as possible. I was transferred via telephone to speak to one person the re-transferred to the person I had previously spoken to in confusion. They pass off their mistakes and negligence as "errors that will be acknowledged if they were made" and try to get you off the phone without resolving your issue with whoever is accountable. I had my procedure 5 days ago (Monday 17th July 2017) and have not been contacted by ANYONE including my surgeon failing to see me at the hospital before I was discharged with NO EXPLAINATION, I was seen by his colleague (I can't even remember his name because he spent less than 10 seconds in the room) and left without giving me the discharge information I required. I can't think of a single pro or positive, I just wish I had read the awful reviews BEFORE I had paid my hard earned money for a sub-standard service.

    GREAT EXPERIENCE. I'm 3 months post breast augmentation with uplift. My amazing surgeon was Georgios Samouris. (My hero). My experience with the hospial group was perfect from start to finish. I got the package that included a driver, my OP was at Dolan Park Birmingham, but because you have that door to door service it's not a problem. The staff at the hospital are 1st class. So caring and friendly. You have your own nurse that takes care of you. My nurse was Julia, lovely lady. I also met Noel who took me down for my OP. And the delightful Dawn who woke me up the next morning. Back to my amazing Surgeon Georgios. My daughter had a breast augmentation with mr Samouris 3 months Back to my amazing Surgeon Georgios. My daughter had a breast augmentation with mr Samouris 3 months before I had my OP, looking at the excellent stitching that he used on my daughter and noticing that there was hardly any scaring after 2 months. I decided to take care of my own problem breast, which after 3 children had lost volume, and I was embarrassed by. Mr Georgios Samouris deserves a medal for not falling about the floor with laughter, when I said "can just an implant fix my problem", even I knew I was kidding myself, but I was worried about the scar that run's from the nipple to under the breast. But 3 months on they just look amazing, I had nothing to worry about. I can't recommend him enough, great manners great work. Lastly The stunning Caroline, the receptionist at the London clinic, brilliant customer service every time. Keep up the great work THG. Marcia xx

    Terrible surgery and terrible care. Was left dehydrated for so long I nearly passed out, ended up telling them how to do there job. Have put in several complaints but never hear back. Wish I'd never had the surgery

    Just had my 3rd opp with Dr Sulaiman again every thing was perfect the hospital group really do care about you and they defiantly do not just want your money I can guarantee this as I would have had all 5 of my opps by now but I have to wait to give my body time to heal Melissa is great and I would always recommend the hospital group to any one thinking of having surgery

    Booked my very first consultation in 2x weeks prior , turn up 5 min before just in case, have given an application to fill. Done it in 5 min . Then all started! The receptionist very rude , didn't bother to update me that the person who meant to see me running late. went to her after 10min waiting , been told to wait! waited total of 25min!!!What a waste of my time! This company dosent deserved even 1 star! rubbish costomer service! Maybe that was a sign not to go futher with this clinic.They don't care! so, don't waste your time!

    Dont ever go there. They completely ripped off my friend and I heard the same from other people, who went there and had problems. They don't care about you as a person or your health, the only thing that matters to them is your money. Don't support these people!!!
