I had a great experience with Pulross Adv Back Rehab class before being cut short 2x because of Covid. The staff are very friendly and Ade helped my get booked back on the course. We all need more patience and tolerance with each other. Thank you Pulross staff for helping me rebuild my life post cancer.

I was booked in to a leg specialist, the waiting area is vey spacious clean, tidy, with large windows overlooking a large car park. My appointment time was 11-00am and I was not kept waiting My consultant Caroline who was very friendly and cheerful, explaining everything about my appointment and reason for treatment. I felt very comfortable and relaxed, at the end of the appointment have to say it was a worth while visit.

I've been checked by an specialist physiotherapist Caitlin... she took her time to go through checks of my injury. Very professional and also very sweet girl. If I'll get more star options i'll give more than 5 The 2 lady's at the reception are very polite and welcoming. It's a peaceful place to be. Cleanest it's top A1 Overall 10 out of 10

I was seen by a fantastic individual called Faye Shorthouse. She was very thorough during our meeting. Faye made me feel very comfortable. She took her time to explain the potential options for my injury. She arranged an exercise programme for my rehab the same day. She also called me 2 days later for my follow up appointment with another department to keep me in the loop. Faye is a credit to the Pulross Centre!

It's ok, but a little far away from the Old Kent Road specially during Covid 19 and you don't want to travel to far on London transport when you're going for Physiotherapy as it's based in Brixton. Nice and quiet and you do get looked after.

This is an excellent NHS musculoskeletal physiotherapy centre, The staff member I saw was at the top of her game, extremely knowledgeable and without a doubt past a degree with honours. Facility is very clean with sanitiser and mask available. The centre is well laid out with the gym facilities including running machine, cycling machine, cross trainer and other equipment. I will soon very quickly due to me coming before time, it is advisable to come at least 10 minutes before your appointment this will allow you to be seen in for anti-run through the motions that are required for your rehabilitation. Parking Cambian issue as outside of the centre the parking is restricted with a single yellow line and the parking bays are for residence only between 830am and 530pm which can be problematic. The parking on site is for staff and ambulances only, the site is gated with entry system Therefore you should allow a bit of extra time to get through the gate of the system to the main entrance see the reception before going to the appointment area where you wait.

This place is very dangerous I went last year for a short time due to herniated disc and severe sciatica. I developed cauda equina and a member of staff told me i had “changed symptoms” I was rushed to hospital the next day after going here and had emergency surgery. If I have not listened to my gut I would not be here today. The staff are not qualified to do there job and down right dangerous. If I have any advice listen to your gut and not these “professionals”. They are supposed to spot red flags but I nearly died because of their negligence.

Avoid this place at all means. I have been ignored for months after been promised I would receive an email with a therapy. Called 3 times and they never did it. Awful.

I'm really not sure how anyone couldn't give Pulross 5 stars excellent care & staff..... So grateful to them!!!

Good service with the physico but in regards to the telephone service is poor. I have been trying to change my appointments since 10 August via the telephone and |I| have just been kept holding on the phone. I have tried different times but no luck, which means that I have to go to the cllinic in person to change me appointment.
