🫀 Surprise surprise.. the gym is unusable again. I've been a member of this branch for around 4 months now. Over that period, the time has accumulated up to around a month of where there is no water, no hot water and completely closed. These memberships are expensive. The states of the changing rooms... People often mention staff, small, friendly, Paulo, changing, rooms, clean, people, equipment, Great,

Surprise surprise.. the gym is unusable again. I've been a member of this branch for around 4 months now. Over that period, the time has accumulated up to around a month of where there is no water, no hot water and completely closed. These memberships are expensive. The states of the changing rooms are awful, compeltly messy, 6 showers, 1 which doesn't work and two of which don't even have doors. Some of the staff, not all, are rude and unhelpful and often have attitudes and the whole place really is becoming a bit of a joke.. I really would not recommend..

Well a member of staff called me a stupid d***head and also a wasteman (very mature). He also thinks its funny to turn off lights in the changing room when customers are getting changed. I will never return here.

Staff are very friendly and helpful! Gym its very clean, locker rooms equipped , they have , even an iron and the board ! The only downside it's the space. It's too small for so many machines. But if you go off peak it's manageable. It's understandable the space limitations though, as Central London rents aren't cheap!

As other people pointed out, the place is not very big but is well equipped and I never had problems issues carrying on with my routine even in the busy hours. I have been training power lifting with Paulo Oliveira for a long time now and he's incredible, very professional and truly cares for his customers. He will definitely help you no matter your goals.

Been using this gym for the last year and plan to stay for the long term. Friendly and professional staff every time I go, in particular Paulo Oliveira is one of the best PTs I have ever worked with. He is the first person I go to for sessions and general advice and motivation for my fitness and training

This place is a farce best avoided. If you feel like paying Β£50 a month for: an overcrowded basement gym; machines that break and stay that way for weeks on end; for a gym where only 3 out of 8 showers work; where personal trainers will interrupt your workouts to "share" equipment; where mould is everywhere in the changing rooms; where there's rarely hot water; and where you regret going to the gym in the first place, then this is the gym for you. AVOID!!!

I visit this gym to train with PT Paulo Oliviera who is an amazing PT. Have trained with him for over a year and has really made a difference to my strength and fitness. Also got me back quickly in shape after having a baby. All the staff at the gym are friendly and helpful

The gym is quite good with a sauna and a steaming room. Staff is friendly and helpful and their PTs are professional with lots of advices for you to improve and get fitter! Huge thanks to Paulo Oliveira who hasn’t failed in motivating me and surprising me with new exercises and different routines!

Great gym, friendly atmosphere I see the PT Paulo Oliviera, originally this was due to suffering from a bad back which he has now fixed through extensive core and flexibility work. Continuing to see Paulo for strength and conditioning-has made a real difference to my body by focusing on the correct technique.

Small gym with everything you need: cardio, high-quality weight machines, light and heavy weights, even some unusual classes like Krav Maga and Capoeira. Open 24/7 too! Biggest downside is that lockers are quite dirty and most customers don't clean their equipment or use a towel.

Awful place, has one of the worst personal trainers who is rude and shows no respect to women. Kris Pecik, never train with this man, he will make fun of you and insult you continuously throughout your session even maybe make you cry. Puts you off loosing weight totally! 5 stars minus!!!

Average Fitness First gym. Does what it says on the tin, but is not exactly a pleasant place. The showers and changing rooms in particular need a serious overhaul.

Good Gym in a Central Location! Going there 3 times a week with a PT called Sam. He is a great guy and he makes you work hard. Great atmosphere at the gym although it can be a bit busy during peak times.

I love this gym, super nice staff, everyone is caring and helpful :)) I always come here and leave with great mood, tired body and peaceful mind . I love how the PT's and coaches inspire people and push them to reach their goals . Fantastic gym. And if you can come during off peak times, ohhh, it's heaven , recommend !!!

Open 24/7 during weekdays - small but it has plenty of equipment to have a workout session. Incredibly busy at times.

This gym really stresses me out. It's like working out in a dance club filled with people which may be your thing but is not what I'm looking for. The mat area is also really small which makes doing weights, lunges etc. a challenge.

Good gym, facilities are always clean, no pool or suana but showers in the toilets. This is an office gym so lunchtime and directly after work till about 7ish it is very packed.

Avoid this place like a rash (which you might actually catch here). The showers and changing rooms are filthy, the equipment had sweat dried on if and there was excrement on a shoulder press machine!! Staff couldn't be bothered and the trainers were more interested in their phones than helping members.

friendly team, a bit small but you can't have everything in central London! you don't have a full range of machines but the ones you can find are good.

Nice little place but only use it for my sessions with Paulo Oliveira who I highly recommend.I’ve reached and surpassed my goals since I’ve started training with him and every session has been a blast. He pushes me to get results and has always been accommodating to my chaotic schedule. I have lost 13kg, my body finally has some shape and my health has massively improved. Thank you so much!!!

Gym is ok when it’s quiet. It is not a clean gym though. There are weeds growing out of the water fountain, and people don’t wipe down the equipment, nor do the staff keep it clean. They have towels, but strictly one per person, which would be fair enough if they had paper towels, but they only have wet towels, which aren’t any use during a workout.

Opening times will change at DW fitness gyms and they will try to enforce your contract even though you cant go to the gym properly anymore. Changing rooms and toilet facilities are currently unavailable.
