    He seemed more interested in how much money I could spend through my medical insurance. Did not have great communication skills either and seemed disinterested. Ran tests but never had an answer for what was wrong with me. Disappointing experience.

    Terrible service. Had to cancel my appointment before it took place. Rude, unapologetic and shambolic and I don't think completely honest. Clearly more interested in charging as much as possible rather than helping the patient. I would not trust this business with my wellbeing. If the appointment booking service is not indicative of the company as a whole they really need to hire a far better more customer centric and organised person.

    Professor Rudenko was absolutely wonderful in helping to me to understand why my skin kept flaring up. He was able to quickly diagnose my allergy and as a result I have had no more flare ups. I couldn't thank him enough! I would highly recommend this practice and services.

    Very incompetent customer service. Terrible service trying to book a first consultation and I have yet to be seen by a consultant!!! I sent an email requesting an appointment including my details and insurance authorisation number and received back login details to book online. I did this immediately which was meant to take place on 21st April at 3pm. No email confirmation of the appointment followed although the clinic contacted me prior the appointment for my Insurance Id which was emailed back on same day. Still no confirmation of my appointment and no one contacted me on the date/time. I instead received an email to say that they tried to reach me (phone has been with me the whole time and it did not ring). Speaking to the receptionist after is why I am leaving the bad review as first of all there is a language communication barrier english terrible, second she was persistent that I did not email my insurance authorisation and ID as requested. I had to check my email and tell her the date and time the emails were sent upon whihhc she confirmed yes she has received it but I still did not get an explanation why no one attempted to reach me by phone on sheduled time/date. Very incompetent customer service.

    I was due to have my knee replacement, when I realised that I might be allergic to my implant, as I had a history of allergic reactions to metals. I was advised to have the test, which was arranged very quickly by the London Allergy clinic. Great to have the online consultation, followed by the test at the clinic. Photos were taken of the test at intervals and a very quick consultation with Prof Rudanko to discuss the results. Many thanks to the team.

    Dr Longhurst was brilliant. She got to the bottom of my long term skin issues which had been caused by years from allergies which hadn't been previously detected. Changed my quality of life, fast and efficient service and treatment . Would highly recommend

    Worse than NHS, the site does not work properly for registration and appointment. I booked a face-to-face appointment and they send me an email that it is a mandatory Zoom of £250 before any other face-to-face appointment with a doctor. How they want to treat my allergies in Zoom for a cost of £250, Worse than NHS. If I want to pay £250 in private it is to see a doctor who examines me and sees my allergy problems up close. Given the other opinions shared on Google, I think it's a medical center just to collect money... in any case their Zoom appointment for £250 before anything else seems to me a scam....

    I had to email them five times for someone to finally bother to respond and cancel my appointment. Awful customer service, I'm looking for a different immunologist, not worth the hassle. Also the doctor wasn't particularly nice either - after he asked if I have any more questions and I said no, he just hung up! no bye or anything. I need an immunologist but def not going back there.

    Appalling service , the clinical side of things is smooth but the admin/operations side is totally unacceptable probably much more of a worse service than the nhs. They don’t allow you to talk to the Practice manager nor give you a contact for their finance team yet so quick to chase for their money. Finance auto email says 10 working days for a response that’s two weeks of waiting for something as easy as a copy of a receipt . What kind of private practice makes you wait 10 days for a response? You would think paying privately for a service makes things a little faster but no not with this clinic. Definitely wouldn’t be having a follow up consultation at this clinic!

    I've been struggling with skin rashes & overall feeling unwell (stomach, body inflammation) for 9 months which I believed might be caused by food allergy (dairy). During my first visit with Prof Michael Rudenko he already run a couple of tests and was able to tell me allergy panel results - based on which he decided to run few more comprehensive tests (blood & patch testing) which were not recommended before by any of the 4 doctors I've seen through NHS. In 7 days I had a diagnosis! I only wished I had visited him earlier, very professional, knowledgeable and fast diagnosis identification. I'd highly recommend!

    Very pleased today with my zoom consultation with Prof Rudenko. It was very convenient to not have to travel to appointment and had less impact on my working day. The consultation was detailed and covered everything possible to ensure I get the best testing for myself to give me the best outcome. Also the emails that followed make it clear what my next steps need to be regarding my insurance and the tests I am having and what to avoid before my testing appointment. Thank you.

    Brilliant service by Professor Michael Rudenko and his nurse that did my patch test. I was able to identify my allergens that I had been struggling with for years and now can take measures to avoid them so I don’t react again. During the consultation the doctor listened to me ,gave me the opportunity to ask all my questions and he answered them really well too. Once my allergens were identified I received detailed follow up letters , giving me precise details on how to avoid my them. Very happy with the service , worth the money and would highly recommend.

    Not only was Professor Rudenko very thorough, his staff are also. I just had a conversation with Lisa and she has really put me at ease. Nice to be seen and heard in an area of medicine where often patients are thrown into the ‘too hard’ basket. Would highly recommend.

    Excellent service described in detail what treatment was needed and why. Immunotherapy is not expensive.come and see the prof Michael Rudenko he is a letter in this field Do not wait for the NHS allergy appt I have waited 2 years under the NHS and won't be seen for at least another 3 months. In the meantime the reoccurring asthma attacks and infections have been causing irreversible changes in my lungs. I am Seeing Dr Enson Thomas asthma specialist consultant chest physician tomorrow to discuss treatment and to review.     Dr Rudenko saw my daughter who is 10 months old and conducted tests on the day, he answered all of our questions, was very reassuring and was able to write a prescription for our daughters medication. Definitely recommend and very grateful for his time.

    Constant issues and delays receiving results and complete lack of accountability. The medical staff are great, it’s a shame the organisation lets them and patients down with terrible management.

    I had my first appointment today and was lucky enough to have my consultation, tests and test results presented to me all in the same day (around 1 hour altogether) I was so impressed with this and I have finally have answers and a prescription! Thank you so much.

    5 stars for getting me some excellent hay fever treatment options. However I went in also seeking help for food intolerances. I don’t feel like I really got help on that - all the money I was throwing at the doctor got spent on the hay fever. £1500 or so in bills and I’m no wiser on my food intolerances. If money is no problem and you want top treatment for airborne allergies I guess this is the place to go. 5 stars hay fever. 1 star food intolerances. So 3 star average.

    The professor Rudenko was very nice and careful with my child. He provided provided a clear treatment following on the diagnostic with the care plan and letter with the recap of the instructions. The facilities were easy to find and the staff very nice. The only thing was the 30mins delay of the appointment but the staff shared regular updates on the delay.
