It's fine for a cheap gym and great if you're studying at Goldsmiths. The equipment is pretty standard, lots of dumbells and barbells etc, decent supply of weights for them. No specialist kit really like chains but the new rack is pretty good. If you pick your time right you can have the gym to yourself. Steady flow of new starters provides entertainment. In my few interactions with staff unfortunately I've found them to be a bit abrasive, or like it's inconvenient for them to have to do their job, which is sad because it lets the work of the good staff down. Some of the equipment feels kinda dirty and worn or broken grips in particular don't seem to get changed.

Very small and outdated gym and not worth the price at all (wallpaper peeling etc). I don’t think it’s been updated in years. There is a Pure gym down the road that is 100x better in every way (and much cheaper). No weighing scales (you have to ask). No water fountain (there is one but it’s physically outside of the gym). Very limited amount of (old) equipment at busy times it’s not good. Changing rooms are a disgrace. Showers are terrible. They are like school showers which is not good for the price of membership.

It was very nice. The gym is well equipped and quiet during the day on a week day.

Ok, need new machines. Some staff are helpful. Some don't make any effort to engage with customers.

Not worth the money. Terribly equipped and run down. Pure Gym down the road is 14.99 and is 10 times better.

Wow was there this week and i was amaze with the level of professionalism showed to me by the Assistant manager (kay) infact am coming back to sign up my wife and myself because of him. This club is really blessed to have a person like him.

The best gym nearby! Specially Kay, the manager and the new staff , always helpful and friendly, made me feel very comfortable and welcomed.

Nice small gym usually not too packed, but the music there is usually very loud.

I was very nervous about going back to the gym. The atmosphere at Club pulse was very inviting. Wasnt sure about training or where to start again. When i was approached with a warm welcome from the manager Kay Acheampong . He Explained and answer all my question about my Fitness journey a great welcome and tour of the gym. A great quote i remember he said Take your time as "Rome wasnt built in a day.

I’ve been a member for the past 4 years and I’ve never felt this great vibes of welcome in the gym for the pass few months . I spoke to the management and his name was Kay .. he really made me love coming to the gym again and helped me with a very strategic program which is very helpful 💯. I feel like am part of something now

Had an induction with Kay and it went really well , he was very friendly and helpful , I will definitely recommend my mates .
