Very
incompetent
customer
service.
Terrible
service
trying
to
book
a
first
consultation
and
I
have
yet
to
be
seen
by
a
consultant!!!
I
sent
an
email
requesting
an
appointment
including
my
details
and
insurance
authorisation
number
and
received
back
login
details
to
book
online.
I
did
this
immediately
which
was
meant
to
take
place
on
21st
April
at
3pm.
No
email
confirmation
of
the
appointment
followed
although
the
clinic
contacted
me
prior
the
appointment
for
my
Insurance
Id
which
was
emailed
back
on
same
day.
Still
no
confirmation
of
my
appointment
and
no
one
contacted
me
on
the
date/time.
I
instead
received
an
email
to
say
that
they
tried
to
reach
me
(phone
has
been
with
me
the
whole
time
and
it
did
not
ring).
Speaking
to
the
receptionist
after
is
why
I
am
leaving
the
bad
review
as
first
of
all
there
is
a
language
communication
barrier
english
terrible,
second
she
was
persistent
that
I
did
not
email
my
insurance
authorisation
and
ID
as
requested.
I
had
to
check
my
email
and
tell
her
the
date
and
time
the
emails
were
sent
upon
whihhc
she
confirmed
yes
she
has
received
it
but
I
still
did
not
get
an
explanation
why
no
one
attempted
to
reach
me
by
phone
on
sheduled
time/date.
Very
incompetent
customer
service.
