    I chose to do personal training sessions at Fitness Lab because I wanted PT but didn’t want to pay for a gym membership on top of the cost of a trainer. They are also very conveniently located near my office. The team at Fitness Lab have been fantastic - very responsive and client focused. Robyn is my trainer and has been great. Robyn pushes me and I feel like I have a great workout every week. She is very professional and personable. Would highly recommend Fitness Lab and Robyn.

    I have been training with Robyn at Fitness Lab for the past few months, and I couldn't be happier with the results I've achieved so far. Robyn is an exceptional fitness trainer who brings both expertise and passion to each session.     Training at Fitness Lab is amazing. The location is nice and the team is extremely professional and friendly. My trainer Tom has been excellent. He has understood my goals and is doing everything with me to achieve them. Every session is tailored to my needs and Tom is great at finding the perfect weights. I always look forward to my sessions and feel so good afterwards. Big thank you. I would definitely recommend Fitness Lab.

    I have been training at FitnessLab for a while now, and I have had an excellent experience overall. The entire team at FitnessLab is incredibly welcoming and friendly, creating a positive and motivating atmosphere right from the start.     Perfect gym with excellent staff, equipment, as well as fees! Not overly crowded, always clean, respectful, and with thumping music—not the same soundtracks as most mainstream gyms always!

    Been here training for almost a year! Very nice and private environment. My personal trainer is Marc. He is very professional, considerate and accommodating. I signed up for this because I have a herniated disc. I wanted to train safely and improve my muscle strength so that my bones can be better supported. Now I have lost more than 10kg of weight throughout the journey and my back issue is so much better. Instead of constantly being in pain and self-loathing, I have become so much more confident and healthy. Now that I’m leaving London, I have to say goodbye to Fitness Lab Fitzrovia, but I really enjoyed my sessions here. Plus they have a really really cute dog 🐕 occasionally resting on his little sofa.🥺

    I have been training here for over a year now and it's been the best investment I've made for my health. I like that the gym is small and dedicated only to personal training. My trainer, Pedro, has been great. He challenges me just the right amount, and my program changes every few weeks so it's never boring. The staff is very friendly and a nice bonus is when Inca, the owners' dog, is hanging out to greet you at the entrance!

    Simply the best company I have work with to date. As a self-employed trainer it is difficult to find fitness companies that genuinely care about your success and career progression. But Fitness Lab totally embodies this, all the founders and coaches function as one team. I absolutely love it!!

    I cannot recommend this fitness lab highly enough. I’ve trained with Max for over a month and his keen sense of exercises as well as variations ensures every session will produce maximum value. The whole team is incredible, from the moment you come in the energy is welcoming and supportive. They provide support and programs beyond any other place I’ve gone to.

    I’ve been a Fitness Lab customer for a few months now - going on 40 PT classes - and I have only great things to say about them and in particular my trainer Gabi. First of all - the concept works. Having a space dedicated to personal training makes a tremendous difference to focus and motivation and eliminates a lot of the downtime associated with resistance training in the gym - everything is set up and ready to go when you arrive. Much more important, however is the quality of the training itself, and I have found this to be a game changer. I developed a fantastic relationship with Gabi, my PT, who developed a progressive, varied program exactly tailored to the brief I shared at the very beginning, and which, with the benefit now of many sessions behind me, is delivering fantastic results. All in all, huge fan of Fitness Lab in the way in which they deliver their service and would very highly recommend them to anyone. And a special thank you to Gabi 😁

    I’ve been training with Robyn for a few weeks now at Fitness Lab Soho and would highly recommend her and the team there. Everyone I have dealt with is kind, supportive and very professional. From my first call with Jack to even dealing with accounts for payments - it really feels like this is a high-end and bespoke service. Robyn has taken time to listen to my challenges, limitations and goals. She has gently guided me to push myself and do more each week. This has built my confidence to the point where I feel happy working out on my own in my local gym between our sessions. This is something I never thought I’d feel motivated to do! I’ve not done ANY exercise in over a year, so I was nervous, but Robyn really put me at ease and I’m already seeing some changes in my strength and flexibility. The space is perfect for someone who wants more privacy and lacks confidence in the gym, as the sections are defined and nobody is watching you. Can’t recommend this place enough. Thank you Fitness Lab for all your help with my journey so far!

    Highly Recommended - would give six stars if that is an option! I have been training with Fitness Lab for the past 6 months - and the experience has been consistently excellent! 1) The founders (Brett, Sandra, and Jack) are very hands-on and focused on ensuring a great customer experience, starting from the sign-up process, through to the choice of personal trainer, and the quality of the ongoing training sessions. They have also created a warm and friendly atmosphere in the gym (special bonus that Indi, the gym's very friendly dog, is there most days to welcome us!) 2) My trainer Matt is outstanding at what he does. He has created a tailored training program to help build my strength and tone my muscles. Every session I've had (with Matt and previous trainer Tom) has been both challenging and fun. My biggest worry when I first signed up with Fitness Lab is - as with my previous gym / exercise practice, I would start, go for a few sessions, and give up after a few weeks. I am now six months in... and still very much enjoying going to Fitness Lab 2-3x a week. And yes, I am (slowly but surely :-) ) progressing towards my fitness goals - thank you Matt and Tom! 3) Scheduling is quite flexible, which is very helpful. I really appreciate how the trainers work seamlessly as a team - in the few instances where I have had a late change of schedule and Matt is not available, he has been able to pull on his team of fellow trainers to give me the same great training experience - thank you Max and Patrick! 4) The facilities are modern, clean and tidy. The "personal pods" are wonderful and unique - I really appreciate the privacy and convenience of having my own space while training.

    I love having Fitness Lab near my office. Gabby is such a great & understanding coach, and I've so enjoyed my sessions here. The max amount of people working out at one time is 3 (each with their individual trainer), so we all have plenty of space & personalization. I have prior injuries, so I needed the one-on-one. Also great for anyone new to strength training.

    I have been training at Fitness Lab (Fitzrovia) for almost exactly a year and it is the best decision I have ever made for my well-being. I was warmly and genuinely welcomed from the moment I stepped into the studio for my opening consultation. My personal trainer Max is exceptionally knowledgeable and supportive. He challenges and pushes me at exactly the right level and creates interesting and targeted programs that are fun and impactful. My strength and overall fitness have improved in ways I worried wouldn’t be possible at my age (mid 50’s). Over the years, I have always done some sort of exercise, but I never actually enjoyed or felt good about it. Now I truly look forward to my morning workouts with Max. The Fitness Lab team has created a very special place. Enthusiastically recommend!!!

    Fitness Lab is a great environment to train in. It's just you and your trainer so you get uninterrupted access to equipment, as opposed to most gyms where you may have to wait for someone to finish using it. Marija is fantastic! I highly recommend training with her.

    Amazing experience training with Patrick - he was very supportive and made time fly by. The training studio was well-equipped and offered a comfortable environment to train. While not the largest, the space rarely felt crowded and I always felt welcomed by all members of staff.

    Brett at Fitness Lab has completely changed the way I work out. I can’t recommend him more highly. After discussing my fitness goals in a unique way, he has developed a plan that works for me, I can stick to and I have new ways of tracking my strength progress too.     Brett and Soho Fitness Lab are quite simply the best PT team I have trained with. Professional, knowledgeable and fantastic at tailoring a very tough work out with adaptions for my various historical injuries. The results speak for themselves. I can't recommend them highly enough!

    I have struggled in the past with being consistent and enjoying working out in a gym environment but training with Pedro at Fitness Lab has been awesome! Pedro is an amazing trainer, attentive to any potential issue that arises, adjusting the exercises, the flow of the training or diet to provide a better experience, and available and knowledgeable for any question that comes up, even outside training hours! He is also very approachable and fun to have around which makes the whole session that much better. Needless to say I am very grateful to have him as my trainer and partner as I work towards my goals. The venue itself is clean, tidy and kept to a limited number of people training at the same time. Everyone I met is very friendly, helping you feel comfortable while you're there. I look forward to continuing my journey at Fitness Lab!

    Great experience here with Pedro so far. When I joined him I was low on confidence, consistently injuring myself at the gym due to poor form and was in a very bad place. 5 weeks later the change has been incredible. Not only has my strength has gone up but my injuries and pain have decreased since training with him. Pedro is a wealth of information, he focuses on good form and always has alternatives if you struggle with an exercise. He is also highly educated with proper training techniques, stretches and meal planning. The evidence of this is that i have lost a significant amount of body fat, and gained muscle mass despite only going 2x a week. Pedro is very friendly and easy to get along with. All of the staff are nice, they make you feel welcome. the facilities are kept clean and the studio is full of top of the range equipment. This is the gold standard of PT and I highly recommend training here if you are serious about getting fit.

    I’ve been training with Pedro at the Fitness Lab for 12 weeks now. The private space is great for building confidence with the equipment and all of the trainers are super friendly and welcoming. Pedro in particular has been amazing. He has really taken the time to create a program around my individual goals, pushes me without being pushy and always has a a great attitude. I’ve made loads of progress following his programs. Would totally recommend the Fitness Lab for anyone looking for a personal trainer.

    We trained with Tom for a few months now with limited gym/workout experience before. He’s always patient in making sure in our 2:1 lesson that our postures are correct and training without getting hurt, whilst changing workout exercises from time to time to make it fun and as well as giving advice on what to eat. Overall we’ve really enjoyed the experience and will continue to train there.

    I have been training at Fitness Lab for almost 6 months and my experience with their gym and with Tom has been great. I had struggled for motivation and consistency in the gym and hadn’t trained for almost 3 years. Tom has helped me build my strength and improve my motivation to train consistently. Tom has gone above and beyond. He created a custom training plan for me while I was away at Christmas and created videos of each exercise for gym sessions outside of Fitness Lab. In general, everyone at the Fitness Lab is very friendly and I would recommended it to anyone.

    Since I go to both the Soho and Fitzrovia locations I felt it was only fair that I left reviews for each. I'm knocked-out by the level of service and standard of the facilities at FitnessLab. I've used personal training services before - but this is another level altogether. From the knowledge of the team to the standard of the surroundings, everything is absolutely world class. It's easy to feel a bit intimidated when you're working with trainers of this standard - but the team seem to have struck a perfect balance of being approachable, friendly, and attentive - at the same time as being extremely skilled and being able to get the best out of me at every session. I should add that it's really refreshing to have such wrap-around care and support too. Being able to train one day then go back for a physio session with the same team makes it feel like I've got a team of people helping me take my general fitness and well-being to the next level. I can't recommend FitnessLab enough! Thanks!

    First Class Personal Training! Emily has tailored exercises specifically to my fitness and weight goals, as well as promoting my running performance. I've stayed totally injury-free whilst having my twice-weekly sessions and my running has become considerably faster! Emily manages to make the sessions fun as well as challenging; I'm noticeably healthier, fitter and happier as a result. Emily's level of service goes beyond the gym - focusing on outdoor running performance (and in my case valuable advice on reducing heart rate!) and nutrition. I love the motivational and informative emails and texts! The gym itself is very clean and accessible. All the staff are friendly and encouraging. Keep up the great work guys!

    Brett is the only trainer I’ve had that can provide the results he promises. He is a true motivator. Once you work with him you realize how mediocre other trainers are, and how much money you’ve wasted. Brett is personable, driven, supportive, no nonsense and cares about your results and committed to meeting his client’s goals. In addition to creating custom workouts he advises on nutrition. He even works out with you instead of sipping coffee while you sweat! I worked with Brett when I lived in London and now I’m working with him again virtually from New York. I no longer dread my workouts but actually look forward to them. But, I’ll never understand how he landed his lovely wife Sandra :)!

    Rocked up to Fitness Lab last summer thinking....”I have a few credits to use for PT and this would have been fun”....almost a year later on and my PT sessions are definitely a highlight of my week. My PT (shout out to Em) sometimes is also my nutrition expert and lifestyle guru. Her help with my fitness and strength has impacted other hobbies. Take it from a self-ordained couch potato...you will not only get fit here, they some how Jedi trick you to want to get fitter. Would definitely highly recommend.

    Having worked with Fitness Lab in person last time I was staying in London, I decided to try online training to try and keep fit during the lockdown. I was surprised by how excellent their online personal training is. I didn't have high hopes simply due to the format of the training. However, it's been fantastic. Brett is so knowledgeable and has such great attention to detail he can still deliver excellent training and feedback cues through a screen. Mindblowing - definitely a 5-star company.

    I have been training with Sandra at Fitness Lab for many years. She is outstanding; she understands exactly what I needs (in my case core strengthening and specific muscle strengthening) and tailors each programme to the spot: she pushes me with intelligence, avoiding over -work and risk of injuries. Great facility. They wash your clothes after each workout and you find nice and clean for your next lesson. Highly recommend it !
