Awful
gym
experience
99%
of
the
time.
Their
idea
of
refurbishment
is
a
spin
studio
with
excessively
loud
music.
Go
to
this
gym
if
you
enjoy
your
ears
bleeding.
When
the
spin
class
has
finished
they
start
a
class
in
the
studio
and
ramp
up
the
music
for
3
people
in
the
class
and
a
trainer
that
then
hollers
non
stop.
All
of
that
in
addition
if
youre
lucky
one
of
them
will
have
a
private
client
behind
you.
That
means
more
shouting
and
talking
so
loudly
that
you
cant
even
hear
your
own
music
to
try
and
drown
them
out.
I
pay
aswell
you
know.
I
overheard
one
of
the
trainers
coaching
a
newbie
telling
him
to
shout
loudly
ro
show
confidence.
I
wouldnt
pay
to
be
barked
and
to
hear
your
shrill
voice
in
my
face..the
proof
is
always
in
the
pudding.
The
better
trainers
are
the
ones
with
the
same
clients.
They
don't
have
to
shout
because
theyre
busy
training
their
clients
and
teaching
them.
I
want
to
train.
I
want
to
focus
and
concentrate.
Once
I
asked
a
trainer
to
help
me
they
couldnt
hear
what
I
was
saying
because
of
the
loud
music.
I
understand
someone
collapsed
in
recent
months
and
they
had
to
use
the
defib.
I
wonder
how
long
it
took
them
to
see/hear
or
realise
over
the
music
and
staff
mucking
about
that
someone
needed
help.
I
have
been
off
with
flu
and
today
tried
to
get
back
into
training.
Such
an
assault
on
the
senses.
You
cant
run
the
treadmills
face
the
class
studio
very
off
putting.
Even
the
yoga
class
has
someone
barking
instructions
in
addition
to
the
club
music.
As
a
business
youre
trying
to
be
a
jack
of
all
trades.
You
are
not
soul
cycle
and
you
are
not
new
yorks
dog
pound.
I
overheard
the
manager
who
is
a
nice
guy
telling
a
member
that
they
only
wanted
positive
feedback
as
anything
negative
was
normally
someone
disgruntled.
If
you
dont
listen
to
people
that
pay
to
come
in
here
how
as
a
business
do
you
get
better
or
be
better
than
your
competitors?
Merry
Christmas
