After suffering with back pain for most of my 20s, I am so happy I found Mr Mo Akmal. I had many years of misdiagnosis and never really felt my condition was understood. After my first consultation with Mr Akmal I felt like he understood me and I knew I was in safe hands. We went through all of my options and after a year of treatment, decided it was time for a L5/S1 Primary Posterior Lumbar Fusion with Instrumentation. The whole process was really easy and straightforward and I was able to leave the hospital the same day. The recovery period was tough at times, but I can honestly say so worth it. The difference it has made to my life is amazing. I am now 4 months post-op, I feel incredible and am back to normal daily life without back pain. After suffering for so long, I feel like a huge wait has been lifted and that is all thanks to Mr Akmal and his team. All of whom were incredibly professional and kind. I would like to give a special thanks to Mr Akmal and Dr Lok for the reassuring phone calls during my recovery period at home - I'm not sure if they realise just how reassuring they were. I have no hesitation in recommending their services. Thank you so much.

I was referred to The London Spine Unit after my physio suspected a back problem resulting in severely painful legs and difficulty walking. Dr Akmal arranged to see me quickly and an MRI confirmed his thought that I had spinal stenosis, resulting in pain when walking. He recommended a day-case operation to insert a small spacer between the vertebrae in my lower back, as he was confident that this would solve my problem. The operation was six weeks ago, and the results are truly amazing. I am back to normal, and I cannot recommend Dr Akmal and The London Spine Unit highly enough. Their professionalism and care throughout was absolutely excellent.

I have known Dr Akmal and his team for the past 8 years, I have seen him and his team ON and OFF for issues regarding my neck, C4/5, C5/6 , C6/7. I first had 3 lots of injections into this area back at the start of things. This helped me for 3 years. Dr Akmal did not want to operate at the time due to my age still been under 40 then. After 3 years I had to see Dr Akmal and his team again. We tried the injection route again but after a few attempts we then had to make the call to cut. I had C5/6 and C6/7 +/- C4/5 anterior cervical decompression and fusion / disc replacement carried out. This was a success and I was out of the hospital within 3 days and recovery took place for the next few months. This year I was operated on the back of my neck for a posterior cervical foraminotomy on the left side at the C5/6 and C6/7 levels. We tried the injections last year but this did not help. Due to Covid to this should have been carried out last year. Dr Akmal explained the risks include nerve injury, dural tear and pain post-operatively but the procedure is fairly routine and the risks are relatively low. Surgery has now taken place back in February. I was released the same day later that evening and been back for my check ups and things are looking up. I am currently training for a half triathlon that I will take part in second week of July. I am doing anything from 120 km to 170 km a week on the bike and running now upto 10 km a day on my running days. I have not been able to swim yet due to pools been closed but I have no issues with movement in me neck. I am very happy I chose Dr Akmal from the start. I did seen two others before him, they were happy to just cut and not look at what was best for me. I also strongly believe the newer technology Dr Akmal uses has really helped me any my life style I lead with sports. I know I would not have had the same results if I did not take the route with Dr Akmal. I really can’t say much more but I am very happy I met Dr Akmal when I did, he has been great and so has his team. Patient Miles McWilliams 😊

I can't thank Mr Akmal and team at the London Spine Unit enough for their help. I had a herniated disc in my back which was causing pain and restrictions. Compared to other offers of surgery (e.g. several nights in hospital), the day surgery and minimally invasive procedure were hugely appealing. I am now 3 weeks post surgery, have no pain and am recovering incredibly quickly if I compare myself to friends who have had a similar procedure. it was truly remarkable, straightforward and the team were kind, friendly and always helpful. very highly recommended!

Laser Cervical spine surgery I received outstanding care from Mr Akmal and his team and would highly recommend them. After trying many non invasive treatments for relentless and debilitating neck and arm pain I was referred to The London Spine Unit. I received a swift diagnosis on my first visit of a C7 herniation and given a reassuring trajectory of possible procedures to relieve my symptoms. Since I had not responded to injections I opted for Laser Cervical Spine Surgery to remove the offending disc, which was performed as a day case. Following the procedure I walked out of the hospital with vastly improved symptoms, within a week I was pain free and 2 and a half months on I continue to feel great. I could not have been in more skilled hands, this is medicine at its best.

Mr Akmal is an expert spinal specialist. As a fellow surgeon with back pain due to long hours in the operating table, I was immediately made comfortable by the knowledge and expertise of Mr Akmal. He arranged an immediate MRI scan which was followed by an injection the next day. I can not spare any praise for him!

I have had back problems for years after an injury at work when I was in my early 20s. I have seen multiple doctors, osteopaths, chiropractors and even other surgeons but for 8 years I struggled on with no improvement, if anything the condition got worse. At times I would often have to stay in bed for a week or take a lot of pain killers to get through a working day when things would flare up. Dr Akmal and his team were patient and really listened to my history and condition. He was quick to see the problem from an MRI and suggested different options for my recovery starting with the least invasive with the hope this would work. Sadly we tried a few things which didnt work but I am glad we went through the process of ruling out lesser procedures first and also physiotherapy. In the end we made the decision that I should have a L4/L5 lumbar spinal fusion as a day case. I was very nervous about this as I really wanted to avoid surgery however Dr Akmal and the team talked me through everything and reassured me that the benefits could really be amazing and I have to say they were really right. It took a few weeks to let everything heal but within 2 months I could already feel the benefits and now after 5 months from the surgery I feel like a new person, I have my full mobility back, can still comfortably, lift things and move and exercise in a way that I haven’t been able to in years and all without the fear of further hurting myself. I really cant praise Dr Akmal and the team enough. He is patient, kind and understanding and really put me at ease and answered any questions and concerns I had. I would recommend anyone with back issues to consult with him as it really could change your life and I am so grateful.

Look no further for a spine specialist. Whilst shadowing Dr Akmal and the rest of the team in the hospital I couldn’t help but notice the exceptional care him and all the staff provided. Dr Akmal is outstanding at what he does with years of experience and most importantly I could tell he genuinely had his patients best interest at heart. His care, honesty and expertise will keep you or your loved ones in safe hands. I witnessed so many patients (post surgery) that were extremely pleased with their improved quality of life and I saw many patients that were in luck that they came to him in time as they weren’t taken seriously elsewhere. He is truly a life saver and a remarkable role model to the profession. I would a 100% recommend him to anyone and will be doing so to all my friends and family.

I feel that I have my life back! A total of 7 years of back pain with last 3 years pain increasing and able to do less I finally managed to get an MRI scan which showed degenerative disc in L5 S1. No treatment options offered via NHS so I researched Consultants who may be able to help. Mr Akmal at the London Spine Unit came up with degenerative disc one of his specialisms. I sent my scans and Mr Akmal explained all options. I did not feel pressured to have an operation at all. Written information sent on all options for me to make informed decision. I opted to have spinal fusion and although day case felt initially optimistic it is much better to be at home (or hotel overnight) than in a hospital bed. Keep moving is key to recovery. All the staff I have met have been friendly and professional. Easy to contact and from initial contact to operation was just over 2 weeks - although I could have waited if I wanted to. 7 weeks on, I can now sleep at night with no pain, can bend and twist. Highly recommend clinic and Mr Akmal and his team.

I have had complex spinal issues for the last ten years, resulting in a significant number of operations to ensure this was corrected or, at least, eased as much as possible. After a number of failed operations closer to home I was recommended by a friend to see Mr. Akmal. Mr. Akmal has performed a number of further procedures and corrective operations on me and I am now in a much better physical condition than I was when I first went to see him in 2015 (at which time I presented loose screws, failed fusion etc.). Throughout my association with Mr. Akmal I can easily say that he is, without doubt, the most accomplished spinal surgeon I have consulted/had operating on me and I have seen quite a few on which I base this endorsement. Based on my experiences, he has always been quick to pinpoint the issue; offer a number of potential paths to take/solutions; and always spends time discussing these with me and answering the multitude of questions I usually have for him. On top of this, he is an absolutely pleasant gentleman. In summary, I have no hesitation, whatsoever, recommending Mr. Akmal to anyone who needs to see a spinal consultant.

After having led a very active professional and personal life, I ended up with a severely compressed spinal cord and was practically disabled with a capacity left to walk no more than 2 minutes in one go and was advised very drastic surgical procedures for my spine in India. To make matters worse I also suffer from arthritis of the knees I was sick of my condition and during my last visit to London to see my son, we did some research and decided to consult Dr Mo Akmal. He saw my MRI and listened to my condition and explained what was required to be done as minimal intervention. He answered all my questions and explained all the facts of my problem & treatment in such a simple way that I was convinced that I was in the hands of the right doctor and immediately decided to go for the surgery. The whole process at his clinic was absolutely smooth. In addition I had constant support of his team member Dr Lok also who was also v thorough and patient in dealing with me. It was v reassuring being with them. Dr Mo Aklam has simply changed my life - no pain now and I can walk long distances freely. God bless him. He really has magical competence. I came back to my country after being reviewed by him and Dr Lok. Would definitely go back to him for further reviews and any other problem too always…. Back home, I can’t stop talking to my friends about my experience with Dr Mo Aklam especially those who have any spinal issues.

Had an overseas remote session with Dr. Mo Akmal about my condition. Never have I ever had a consult with such an out standing spine surgeon as Dr. Mo Akmal. He was thorough and gave it to me straight. He took the time to answer all my amateur questions about my surgery and condition and he has made life beautiful. At the end of the day the hardest part is to find the best spine surgeon for your surgery. Once you've done that, you leave it to him and his expertise. In my case I've found the best and that's Dr. Akmal. Will only have surgery with him and no one else when the time comes. You can tell by his consult that he will do what's needed and will give you results that will amaze you. He's the best in this highly complex specialty. He will value you as a patient. Very rare to find that in a surgeon of his calibre. Thank you so much.

I would give 5 stars and highly recommend Mr. Mo Akmal of the London Spine Unit at Harley Street. Mr Akmal is an amazing surgeon who really took time to understand my symptoms and gave sensible advice to help me. I wish I had found him years ago but I'm so pleased that he is here, if I ever need him again. At the consultation, he took time to go over the diagnosis clearly and we discussed the treatments options carefully. The surgery itself went smoothly. I was really impressed that they could do such complicated surgery as a day case. My anaesthetic was great as I felt no nausea or pain at all afterwards. I was called the day after the surgery to make sure everything was ok. Overall, my experience was wonderful and reassuring from start to finish but most importantly, I am very grateful to Mr Akmal for his expertise in giving me some quality of life back. I wholeheartedly recommend him and his surgical team.

I had difficult times with my disc prolapse in my lower back. The pain was getting worse despite pain killers and physiotherapy. I was a bit nervous considering surgical treatment as a definte solution. The consultation with Mr. Mo Akmal was informative and reassuring and helped me to make a decision going ahead for the surgical option. On the day of the procedure, the staff was welcoming and looked experienced and knew exaclty what they were doing. Mr. Mo Akmal spoke to me before and after the procedure. In less than 2hrs, after the porcedure, I was able to stand, walk, and sit down with no pain. I strongly recommend Mr. Mo Akmal for anybody who has a similar condition.

Before treatment from Mo Akmal my quality of life was severely impacted by a herniated disc. Normally very active, I was bent double and could not walk, sit or stand for more than 15 minutes without chronic pain. I tried physiotherapy, a chiropractor and injections. The surgery Mr Akmal performed was miraculous. I walked out of theatre upright for the first time in 6 months and have not had any problems since. It has felt unbelievably good to finally have my life back. A simple walk down the street has become such a joy. This surgery was worth every single penny.

I was tired of the constant back pain without any long lasting relief. My colleague suggested me to consult the London Spine, as they have a team of back specialist London who have years of experience dealing with the back problems. Needless to say, I feel much relief now in performing my day to day activities.

I was horrified when a doctor on the NHS told me that I needed to have a spinal operation with rods screws and a cage. Mr Akmal was confident that a simple operation using laser surgery could fix my pain. He performed the treatment in the Spine unit and within 10 days the pain had settled. I am now 3 months after surgery and have started running and playing tennis. I am still surprised that nobody mentioned laser spine disc surgery before I went to the London spine unit.

The staff at the London Spine Unit were so helpful. They gave me all the information that I needed to make a choice about the different treatments and different availabilities. I had keyhole surgery with a camera in my spine. I was told that the problem is fully fixed and I am now back playing golf. I was amazed how quickly the sciatica and nerve pain has gone after years of suffering. I would recommend anybody with sciatica to go to The London Spine Unit! 4416

Simply amazing from the first consultation with Mr Akmal to the operation day itself . I was suffering terribly with an unstable vertibrae and a trapped nerve (l4,5) On December 22nd I walked in at 1pm had spinal fusion and walked out at about 5:30pm with no pain at all ,my wife and I then went and had a meal together . Since then the recovery has been good with some aching but I’m able to get on the cycle trainer most days now( three weeks on ) . I can also go for long walks without pain and the limp I used to have ! Thankyou so much for all of your expertise and care . I can’t recommend the london spine clinic and in particular Mr Mo Akmal enough . Thankyou Patrick Osborne

I had a recent visit to Dr Mo Akmal’s clinic and had a injection into my spinal joint. I’m a very difficult person when it comes to trusting people with my life, but honestly I felt so confident with him and his medical team. I have a fear of injection and surgery like most people do but I felt so confident with him and the anaesthetist was so good as well. I highly Recomend him and his team. I’m also by writing this, sending my love and appreciation to the kindest nurse I’ve met in my life Mrs Tania Gianina whom looked after me throughout my procedure. Thank you all

Ive just had spinal infusion surgery and a replacement disc. The surgery team at London Spine Unit has been absolutely top class and what they have achieved is truly incredible. Six weeks in now and apart from the obvious surgical recovery the original pain has gone and the problem has been resolved. Something i was unable to achieve anywhere else over the last 30 years. Thank you Mo Akmal !

Mr Akmal performed a cervical disk replacement on me about three months ago, after more conventional routes of treatment had been exhausted and it became clear I needed invasive surgery. This was done on an outpatient basis, and I was grateful to be discharged on the same night, to recover in my own home. Regular check ups since, and my own perception confirm that the surgery has been successful and my healing process is going well. The physical problems the prolapsed disk had been causing have been resolved and I have regained full strength of my right hand. I wholeheartedly recommend Mr Akmal and his team at the London Spine Unit. I felt in very safe hands.

I had been suffering from chronic lower back and right leg pain since October 2021. I had visited numerous chiropractors and osteopaths, I was eventually referred by my GP for an MRI Scan in October 2022, as I was unable to stand or walk for more then 60 seconds without excruciating pain. The MRI showed a huge disc bulge L5/S1 but also a deformity in my lower spine. I was referred by the NHS to a private consultant who told me I would need two major surgeries at the same time to correct this issue, which would cost £35k and also be quite high risk. As an extremely nervous patient, I thought it would be best to get a second opinion as I was absolutely terrified! I contacted the London Spine Unit and Dr. Mo Akmal, the miracle worker put me at ease from the first consultation and offered me a different solution in the form of a microdisectomy and decompression, less risk, better success rates, day surgery, This was a third of the price I was initially quoted by my previous Consultant. I self funded so this was an added bonus, although I would of paid anything at this point due to the amount of pain. I must admit I was a little unsure that everything cold be so simple, as I had been in pain for so long and had got to the point where I thought nothing would work. I woke up after my surgery and was on my feet within an hour and I felt like a new woman! No exaggeration, it felt truly like a miracle! The team and staff are excellent. It has been 3 weeks since my op and I am walking around as if I never had an issues. Big thanks to Dr. Akmal and Dr Locke for the excellent care and surgery and also a big thanks to Dr Khalil Ahmed the Anaesthetist and all other members of staff. If you are suffering, contact Dr. Mo Akmal, it is worth every penny. I feel like Dr Akaml and his team have given me my life back! Thanks again

I cannot praise or thank enough the professional, caring treatment I received from My Akmal and his team. After years of progressive pain in my arms, shoulders, neck and face , his diagnosis of my problems and treatment options brought welcome clarity. I elected for day case surgery to replace/fuse the cervical discs and it delivered immediate relief. Post the operation I received daily calls to monitor my progress and ensure I had no issues. As predicted a few weeks later I am virtually back to normal. I wholeheartedly recommend My Akmal as one of the top surgeons in his field.

I found it surprising that no other doctor told me about laser spine surgery . Most of the other consultants always told me that I needed to have my disc shaved off with surgery but Mr Akmal was confident that using the latest technology with laser he could shrink the disc. It has been a great success. Thank you Mr Akmal.

My GP had suggested physiotherapy for my ‘sciatica’. After months of exercising the pain worsened. I went to see a consultation who was business-like and cold, he suggested an injection and very strong painkillers (which he said would cause psychotic nightmares). I chose to ignore him. Mr Akmal was recommended to me by my dear friend Mike. Mike had had treatment from Mr Akmal and couldn’t endorse him highly enough. The personal care, information and attention given at every step of my treatment by Mr Akmal and his team - Dr Lok, Dr Nathalie Courtois (Consultant Anaesthetist) and Elena, was outstanding. Totally surpassed my expectation. Incomparable, a unique Team indeed! I was anxious about having spinal surgery but Mr Akmal put me at ease; he was caring, reassuring and most proficient. After the interspinous spacer surgery, the excruciating pain completely disappeared, overnight. I am indebted to Mr Akmal. A truly dedicated, brilliant Surgeon!

If I could put 10 stars, I would. After many years of non surgical treatment, all without any major relief, surgery was now inevitable. As a Canadian, I was looking for the best state of the art spinal units in the world to undergo spinal fusion of my L4-L5. After consulting over 4 specialists, some in New York which is much closer to home, I chose Dr. Akmal and the spinal unit because the personalize treatment, from pre-op to post op was by far, superior to any other centers I had visited. Dr. Akmal is one of the best surgeons in the world but on top of that, he and the entire unit treat you like family and it is a true one-stop-shop from tests to surgery to physio all under the same roof. I am now on week 3 recovering from spinal fusion surgery. I was standing and walking 2 hours post surgery, even walked to the office from the hotel 2 days after surgery. Week 3, I no longer have any back or nerve pain and my numbness in my leg is completely gone. A true miracle, as my mother would say! I am forever grateful to Dr. Akmal and the entire team and would highly recommend them to anyone suffering from back pain.

Everyone, both medical and support staff, very friendly and helpful. I found the communication, treatment and care, including in my case, in-theatre spinal injections, excellent and professional . Although I only had a mild sedative as well as local anaesthetic, I felt so relaxed I fell asleep ! And my treatment has made a great improvement to my lower back problem.

After years of low back spasms both my ability and willingness to endure the pain ran out. I went to see Dr Mo Akmal who told me I had a nasty problem with a relatively simple solution. It was 10 weeks ago to the day I had the surgery to deal with 2 bulging discs, one of which was pushing significantly into the nerve. I feel physically and mentally transformed and I'm still within what would be considered the recovery period. Everyone I've dealt with at the London Spine Unit - be it on the phone or in person - has been good natured and good humoured and as a result I have absolutely no reservation in recommending them as professionals and all round good people.

I had pain in my back for over a year and at 46 with 3 young children it had become a real problem, the pain had become so bad I could barely walk round the block without stopping several times. It was affecting my daily mood as aside from the pain, I just couldn’t do what I wanted to do with the children. I had tried 3 cortisone injections without success and a repeat MRI showed the bulged disc had got worse not better leaving a very narrow canal for the nerves. I was told surgery (Microdiscectomy) was the only option and was recommended to Mo Akmal and his team as during the covid-19 pandemic options were limited but because he is able to perform this type of surgery as day surgery it could be done., and my case was becoming urgent ‘Back surgery’ seems to create an issue in peoples’ minds with an assumption that it can lead to months of difficult recovery, risk, uncertain outcomes and other concerns. Even my wife asked if I really felt it was necessary but for me, I knew I had no choice with constant 8/10 pain affecting my daily life. The fact that Mo and the team made it seem so easy is the first thing I would say. It felt like a minor procedure rather than surgery and that is important! When my healthcare provider authorised the surgery they said it was a 3 days hospital stay but I assured them that it was a day procedure as Mo had explained to me and sure enough, I arrived at 8am and left at 4p.m, picked up by my wife. The hospital is relaxing and clean, the staff were helpful and attentive, but the important bit is I was walking pain free 90 minutes after surgery, I dressed myself and went home, I was able to sleep normally and walk round the house from the time I got home, and was doing short walks within days. I was 100% pain free instantly and still am following my 6-week check and life is pretty much back to normal, just taking care for another 6 weeks or so with too much bending and twisting. I cannot recommend Mo and his team highly enough. He has changed my life in a day and I’m eternally grateful”

Dr.Akmal has helped me every time I've had some problems with my back, shoulders or knee. He is very professional and I believe that he is the Best Chiropractor in London. I've recommend him to everyone and they all think the same.

I was referred to Mr. Akmal following continued spinal issues. I had previously had a fusion in my neck (C5/6) about 15 years ago and was now suffering again. Over more than 9 months, my level of pain and disability had increased to an unbearable level. I now live in Malta and the surgeons here could not help as the situation was too complex due to the previous operation. There were issue both above and below the original fusion. Mr. Akmal and the team at the London Spine Clinic were amazing and the level of care was very high. Following the initial consultations, The continual flow of information, both before and after the operation was superb. I felt very confident that I was in good hands. This was proved to be correct and Mr. Akmal performed a double operation in one process. He fitted a prosthetic disc above the original fusion and performed another fusion directly below. The operation was done in one day and the pain relief was immediate. The level of follow up support was second to none and the team were caring and attentive. Dr. Lok was very good and reassuring, being happy to see or talk to me whenever I needed. Some weeks later, any residual pain is just about gone, and I am back to living a normal life again. I have nothing but praise and gratitude for Mr. Akmal and his team and would definitely recommend them to anyone who is in need of spinal care. Thank you!

Turned up for an appointment after being told by Akmals secretary an appointment wS confirmed. Drove 45min and then was told nothing had been confirmed. Use your time to find a more reliable surgeon and practise. Bunch of jokers

Fantastic experience with Mr Akmal and team. I was in and out for surgery on the same day (my previous microdiscectomy had been a 2-night case). I felt like I was given the right amount of information and chance to try other measures to make my own informed choice about surgery. I had no pain following the operation, and my quality of life is so much better now. I can move and walk freely. I recommend Mr Akmal as the best for this back surgery.

I went through several appointments with the nhs and two private doctors before seeing Dr Akmal. Thank goodness I did. I was told the only way to fix my back problems was with fusion surgery (metal rods put into my back). Immediately Dr Akmal suggested a far less intrusive and less painful route which had never been suggested before. One week later I was in the theatre and my horrible sciatic pain immediately disappeared. If I had waited for the nhs or indeed these other private surgeons, it would have been another 18months before I could get surgery done. Thank you so much to Dr Akmal and his amazing team for taking such good care of me! Yippeee!!!

Despite my high hopes, I walked out during the preliminary examination. This was due to a dysfunctional administrative framework that LSU has in place. Although Prof. Mo Akmal did a very thorough and professional job at explaining the surgery and relevant procedures, unfortunately, the rest of the staff seems to lack this caliber of competence; as a result, I felt I couldn’t trust them with my health and life. To begin with, they had no clue who I was, and what I wanted due to some IT issues, and I had to explain that and in fact help them find the relevant medical details. I let that slide though, because, again, Prof Akmal put me at ease by clearly explaining how things were going to work out. Shortly after that though, I started getting apprehensive due to a barrage of contradictory instructions on what I has to do next, which perplexed me as I couldn’t understand what to do. This was during the preliminary health measurements, as I kept doing something wrong (e.g. I didn’t understand what ‘first finger’ meant), and then during additional paperwork. I found out that the instructions I had received by email were in fact incorrect, and I had to fill out the same lengthy paperwork I had done previously and another one I had been told I didn’t have to. At some point I simply felt lost and suspicious that this chaotic protocol will somehow continue during the surgery too. This was the last straw for me, and I made the decision to leave. An unexpectedly disappointing case.

Mo Akmal is an incredibly caring and talented doctor. After years of not achieving any form of proper diagnosis elsewhere Dr Akmal has done spinal infusion surgery with a replacement disc and I walked out the same day. The service and care by the team at the london spine unit has been amazing. I really wouldn’t recommend that you went anywhere else !

If you have any anxiety over back surgery of any shape or form dispel all of it now because you’re in the right hands with Mr Mo Akmal, I had massive degeneration in my lower back he put six screws and 1 discs into my back and two months later I’m completely fine. He takes his work very seriously and that is what impressed me the most

I honestly would not recommend this place, it’s very clear that they only care about the money. Stay away

Shocking aftercare process, numerous zoom calls cancelled at last minute and no follow ups. Considering this is all related to something as sensitive as spine surgery it's horrendous. Process seemed impressive up until the aftercare part and it is so poor it renders everything else almost pointless.

😠 Worst service system I have ever seen. 7 hours of waiting when you feel bad and no one helps. The janitor who screams and after mopping the floor puts the doormat next to you on the chair. The receptionist, who, to the question “We are waiting for 7 hours, when the doctor comes, am I feeling bad”...

🫤 I got a fit-to-fly PCR test at the Brighton branch and it was fine, all went well, friendly staff, etc. After the test I was handed a 'International Arrivals Day 2 Rapid Antigen Test Kit'. The person who gave me the kit said, "you have to do this test when you get back to the UK" and that was all. I...
