3 stars for friendly staff. But the changing room is like a joke. The shower has no separates nor has a door or a curtain. While having a shower a little kid can come up after swimming, giving you a weird smile an run away. It is a tiny gym so do not expect any weight lifting equipments because there aren't any. Good for cardio days

Good gym equipment. Pool is on the small side and often half is taken up with swimming lessons in the early evening. Steam room and sauna are nice. Lacking a jacuzzi.

Whole place needs a referb. The only plus side is that the swimming pool is chlorine free. Sauna and steam room out of order for more then 6 months. Nice staff.

Very unhygienic since equipment is not properly cleaned. They incorrectly deducted a fee from my account in November and as of January I am still waiting for the refund. Would not recommend!

This Is a truly awful gym speaking from a men’s perspective - the actual gym room is small but adequate if not dated with its equipment. The staff are generally busy and unattentative- not at the front desk when you need to get in or on their phone when you are their and need to wait . The actual changing and showering facilities are disgraceful - embarasssingly bad - no money is spent on upkeep - lockers are tiny and showering takes you back to prison styles of the 70’s . How Hilton could allow this is frankly an indication of their movement - the fact that refurbs could have been done during lockdown but instead they did nothing amazes me and I wonder where the money from the gym memberships went to. Don’t even bother trying to call - wouldn’t go here if it meant I put on 10 stone of weight I’d rather keep eating than work out here

Pool can get very busy with hotel guests. Steam room not be working for several months now and locker room is small. However, staff are friendly and helpful and gym room have all the basic equipment.

πŸ‘πŸ‘ Fitness first on Baker Street is a great gym. More than that-- given the location in prime Marylebone this is a gym that is so good I have felt lucky that a gym as good as this exists so close to my house. The staff and trainers like Jeer are extremely friendly, professional, and constantly working...

πŸ‘πŸ‘ I had such a great experience at UP Mayfair! My husband trained with them a year ago and the results were incredible. When I struggled with my weight after lockdown, I decided a big change was needed. Best decision I ever made - wish I had done it sooner. The training program is hard but I genuinely...
