I've tried most fitness studios in London with HIIT classes, including B's BC, and without a doubt, Sweat IT holds it down the best - just straight to the point, great format and good vibes. Most of the trainers are great, but I tend to favour Jamal's Tues & Thurs sessions as he likes to keep it spicy. I also appreciate the fact that he's v chill, speaks clearly and repeats instructions. Don't get addicted now.

The studio has a cool crowd and you get a greater sense of community where people know each other which you don't get in bigger chain clubs. The workouts have 3 levels to suits all and you really do sweat afterwards. Plus their PTs are welcoming and hot! ;)

Like many others, I've done the rounds with London's fitness studios. I loved 1Rebel, but this place is even better. Great trainers, brilliant workout, good facilities and friendly FOH staff.

Love love love this place! I don’t usually like these style of gyms, as I feel they are so clique and everyone loves themselves. This place however is different. So friendly, so welcoming and such a nice vibe. The trainers are amazing, really motivating and will challenge you regardless of your ability!! Try it, you’ll love it too.

This place is fab in every way. The workouts will challenge you mentally and physically, and the instructors are amazing at keeping you going, challenging you, and ensuring you've got appropriate form. The facilities are also top notch, with really nice shampoos and lockers, straighteners, etc... Definitely recommend.

Great studio and great energy. One of the best bootcamp classes I've been to in London and very conveniently located as well.

The best in London! I have participated in many HIIT and functional classes in different studios around London and this is by far the best. From the moment you walk in the door you are greeted by a warm front of house team. The training equipment is top of the range and accommodates for everything and everyone. Every class is always different and challenges you mentally and physically. The Sweat It trainers are awesome! Highly motivating and always giving technical corrections when needed. There’s just always a good vibe from everyone! I recommend to everyone to go and try one of their classes, you won’t be disappointed!

Fantastic new studio offering HIIT classes in a neighbourhood that's not seen much fitness love. The classes are broken into key muscle groups across the week (and total body formats on the weekend) - consisting of treadmill intervals and resistance exercise. What sets Sweat It apart is the introduction of a "rig" - a versatile station that incorporates a landmine bb, dumbbells, bands and such, offering significant range in functional movements. The treadmill element is a bit different too as they include resistance-based options so you can drive them as if you were pushing a sled. Strong workout: my fitness tracker shows 450-750 cals burned depending on the length of the session. Facilities, in house shakes etc. are top tier. Keen to see the studio develop and branch out into more locations.

Did a 60 mins one and my god was I low-key dying towards the end. Loved it though! A great cheaper alternative to 1rebel that I usually go to

Really amazing classes. Barrys is just hyped. This is a hidden gem πŸ’Ž I absolutely love sessions by Sarah and Mikey. All the coaches are best. The intensity of the class is too much with a good mix of compound exersice and treadmill. What i like about here is that, even on treadmill, you're made to do things like parachute, sledge pike push-ups, leg tuck ins, which I find quite different. It might get difficult for beginners as the peer pressure can be high I can imagine. Themeing of the studio is casual and like brutal garage metallic. The lockers have sharp edges and the faucets aren't very fancy for the same reason. But the main problem I've found is with the body wash in the showers which is a strong peppermint shampoo and is harsh on your skin. Wish they consider switching to an actual mild body wash. Overall, an expensive yet worthy option. Bit far from my location but it's worth.

I love Sweat IT! Upon moving to London from Canada I started attending classes at the gym. I was blown away by the professional, challenging and friendly atmosphere of the classes. The instructors make an effort to get to know you and create a community among attendees. Since moving to online classes to accommodate for covid, the instructors have maintained their dedication to tough and rewarding classes. They have also pivoted to online offerings of their Pace class (my personal favourite) which is great for runners at any and all levels. Think Nike Run Club with better music and more inspiration. Everyone from the front desk staff to the cleaning team are dedicated to keeping Sweat It running and it’s patrons engaged. Any time a friend of family visits me from Canada I make sure to bring them here for a great workout.

Who needs the gym when you have Sweat It Online? I really thought I’d miss the gym during lockdowns, but Sweat It have such a great offering that when the gyms did re-open I found I was still squeezing in a couple of Sweat It workouts alongside my gym sessions. Great workouts delivered by great trainers.

  • 5/5 Ross J. 3 years ago on Google
The gym and online service have been a godsend during lockdown. The trainers and workouts are amazing. Mega tough but really fun. Love it.

Sweat IT are amazing - I loved their classes in the studio. It was really good to be able to get in proper weights training and sprints and was a great part of my marathon training plan. Their kit and facilities are amazing. In lockdown Sweat IT has continued to provide motivating training sessions and has really contributed to my positive mental health during Covid. They keep adding new twists so workouts never get boring. The trainers are all professional and positive. I cannot wait to get back in the studio! Thank you for getting us through all the lockdowns! <3

Love their Sweat It Online classes - they've done a great job of transitioning online, and there's a great variety to the classes

  • 5/5 Rob C. 2 years ago on Google
You can really tell the quality of sweat it over cheaper offerings. They are really focused on making sure you have a good workout, not just extracting your cash. I always sleep well after one of their classes. One of my favourite things about London.

I now complete a sweat it London class every time I visit London as I just love it! The classes are a perfect mix of treadmill and strength rig with lots of motivations from the trainers to see you through. Every class is challenging and I leave on a endorphin high :-). Last visit I tied the PACE class for an all treadmill workout and absolutely loved it. I also have to mention the changing rooms have luxury toiletries from Davines for the ultimate post exercise reward. I cannot recommend this gym enough

Number 1 boutique fitness studio in London. Personable friendly staff who make everyone feel welcome and part of a sweat it family whether you are new or and regular. Classes are engaging, tough, challenging and invigorating and leave you on cloud 9 for the rest of the day. Having tried a lot of other similar gyms , sweat it blows them out the water.

First of all, i am a gym owner myself the number one rule is client servicing in any gym. Second, i came to the gym to attend a class 8:30 am and i arrived 8:31 am and the CS was very rude and they kicked me out for being late for a β€œone minute”. Third, this is not the way to gain clients i have been to a lot of places around london they was really nice and welcoming. Would never come back to this place after what happened with the CS i really never had such a bad experiance such as this one.

This place is ace! The decor is super stylish and practical, staff are very warm, welcoming and friendly and the quality of workouts is very high! It's easy to book classes online. Great selection of protein shakes too. Highly recommended!

What. A. Workout! This really pushed me hard but was approachable to people of many different levels. The facilities are great and the instructors talk you clearly through the workout. Significantly less of a "scene" than some other treadmill-based workouts #sweatnotselfie

I LOVE love LoVe this place. I was someone who did zero exercise before my first class with Sweat It in June. Although I had tried classes before and going to a gym I never enjoyed it. Sweat IT is magic. The people who work at reception are so lovely. The trainers are encouraging, professional and absolute fitness experts. They come up with new circuits every class so you’re always interested. Plus some of the trainers at Sweat It should honestly be playing in some of the best super clubs in the world - they know their music! How they know to play exactly the right track to re-motivate you at exactly the right moment baffles and amazes me. My physical and mental health has never been better.

Hands down the best gym studio in London. Love this place.

Awesome training facility. Expect to work fricken hard, because the trainers will push you. I've had Melissa and Jamal in the past and the structure and quality of their sessions were excellent. They know what they are talking about and I felt like I was pushed to the brink. Facility wise, it's first class. Some of the nicest changing rooms I've ever seen and even the reception staff were friendly and helpful. 100% would reccomend.

Way better than Barry's! The most motivational trainers you'll find in London and the toughest workout with truly incredible results ?

Incredibly friendly staff. Fab instructors who are clear with demonstrations and instructions. Well planned workout that incorporates compound movements... Coming regularly now!

  • 1/5 Nisha K. 4 years ago on Google
Honestly so overrated. Trainers don't give guidance to new people in classes at all and some trainers aren't even motivating. Quite disappointed at that. However they do have loads of cool machines but poor trainers.

  • 5/5 Kate H. 4 years ago on Google
Love, love, love! The trainers are really encouraging and have a great energy. You can tell they take the standard of their trainers and the formats of the sessions seriously. Every trainer that has taken the classes i've attended have all been amazing. The sessions are tough, yet really fun!! The music is so good too! Definitely get yourself a protein shake after the class, love that you can preorder them online or when you arrive so its ready for when you leave. Been going to Sweat It for a couple of months now and am also really noticing an increase in my strength since going. Be warned... after one session you'll be addicted! :-) All the staff are so friendly and welcoming too. Thank you Sweat It team!
