Changing the name to Ordinary Expensive Space will be more accurate - ordinary classes, rude receptionists, old and overused lululemon mats. Their late comers policy is applied at receptionist's discretion, not following any rules. Of course, teachers are late all the time. Disappointing for such a pretentious space. Nothing to make it 'Another Space' anymore.

I booked a 10.30 yoga class for covent garden and arrived at 10.34 because of traffic reasons. But the lady at the reception just wouldn't let me in and also refuse to refund my credit. Whilst I understand she has a policy to uphold but she didn't have to sound so unsympathetic "This is not our fault that you are late". I ended up getting really stressed and frustrated. I mean I cannot control the traffic conditions, the tube and the buses either. Also I paid at least £16 per class and it's not very kind thing to say at all when someone's penalised so much money for only 4 mins late. Whilst I understand you have a strict policy yet this is very inflexible and makes me feel very wronged. It would be much better if you would perhaps refund the credits if the person is only late for a very short time. Because most of the time that meant they have already tried to get here on time but couldn't because of things outside their control. Your rule is to avoid disrupting classes unnecessarily not punctuality policing. I will not be tempted to renew my membership if the gym is now a place ran by punctuality polices.

I would like to say that the yoga teachers are incredible so please exclude them from my complaint. My bug bear is when you're paying £135 a month and turn up to your class 60 secs late after traveling 45 mins only to be turned away. This attitude is a bit of a joke, oozes arrogance, lacks empathy and any customer centricity. Where's the Zen like, yogi minded thinking?

At 5:30am my friend and i attempted to go to a cycling class starting at 7am, keep in mind i'm a tourist and this was both our first time at Another Space let alone Covent Garden. After passing the space twice and having problems with GPS we arrived at 7:03am to Allison's Class. We were told by the receptionist that the instructor basically closes doors at 7 promptly and doesn't allow any form of leeway. Honestly i was so appalled, speaking as a Yoga Instructor i simply never wanted to set foot in there. To make matters worse for some reason the receptionist marked us as attendees on Class Pass even though we weren't granted the kindness, patience or grace. Since our class was booked we couldn't even schedule another class for that entire hour. i felt like i was in primary school and i was being taught a lesson. Not only was i an unhappy tourist i felt very unwelcome and scammed ! as the name suggests... this is just another place ~ nothing special folks ~

Modern, stylish studio with great amenities. Even before coming the first time, we were impressed with the effective booking system that lets you pick your mat for a yoga class. However, the atmosphere and convenience of the studio are even more impressive. Clean, minimalistic design, comfortable classroom, protected from the outside noise, fantastic changing room and showers -- it feels like indeed ANOTHER space. Last, but not the least – the studio owner Chris is a great yoga instructor. Will be returning to ANOTHER_Space on our every visit to London.

Watch out with purchasing credit offers as they have expiry dates that you will not know about until after they are expired...

Excellent little studio with some of the best instructors. I love the yoga classes with Chris and the spinning class with Rachele. Studio facilities are in great condition and the timetable is great.

Great place for Yoga in Covent Garden - really friendly staff and great instructors, I love going here. Changing rooms are clean and bright and well looked after, they have towels and shower gel etc and they provide mats, blocks, straps and everything yoiu need. Just show up in shorts and a t-shirt and you're all there. Good beginners class on a Sunday - Yoga Fundamentals, if you're new to Yoga. I did a few weeks of that before moving onto Yoga All Levels.

Staff were friendly and welcoming. My stay in London was better for my yoga with Another space and I had three classes for only £30 which was a true bargain given the quality of the experience! They provide everything and are super organized. Clean fresh towels and large clean changing room, great showers, secure lockers etc etc. Yoga instructors were very good with good cues and classes were challenging and energetic. A popular place for morning and lunch time yoga from my experience!

Spinning classes are psycho and I left within 5 minutes crying from a basic anxiety attack. WAY too dark, loud and aggressive. Instructor seemed to be on drugs or with an adrenaline rush enough to make you feel like something was off. HIIT class is also pitch black and very aggressive - bring ear plugs and arrive calm or else you might have a mental breakdown. The instructor was great, encouraging and helpful, and I'd go back as it was a wonderful workout even though it was WAY too loud. Yoga was in a tiny room but they have nice facilities and the flow was ok. The male I welcomed everyone thoughtfully, then condescended openly to a couple women and it was uncomfortable the way he singled her out to kind of vindictively call her out. I felt like he wasn't that good of a yoga teacher either - insisting on loud breath, a bit amateur. But I still liked it a lot and felt motivated after so I am looking forward to going back. Overall I think they should really align with their instructors about how people on the fringe feel at class - people who are fit but not fanatics. Is the class atmosphere too loud? Are they creating unnecessary stress in any way? The difference between me paying again will be if I get stressed out in the next couple times I try HIIT and Yoga because I'd love a local spot I love and I'd love to be convinced this place is great. I'm never going back to spinning no way!

Slick and hype-clean space, friendliest gym staff and instructors in London, and the classes are just . . . *chef's kiss*! . . . . you'd be mad not to give DIGME a spin.

Best Yoga in central London!!! The classes have a real community feel, in particular the Saturday ones. I found that the different levels and types of classes really helped me improve and progress. Thank you Digme team!!!

I am not one to ever leave reviews but I have to say Digme in Covent Garden - what a absolute pleasure to be lucky enough to attend their classes on a weekly basis. The staff are incredible, so down to earth, approachable and really get the best out of you in the class! Chloe, RoRo and now I have met Ban and I have to say I’m hooked. It’s helped me no end and I just love every class!! I met the front of house yesterday, unfortunately can’t remember his name but wow what a lovely guy!!! You have a client for life!!! Natasha xxxx

Avoid. Spent £20 on the new member trial classes as I was visiting London and agreed to go to a class with my friend. Showed up at 18:32 and was not allowed into the 18:30 class because they had shut the doors. My friend was already inside and said the class hadn’t even started yet when I texted her that I was unable to get in. This was a waste of money and I’ll be sticking to studios with flexibility in future. If you’re in London and looking for a good studio, I’d recommend any others before this (TRIB3, Barry’s, 1Rebel). The staff on the desk (including the manager) were very unsympathetic, despite the fact that I’d travelled 30 minutes across London to get there. Terrible first experience and I certainly won’t be throwing my money down the drain again.

I love the classes here. Ride class is my favourite, the instructors are brilliant and the music is great. Unfortunately I don't think I'll be coming again as the customer service is poor. I was booked on to Ride on 26/09 but I got an email to say that the Aircon was out of action and I could cancel my spot and get the credit refunded if I wanted. I opted for this as the room gets hot at the best of times and I knew I would struggle without Aircon. It was confirmed by email that they would refund my credit. However the credit never appeared in my account and I have emailed them twice about it and no one has ever even replied to me. It's been nearly a month now. It's such a shame as the concept is so good but I will probably start going to Psycle or 1Rebel instead.

I’ve been coming to this studio for almost a year and it’s been an incredible journey, the team are so present in their classes as well as being really kind when asking questions or advice. Really motivating and challenging equally. Also the staff in the studio are wonderful.

I booked a class through class pass, however, there is no information on the website telling you about the after how much time you are late they won't let you in. I knew I would be late because there is a delay on central line. So I had been trying to call them for 30mins but couldn't reach out to them for the whole time. After I arrived, they told me the policy is that I cannot get in if I'm 2mins late while this is stated nowhere (but for other classes I attended, it's always clearly stated on the class page) I could have stayed at home (it took me 30min by bus to come here) if it's stayed on the class page or if they have picked up the phone. I will also be charged £20 on class pass. Such a waste of time and money. Not recommend at all!

Loved all my instructors at Digme especially Christina, Matt & Kelly. However when I had to call while I was on a work trip in Norway due to their reception’s scheduling mistake, Reception girl on 18th august at 3:07pm when I called was extremely rude and unhelpful. Very disappointed by her unhelpful attitude.

I'm a massive fan of Another Space. I have 250 classes behind me and the instructors there have helped me shed the lbs and helped fuel my love of spin. Massive shout out To Rachele who's no-nonsense, professional attitude in her classes helps me focus and drive myself even harder. The reception staff are genuinely the nicest people I have ever met in a fitness environment - friendly, knowledgeable and welcoming. I've never been late for a class, but if I was I would understand why I wouldn't be allowed in, I book 45 minute classes and stay for the whole thing.. I could book for 30 minute classes if my time was limited. I try to be respectful to my other riders by remaining disciplined and focussed for the entire class. If it was up to me there would be even more rules to make the experience better asking people to smell themselves before they arrive in class would be a good one, tying ponytails up so they don't hit your neighbour when soaked in sweat, setting wearables to theatre mode so they don't light up like the Las Vegas strip every time you raise your arm, not checking your instagram at the back of the class.... the list could go on! it's probably best I just stick to riding at and not running Another Space I'm pretty sure as long as there is Another Space I'll be spinning into a long and healthy old age... unless I'm taken out by a killer ponytail during a serious right-elbow dip incident.

Really good cycling classes. Comparing it with e.g. Barry's bootcamp I always prefer another space because the trainer are positively motivating you to make the most of the class. The atmosphere is always very postive and friendly. Little minus: I personally think the showers could be cleaner for a boutique gym.

Staff were really nice and were very welcoming to new comers. Changing rooms and showers were spacious and very aesthetic. Tons of locker space. Facilities were very well kept and modern. I recommend the yoga class with Luna. Yoga studio was decked out with all Lulu Lemmon equipment. Very relaxing but it felt like a really good work out.

Bubbly and friendly staff greet you from the the second you arrive at reception. Great facilities, clean shower and changing rooms. Did my first yoga class with Chris today at Bank, very good instructor. After my back injury I was a bit nervous at first and didn't want to feel intimidated or made to feel uncomfortable. Chris was very approachable and knowledgeable. Highly recommend booking his classes.
