I had an MRI done here and had no issues with respect to a referral or the imaging itself. However, once the MRI was completed and my insurance paid them the money it has been impossible to get a hold of anyone in the imaging department to release my report. The Imaging Department telephone number is not monitored and I have tried calling at least 25+ times and have never once had someone pick up (there is no voicemail box either). They have an email address which no one responds to emails from either. Regardless of how good the medical services are, if the administrative side is a nightmare, it is better off to find another facility. You'll be pulling your hair out to deal with this team and your time is spent better elsewhere.

Credit Control Finance Department is totally incompetent! I was supposed to pay for additional excess which I challenged, instead of being charged twice. This corrupt money grabbing hospital ignored my emails and when I tried to call them and sort this out. Instead of doing anything or help resolve the issue, they where quick to instruct ICON Debt Collectors who are now threatening me when I have made my payment! Avoid this Hospital at all costs!

It’s a good hospital with some well known practicing specialists👍🏻 perhaps not as good as your Spire or Bupa but I think staff, the facilities and appointments are very good nevertheless🙌🏻 plus, it has a cathedral inside😃 who knew⁉️

sort out your telephone lines! I had a missed call when I couldn't answer the phone in that moment and when I call back, no one has a clue what's going on and there's no one to help! As soon as I said I had a missed call the operator said 'I can't help you with that i'm afraid'. abysmal for a private service! Cant believe that in a response they are actually saying they are being targeted with poor reviews- maybe look into the issues that are being raised instead. Absolutely shocking.

Avoid at all cost! I had a knee surgery at this hospital, and the entire experience has been nothing but administrative malfunction. Their website offers included services when you elect to go private for a surgery, but after the surgery they deny the services advertised! I spent two month trying to sort out the red tape, and an additional one trying to sort out the billing mistakes. It is a hospital that clearly does not care about patients or quality of care, and fails at the basics of communicating and returning phone calls. Seriously, avoid this place at all cost!

I have recently had a septorhinoplasty at St John & St Elizabeth Hospital. I was originally scheduled to have the surgery at a more local Spire hospital, but due to Covid, this was cancelled last minute and then rescheduled at St John’s & St Elizabeth. Having read the reviews I was very nervous of this, as there is a lot of negative reviews. However from the moment of scheduling the procedure the contact from the staff, information provided, etc was second to known. They were very accommodating, sending out postal Covid & MRSA testing kits, due to the distance from the hospital for me. On arrival the reception & admissions staff were brilliant, all following Covid guidelines and wearing masks. There were no delays and I was checked into my amazing room ready for surgery. I was immediately greeted by my nurse, Norman, who was excellent throughout, especially as you are there, due to Covid, on your own. The room was massive, modern & immaculately clean, with a huge en-suite bathroom. I was taken through all the paperwork, visited by the surgeon & the anaesthetist, who again was very nice. Shortly after I was taken down to surgery and woke up in recovery, all the time being dealt with by caring, professional staff. Back in my room I was monitored regularly by Norman, see my consultant, delivered my pre-ordered food (which was nice) and then sent home with all my meds. I honestly cannot find one fault with the staff or service I received from this hospital. I have an uneasy feeling that these constant negative reviews maybe from the same disgruntled person leaving multiple negative reviews trying to lower the review score, as they are all of a similar tone, but maybe I am wrong. It is just hard to believe how so many people have had a completely different experience to my own. I would definitely re-use the hospital and recommend it to anyone else. Keep up the good work 👍🏼

EDIT 2 after concluding that their doctor made a mistake and did a totally unnecessary surgery on me they are now refusing to reply to my emails. They are protecting this horrible person. I am taking this futher to every UK medical organisations. This place is an absolute disgrace. If there was a minus star I would give that. Rude receptionists, nurses, constantly rolling their eyes, the staff are giving me an attitude. And on top of it they are refusing to take reaponsibilty for an unnecessary surgery. Shame on all of you. Edit 1 After sending them emails after emails after emails for a year they have now offered an MRI to see what went wrong and I could see another doctor and the hospital paid for it. Having the results of the scan it can be concluded that the initial doctor who did my surgery should have ordered an MRI scan before even thinking of telling me that I needed to have a surgery. We could have concluded back then that there was no point of the surgery as this doctor wouldn't have been able to remove all the tissues surgically so my condition wasn't going to get better with the surgery. Basically this person did a surgery without having a full and clear picture of the state of my condition. Which, could have been avoided had this doctor ordered an MRI prior to the surgery. While I appreciate that the hospital now took care of the scan, this took me many many many many emails contacting literally everyone in the department, for A YEAR!! and they still don't take any responsiblity and trying to save the butt of their doctor. So now I have to see a lawyer to take this case further. initial review: Absolutely horrible hospital. Disgrace to the medical community. I had a surgery there done by Dr O whose name I can't say publicly, I'm afraid. I would not even qualify this person as a doctor to the least. The surgery went horribly wrong and I have been sicker than ever and I have been in and out of hospital ever since. In and out of another hospital of course, because they at St J&E don't provide after care and blame the poor outcome of the surgery on UCL where my aftercare is provided. Dr O and co refuses to even offer a secondary scan. They don't reply to my emails anymore even though they know the level of damage this doctor caused. No consequences for this doctor at all. Shame on all of them. I wasted over £5k on this surgery and this doctor made my life a living hell with a surgery that should not have been done on the first place. An absolute disgrace. People like this doctor should not call themselves medical professionals.

Recently had operation at this hospital. My surgeon and his team were absolutely amazing. The hospital nursing staff however was another story. I've received better care with NHS. The nurse that was on duty basically left me to look after myself , I was in pain and upset. My blood pressure was constantly high. No compassion from nurse what so ever. I had to shuffle my body from operating table back to my nursing bed on my own in pain and crying while she just stood there and watched. I had to use the bathroom and get dressed on my own ready for discharge and in doing so my blood pressure dropped to 68 and I knew I was about to faint. I made it to the panic button in time. That nurse should have been there when you first get up. The whole after care was awful

I would not recommend coming to this hospital. I did not have a good experience here. I had 3 bad experiences with outpatient doctors in this hospital who either didn't care or made false promises of getting in touch which never happened. And the radiology department here failed to find an issue that was discovered at another hospital within 1 month. Staff on the phone were not great either, there were some staff who were quite rude when speaking to reception on the phone. On one occasion I asked a member of staff where the outpatient section was and they said they didn't speak English. I would not advise anyone to come here. There are much better hospitals in London.

Avoid this hospital, they're promoting Mr Youngman even when he has put his clients in harm's way. My friend is suffering as a result of his incompetence. Even if your insurance covers it, please avoid him at all costs. You're better off going with the NHS.

The nursing and care is AMAZING BUT the finance team are ruthless BEWARE!!! I had two sessions of physio and paid for one and the other I wasn't invoiced for and instead of sending a reminder, they instructed a debt collector for £68. Utterly disgusted. I will now withdraw all my support, my charitable donations for the hospice and change all my previous glowing reviews. DISGRACEFUL behaviour

We have been four times to outpatient department 1 over last year and I don’t know how your reception staff can be any more rude. They never say hello, let alone smile or make you feel welcome. Consultant is great, but please teach your reception staff some basic manners.

I was telephoned the night before my operation asking me to pay my bill, I explained I had already paid, then they said I needed to pay £750.00 for services (I never even had). It was like speaking to a debt collection agency or a scam call absolutely disgusting the night before major surgery. The bill was readjusted to much less but I was literally pounced on as I checked in admissions with the card reader. Money obsessed, unprofessional. I now have a far more stressful situation with the hospital administration but cannot talk about this yet as it is a legal matter. Would avoid at all costs.

I should preface this by saying that both my friend and I are international students from Latin America. In appearance, everything was nice, people were very polite and helpful, but the appointment was at 7:45 PM, they left us waiting until 9, and all the doctor did was give us a sermon about how we didn't have the money to be either admitted or getting the actual test that my friend was looking for. My friend has insurance from Mexico and he wouldn't accept it either. Then we were sitting downstairs, trying to figure out where to go from now, and the doctor came back just to continue the sermon about us going home that very instant. We didn't feel welcome at all after that. I admit we weren't wearing our best, on account of having been hospital hopping trying to get her the test she needs to get an operation, but this clinic gave us the worst experience so far. Doctor also said he would help my friend get an appointment at another place, do you think that has happened yet? Not a peep. We ended up going to University College London Hospital, where they made us wait, but nobody looked down on us, and at least they're helping her now.

I went to meet a specialist ankle and foot doctor, but wasn't able to be visited. The booking system is still stuck at telephone and printers, no digital communication whatsoever. The queuing system at the place is so messy that nurses run around without even understanding what they are doing. To make it worse, I can't get hold of my MRI results. I spent 700 pounds and no answers on the phone. I truly need my MRI results and I can't imagine how a serious institution can treat patients in need this way. Avoid.

Very disappointing experience with Mr Romi Navaratnam. He was 20 mins late for my appointment. As a doctor he didn’t make me feel secure nor reassured. Despite the fact I told him about my challenges he didn’t seem to be bothered. I saw him nearly a week ago and he never sent me his notes. I phoned/emailed his PA multiple times and requested his notes urgently so I can go ahead and pass his notes into some other specialist (as I’m not comfortable seeing him again) but never received the promised follow-up email. I would strongly advise anyone to not to see him.

Worst hospital I’ve ever experienced. Expect to receive charges of hundreds of pounds after weeks from your consultation without your doctor to mention anything to you beforehand. I received a poor consultation in which the most “important” advice from the doctor for a gynaecological problem was to drink kefir! My problem came back within 3 weeks and nobody cared to help after that. Go for another hospital if you have the chance, this is one of the worst in London.

My partner had a terrible experience, her Cateract operation left her without distance vision and with astigmatism in her dominant eye. Glasses do not rectify this. The administration phoned two days before the operation for their money, they were aggressive from the onset acting as debt collectors. It was their mistake, they did not send the bill to the correct email address. Surgery was the next day, she arrived early, administration, took so long to take her money , she was late for surgery. The pre operative procedures were hurried and incomplete. The anesthetist arrived in her room wearing a dirty overcoat, he did not ask the professional questions he should of, he handed her his bill. The Director of Nursing wrote that he did. My partner can prove that he didn’t have time to ask all the professional questions he should of. He did not bother to find out why my partner needed anaesthesia, believing that all she needed was ‘a gin and tonic’. On complaining all my partner has had is an insincere apology. It’s just one of those things that can happen. The anaesthetist was not aware that she had wet macular degeneration in her left eye, and dry macular degeneration in her right eye. He did not read the medical notes before hand. The director of nursing told her that she didn’t fill in Lifebox, and then subsequently apologised, admitting she had bit actually it didn’t matter, the anesthetist would have been able to see the notes on the day. Clearly he didn’t. She was conscious during the operation, which lasted 2 hours longer than it should of. And was conscious in the recovery room. The Director of Nursing told her that she imagined this, it was common to do so. This isn’t medically correct and is insulting. The Director of Nursing wrote that she got the anaesthetic she asked for, she didn’t. She was given less than she asked for. However, It is the anaesthetists responsibility to assess her, not for my partner to prescribe her own anaesthesia. She has been told that the operation went wrong because she moved. Why she moved is impossible to comprehend, no one knows and it happens sometimes. She has had no explanation of the damage caused, no follow up appointments, no care. No one has taken responsibility. The explanation of what went wrong is a series of disclaimers and lies. My partner believes that the hospital and the anesthetist they employed were at fault and wonders why the explanation is defensive, when they have no responsibility for care or aftercare and no need to abide by the Nolan principles of public life. Ps to post this we have to give one star, at least.!

I fell while in London and broke my hip. I spent a day in a bed at St Mary’s and was told it would be 5 days before surgery. Being from the USA the surgeon said I should go to a private hospital. I was transferred to St John’s. My surgery was the next day. I was very pleased with surgeon and hospital staff. Nurses were wonderful. The hospital food was the best I’ve ever had in a hospital. They helped me return home in a few days. I still need a bill to turn into my insurance co as I paid a deposit in order to get a refund. Can I get an email address?

Worst experience I had with an hospital, went there for a surgeon consultation was sent for an US. Machine broke the day of the appointment they called one hour before my appointment just got me on the door. Reschedule for the day after, went there US hugely expensive cost me almost 600 pounds (consultation was paid apart). Is been 45 days since the consultation and I am still waiting a reply from the surgeon which told me will contact me by email, even if I asked him should i book another appointment to discuss the result I was even so stupid to offer to pay again for this pitiful treatment. Sent multiple emails with no result just excuse on holiday first then total silence. If you want to waste your money for a poor service this is the right place to go otherwise stay away.

Excellent service and hospital experience here. From admissions to the care and to aftercare and finance follow ups - everything happened quickly and smoothly. I decided for the surgery and within a week, all pre-op tests were done, all finance aspects done, and surgery took place. Nurses were very caring and gentle, including longer term follow up help. The finance team helped find the information they need ensure my account was settled accurately. The housekeeping team changed my sheets twice due to the side affects of my surgery. Overall very impressive experience and happy to recommend this hospital for care.

The doctor I saw in the immunology department was the rudest doctor I have ever encountered. His secretary made a mistake in her confirmation email to me with the wrong appointment time. When I showed up at the time of the appointment that I was told, the doctor came out and said "you made a mistake, I don't believe you" when I told him this was the time that was sent to me. Once I provided him with proof, he then went on to say it was too late and the staff want to go home so I shouldn't be keeping them. As if it was my fault or desire to be there that late in the evening. Mistakes happen with schedules and typos, but the behavior and rudeness of the doctor was unacceptable.

First time visit for me via my private health insurance. Had to travel from Essex but have to say the service received from all reception staff, nurses and specialists was first class. Everyone was so helpful, was always notified of delays caused by my specialist arriving slightly late, MRI scanning dept. was amazing from getting a quick appointment to the actual scan. Thank you to all the staff, highly recommended.

Booked my husband in here for a stroke rehabilitation stay. Dr Amlani was excellent but the nursing care was poor; instances where Bill was not washed or dressed in time for treatments. The Wellington would have been better.

Save yourself, go anywhere else and you will be fine. Thousands of pounds and a week later I am still chasing both the doctor and the hospital to provide me with the diagnosis and the results of my tests. Called multiple times last week, I even reached out and escalated my request to the Chief Nursing Officer, Mr. Andrew Gallini, as per the hospital's procedures and I am still expecting an answer from either the doctor, or the hospital staff.

I broke my left wrist when on holiday abroad in May earlier this year. It was a bad fracture (the bone was shattered into different parts) which required emergency surgery the next day to install a metal plate and screws. After I got back to the UK, I saw Mr Elvey (one of the UK's top orthopaedic hand and wrist consultants) at the Hospital of St John & St Elizabeth who was initially concerned that I would need further surgery but after another X-ray and a CT scan, he established that that wasn't the case and he suggested I start physio with the physiotherapy unit at the hospital which Mr Elvey said was very good. So I had my first physio session (one hour initially) with Andrea in the hospital's physio unit about one month after the surgery. My wrist was extremely stiff at that point and I had a very limited range of movement - both up and down and also rotating. I was very worried that it would never get back to normal and would affect me for the rest of my life. Andrea was really brilliant - he spent lots of time reassuring me that the issues which I had were normal, he explained everything and answered all my questions, reassured me that I couldn't damage my wrist by doing anything and I should start hand exercises which he demonstrated. Subsequently, I saw Andrea again for futher physio sessions (each half an hour) where he checked my progress, always encouraged me in a very positive way and changed the hand exercises as I got more familiar with them. I saw the consultant, Mr Elvey after I'd had two months of physio with Andrea and he was very surprised (in a good way!) with how well I'd progressed. He wrote to my GP to say "I am delighted with his progress.". Recently, he signed me off (saying to my GP that I'd made a "fantastic recovery with near full range of motion") and I saw Andrea today for the last physio session where he also signed me off (and also gave me hand exercises to continue doing if I wanted to get the final bit of range of motion back). I think that I'd never have got to where I am today (basically back to normal before my bad wrist fracture) without all the amazing encouragement and help from Andrea in the Hospital of St John & St Elizabeth physiotherapy unit - thank you very very much!

A circus and not a hospital. I came in, was told to go to the first floor. After I signed up and did all I needed, someone realised I needed to go to the second floor. There I was told to wait. After 30 minutes I was told I need to go admissions because I was never admitted. When I spoke to admissions they insisted I need a pre auth for my treatment from my insurance - WHICH I DO NOT! My insurance does not require pre authorisation. As the admissions officer was badly informed, rude, and argumentative - I just left without receiving treatment. All in all, an hour of my life was wasted.

I was helped by the staff, very friendly and attentive despite the unpleasantness of the IRM. Payed a lot, but it is difficult to be well cared for if you don't these days.... Good staff!

I had two horrible hernias that caused me no end of discomfort. These things had been misdiagnosed for a while until I met with Dr. Romi Navaratnam. I was and still am impressed not just with his professionalism, but also with his skill as a surgeon and follow through. Definitely the best I have ever encountered and I have met a few, who certainly did not match up. The hospital team was equally as impressive. They operated like a well oiled, well trained drill and never once dropped the ball. I was very surprised about some of the negative reviews I saw, because none of that was in evidence to me. I have to say, if I ever needed to go back to any hospital, this one would be my choice. Thanks for everything.

It’s ok. Care is fine but Administration is inefficient and stuck in the dark ages. Lots of different receptions. Lots of queues. Lots of bits of paper to carry from one bit of hospital to another filling in forms with the same info - insurance pre authcodes etc. productivity could be improved a lot by modernising the administration

Was sent here by private Cardiologist for a tilt table test and 24hr BP monitor, had no choice about where I was being sent (or the costs involved) tilt table test went ahead, dispite me being in a lot of pain, and having being told by the Cardiologist that the test shouldn't go ahead if this was the case. The nurse carrying out the test didn't seem aware of this. I was fitted with the BP monitor straight after the tilt table test was finished, given a few instructions on how to use it and sent on my way. This didn't go well as it constantly went off when it shouldn't have, making it extremely painful. Nearly all of the readings it recorded were errors, leaving me to manually do my bp with the machine every 20mins. When I removed it, the label stated it had not been pat tested for over 3 years. This was noted when I returned the device to the hospital, as well as the errors I encountered (which had left my arm bruised) to which the nurse informed me that it didn't matter, as it still worked. I have only just received a full copy of my results from these test (from July 2021)the changes found in my ecg have been ignored and the bp monitoring, when it did work, was as low as 77/48 and deemed fine. This is not fine. Would never recommend going to this hospital.

Feedback abt my surgeon: My surgeon (Dr.Pisal) was as excellent as a surgeon can EVER be. Honestly, he's more of a saint to me than a human being. Professionally and humanly the BEST!!!!I had a myomectomy and I was very anxious. He's like an angel who will guide you through any storm. A person of great value and integrity like you almost never see around anymore...Dr. Pisal, you know the universe will repay you for every good deed you've done in this earth. You were my angel and saviour in a very hard situation and it was my honour to meet you. One of the best souls you will ever meet: guaranteed! Elena, nurse from the Philippines (St. Elizabeth ward, I think ) is the most skilled and humanly valuable nurse you will ever meet. Honestly, just like Dr. Pisal, people like Elena have almost disappeared from our planet. Elena has a profound sense of integrity, sacrifice, commitment and passion in her work. She doesn't do it just for the money, but because has an in built deep sense of care and duty. What a fantastic human being. Helena, I hope someone will repay you for every good action. Another fantastic nurse was Sonia (from Portugal) as well as Hillary (Black British nurse). Hillary is also fantastic and helped so much; I have immense gratitude for her. Honestly these 3 nurses made my hospital stay. Other nurses were also great but I wasn't happy with one of them (also from the Philippines). You need soft skills and a sweet disposition to be a nurse. All in all, I'll give the hospital 3 stars as it's so pricey and a bit too hungry when it comes to prices. It was clean though and comfortable. Dr. Pisal and most of the nurses deserve 5 star plus!!!!!Many thanks to all and sorry if I was a bit temperamental at time:)

In 2018, I had laser surgery to remove uretero-nephrolithiasis in your hospital. The surgery was very successful and I feel good! I have worked in Africa for many years and also in Nigeria for several years. I remember that the hometown of my attending doctor is also from Nigeria. I am sorry that I cannot remember the name of this doctor. Please take me to express my regards to him! Thanks! Nian Feng

Always first rate treatment and an excellent experience. Unlike many private hospitals it offers a complete range of hospital services including A&E and ICU. Never had anything to complain about and recommended it to friends. It is not the cheapest hospital but you get what you pay for. It is also a charity, the "profits" from the hospital pay for an NHS hospice serving local people rather than putting money into a large American corporation like the Wellington around the corner. If your health is important to you there are few better hospitals in London

Very positive urgent care experience! I visited today with an urgent issue and the staff were simply great, very friendly and positive and made everything tick. Within about 10 mins upon arrival I saw a nurse and a doctor and within an hour I saw an ENT expert for my issue. The treatment there and care was super good, keep up the good work!

I recently had an appointment with Mr Ravinder Natt and I must say that he was extremely professional and thorough during our consultation. I would highly recommend him to anyone in need of an ENT consultant. I would also like to mention that I had a lovely experience with Marsha from the contact centre. She was very helpful and managed to arrange for an appointment for me that same day.

I had an outstanding experience at this place! The customer service was top-notch, and the staff was incredibly friendly and helpful. The facility was super clean, and they had some of the best equipment I've seen. I highly recommend this place – probably one of the best in London!

I attended the Urgent Care walk-in clinic. Reception area was clean, spacious and cool. Staff were very friendly and explained costs involved for a consult. No other patients were there so I didn't need to wait to be triaged by the nurse. She took my BP, temp etc then looked at my injury. The doctor had a check to make sure it was okay to re-dress. Fee stated was £150 but due to really only seeing the nurse, the visit only cost £85. After having gone to A&E at the Whittington at 2am and being told there was an 8-10 hour wait in the dirty waiting room crowded with other patients, I was more than happy to pay for the amazing care at St John & St Elizabeth

A day after waiting for 6hrs at an A&E at a different hospital (and was not seen by an a doctor) I visited the urgent care clinic at St John & St Elizabeth hospital. The experience was great. Professional doctors, and a swift service! I started to lose the hope in the UK's healthcare capabilities until I arrived here. Although private, it is not overly expensive. I'm going there again for a specialist visit, hopefully I'll have a similar experience!

Dr Kiani is so professional and attentive. He explained everything patiently and clearly. Massive appreciation for Shanelle as well who made my blood test completely painless - I didn’t even feel it! Thank you!

I had suffered from TFCC tear and ECU tendinopathy for 1.5 years from incorrect guitar playing during covid. I went to see Jade in the physio-department. Already having seen 2 therapist without succes, I was cynical. However, Jade is exceptionally skilled and knowledgeable in modern physio. I was back to playing guitar and getting past my injury within several weeks.

The customer care staff are ignorant badly trained and lacking any compassion. I was so shocked by the person's attitude on the phone when I tried to book a same day emergency appointment and had to repeat myself several times. I actually had zero confidence they could help me so I elected to go elsewhere. Shocking that a private hospital could employ such badly trained deficient staff. Judging by the other reviews it would seem that I am not the only one who has had such a terrible experience.

Had partial knee replacement done by Mr Joyti Saksena at this hospital. All went really well and the after care team were fantastic with nothing too much trouble, Charles was absolutely brilliant as they all were, hospital was very clean and all up to date. No one ever likes going to hospital but the way I was looked after felt more like a 5 star central London hotel.

I was referred to the hospital after a major foot injury. Mr Davies was excellent with his diagnosis and advice, along with all the staff who helped in treating my injury. Their tests resulted in revealing more damage that had not been found with my previous consultant and all procedures and treatments were done swiftly and with great care. Thank you.

Dr Liu was incredible. She calmed my nerves and was sympathetic to my personal circumstances. She did her best to minimise the costs to my consultation and patiently answered any questions I had. I was worried that a private doctor might try to suggest costly treatments but Miss Liu was candid about what would work and advised against unnecessary procedures. I went into my appointment a ball of nerves and left feeling supported and relieved.

Called their urgent MRI unit and booked an urgent MRI scan this afternoon as a private patient, paying for myself, somewhere to the tune of 800quid. Travelled for 1.5 hours, upon arrival found out they had not booked it! Parag Jaiswal who runs the unit first lied something about urgent patients, then turned out they had forgotten to do it! Nice job guys, good luck with this business model.

Excellent hospital. I had never been in hospital or had treatment before. So I was really worried about it but could not be made to feel any more relaxed or be treated any better by all staff. Thank you for your excellent care and treatment.

I am drafting this review on behalf of my director, Anand Dani, who recently underwent a procedure at your facility. He wanted to express his sincere satisfaction with the exceptional care he received throughout the entire process, from pre-procedure preparations to the procedure itself and post-procedure care. Anand felt genuinely at ease and well attended to by your staff. He specifically wanted to commend Frizzy, Mohammed, and Kenneth for their outstanding professionalism and dedication. Their attentive care greatly contributed to Anand's positive experience.

😠 Worst service system I have ever seen. 7 hours of waiting when you feel bad and no one helps. The janitor who screams and after mopping the floor puts the doormat next to you on the chair. The receptionist, who, to the question “We are waiting for 7 hours, when the doctor comes, am I feeling bad”...

😠 This was a waste of time and money and I do not recommend The London Clinic. 🫤 Whilst this gives the impression of being an up to date modern hospital, there were many aspects of this hospital that weren’t up to date at all. 😠 Not Covid secure, on my visit today I saw three staff members wearing masks around their necks. These staff members come into contact with multiple members of the public. I would strongly advise you avoid this hospital until you have been vaccinated.
