I love this gym. It’s clean and well equipped. They have everything what you need: gym, swimming pool, saunas and hot yoga studio. Lee is fantastic trainer. He is professional and his trainings are great! Location is perfect as when you leave the gym you are amazed with the view of Tower Bridge. Staff are really friendly and helpful. They also have little bar with yummy shakes and healthy meals.

Overall, a good gym with a couple of points to improve on. Pros: - High quality equipment - Friendly staff - Great changing rooms - Great facilities with a pool, sauna, steam room etc. There are however a couple of improvements which could take the club to the next level: - Key equipment: Key pieces of equipment like squat racks are few and far between, with only 3 proper racks in the weights area (not including the multi use scaffolding style racks which you can assemble. - Overcrowded: The gym itself can often be overcrowded, leading to the feeling that it is oversubscribed. The changing rooms in a particular can be overfull. - Changing rooms: Although high quality, availability of lockers in the changing room can be lacking at key times, making it challenging to find a spot (you're often left diving into the floor level corner lockers to retrieve your stuff). Part of this issue is that the staff seemingly have permission to lock their stuff up in the changing rooms. Due to being in early, they therefore permanently use a certain number of the well located lockers, leading to reduced space for members and a feeling of over crowding.

I have been a member of TS for around 5 years. As per the reviews below, the quality and value proposition has declined precipitously. While clearly lack of working lockers and substandard hygiene in the changing rooms is unacceptable, the issue with this brand is structural. The gym floors and changing rooms are simply too busy. For 245 pounds per month I shouldn’t have to queue for a bench press or treadmill and certainly shouldn’t be constantly brushing into people changing next to me. This is not January specific. I’m surprised by some of positive reviews recently - I assume these are people who manage to book into a class or work out when peak time has finished at 9pm. They do not represent experiences of my friends at this or other branches to the extent I was questioning if the reviews were real/truly objective? Don’t take my word for it, if anyone is considering joining ask to do a tour mid week between 5pm and 7.30pm and see for yourselves. The location and quality of the equipment is however good. If you work out at 9pm I would recommend third space. Also the staff are largely pleasant to deal with.

The classes are good and instructors are some of the best I've seen. However its very overcrowded, difficult to get into classes, most of the lockers don't work, queues for showers etc. Many of the fittings are tired and the overcrowding means the showers and changing rooms can be very dirty. I complained to management after getting accidently hit by another gym user in a typically overcrowded class however management completely ignored my emails. There are other cheaper gyms in the area with far better facilities I'd be going to if it weren't for the classes and instructors.

One of their best clubs, albeit a bit of a smaller one. I've been an on-and-off member for six years, and it's impossible to discover a superior gym in this city. The classes are exceptional, both challenging and enjoyable. After a period of illness that somewhat restricted my ability to engage in strenuous workouts, I had reservations about rejoining and participating in classes. However, I always feel well-supported. Thank you for helping me find alternative exercises to the ones I cannot do! A special shout out to the incredible Harrison, Adam, and Izzy (THANK YOU, IZZY, for helping me locate my invisible phone last week!! You're a superstar!!!).

This gym is, by far, one of the best in London! The whole experience is fantastic - from the classes to the facilities and the staff. Although I haven't visited other locations, the Tower Bridge location has everything I need. I highly recommend exploring this gym!

I have been a Third Space member for about a year now. I was at a dinner party recently and the topic of conversation shifted to Third Space - many folks had been members for 5+ years. The consensus was unanimously damning. - Showers: At £245/pm it’s unacceptable to find hair in the showers and discarded razors. - Capacity: while in their fundraising with investors (Searchlight) TS love to say they have waiting lists for their clubs, in reality most are over capacity and they continue to sign new members. How would you feel about queuing 10-15 min to use a treadmill or a bench when you’re paying £245pm? It’s literally a zoo during mornings and after work. They’ve tried to solve this by jamming more equipment in closer together, to the point where it’s bordering on unsafe. Just be less greedy, how about that? - Lockers: this is more specific to Tower Bridge, but 10-15% of the lockers are broken at any one time. Like seriously, sort it out. - WiFi: At £245/pm it’s unacceptable that WiFi is intermittent or unavailable. This is especially the case at Soho and Tower Bridge which are underground. - Customer service: freezing memberships or making any changes involves creating a ticket on the app …and then waiting several days for someone to reply. Don’t both trying to follow up, they warn you upfront that if you chase them they will “put you in the back of the queue”. Jaw-droppingly pompous. Unfortunately due to where I live and work Third Space is the only convenient option, so I’m in a bind. Honestly Fitness First and GymBox are not that different of a value proposition, and at 1/3 of the price, so you feel less screwed. If either was convenient for me I would switch. It’s clear that Third Space, now owned by private equity is milking the business for cash instead of investing in the experience. It’s really gone noticeably down hill - I’ve noticed this over the year I have been here and many longer tenor members have noticed the same precipitous decline. But alas, the 15% membership price increase email hits in December like clockwork whilst the experience becomes more indistinguishable by the month.

I have been a member at third space for about 4 months now and I have visited nearly all of the branches including Wimbledon. Generally I love the gym, I enjoy having the ability to do all sorts of training from hot yoga to WOD to spin etc. and it's nice having a pool and spa. However the reason for my low rating is because tower bridge branch is simply filthy. It is so dirty in the changing room and showers it's getting to a point where I can no longer stand it and I start looking for ways to go to other branches just so I can have an enjoyable shower and spa. There is constantly hair and grime in the showers, rubbish thrown all over the changing Room and left there for hours. The pool Area is dirty with hair like a local leisure centre, worse even. There is rust on the handle steps in the pool. I have been to other branches and they honestly look spotless compared to this, maybe it's because they have dark coloured tiles or because the cleaners use the hose in the showers (I've never seen them doing that in tower bridge). But in short the hygiene is super poor and It needs a complete revamp. I brought my friend to train there and whilst she loved it she said it felt way too dirty and she regretted forgetting her flip flops. I have fed this back to management before and the cleaning standards are still poor, and tbh feels like it has gotten worse as the gym has been busier lately. Nearly all reviews mention or hygiene and hair everywhere. Please sort it out.

Highly recommend Third Space Tower Bridge. The interior design and fantastic housekeeping make this an immaculate luxury club. From fresh towels to cowshed products in the changing rooms, it is more than a gym and more about the whole experience. My favourite part of being a member here is the incredible selection and quality of classes- they are fab and super easy to book or reschedule via the app. If, like me, you are questioning joining because of the price, I can guarantee it is well worth the money and you will not regret it! Best decision I made in 2021!

Absolutely love this place as it's more of a health centre compared to an outright gym. With so many options under one roof, there's a lot you can do. For me, the Hot Yoga classes are outstanding, the poolside facilities are great, and the staff/concierge are incredibly professional, friendly and helpful. The clientele is diverse and therefore you get an excellent mix of people, personalities and backgrounds. Most importantly, for the premium price you pay, service delivery is superb!!! :)

The facilities and environment are great and always at good condition. The members of staff always go above and beyond. The concierge is extremely friendly and helpful, the trainers are extra attentive to the members in class and the housekeeping team are constantly making sure the gym is at its cleanest state. Been to many gyms for training and third space is still the best!

Brilliant gym. Price per month could be quite high end of the street tier but the hygiene and atmosphere inside are definitely worth it. August 2020: you need to book in advance before visit each day and slots could be fully booked if it's a rush hour. Classes are opening again which is good. However note that due to social distancing measure, steam room and sauna room are not yet available which is a bummer!

I've never been as comfortable working out as I am at Third Space. The space given to each individual to work out, the friendliness of staff, and the pool, all produce an experience that other gyms aspire to. The facility itself is incredibly clean; I've even noticed Constantin ensuring that even the minor details are perfect.

As a gym bunny I appreciate how fancy this gym is. It’s great if you have zero gym knowledge and want to go somewhere that has classes but also easy to use machines. I don’t recommend for weightlifting as there are only 3 “platforms” quite closely condensed so not ideal. The pool is great and the equipment is well maintained . Expect people to not put equipment back, walk in-front / behind you mid lift (quite normal for a “fitness club” and frequent mirror “selfies” to be taken. The food and drinks are expensive but with a £195 membership a £10 smoothie doesn’t seem unreasonable to some.

Hands down the best gym I’ve ever been a member of. The frequency of classes, diverse range of classes as well as amazing instructors. Staff are always accommodating and friendly. The gym floor itself is super spacious and has a good mix of free weights and machines. The little things make all the difference like hair bobbins, towel use and even a drying machine for wet swimwear. The dressing rooms are so well equipped with everything from ghds, hairdryers to makeup remover and the showers are so luxurious. You will want to live here!

One of the best gyms in London. Many thanks to Aaron Jordan (who was kind, helpful and gave me the initial tour before signing up for the membership) and to Andrea Segura Mora (the lovely, dedicated and inspired PT who was in charge of my positive "transformation" over the last couple of months). Highly recommend!

Changing my previous 5 star review as the weights are never in the right place (and almost impossible to find), the bathrooms can be quite messy and some customer service issues have killed the branch for me.

Great experiences at a great health club. Been a member for over 7 months and have to say this is a great way to stay and maintain healthy with top notch facilities and instructors. I mainly use the club for its hot yoga, Pilates, and hiit training classes and would say that the instructors are fully user friendly and helpful with great coaching techniques. Also frequently used is the sauna and steam room and not sure how I can live without this now especially when the weather is cold. The gym and floor space is good with some great equipment. I have seen a difference within myself since I have joined this club and feel extremely motivated to keep using its classes and facilities. The club is good value for money as I would say it has all styles of sports and classes all fitted under one roof and with multiple gym access you won’t be left wanting more. Classes and gym can get busy but this is normal for any gym during its peak times. The booking system is completely fair and a little planning will see you in any of the classes. Overall I’m really satisfied with third space and will be staying for the long haul.

I love Third Space Tower Bridge club, it is my local one and the most convenient for me to visit. I use the gym and the spa regularly. The reception team are always super attentive and polite, always greeting me with a smile. Once I walk in, I feel very welcomed there. The changing rooms are always clean and tidy, I liked how the showers were renovated recently. There are a plenty of large soft towels around . Clean team are always there to tidy the changing rooms, they are so hardworking. The pool side is clean , sauna and steam room are always great, I just wish there were slightly bigger as it can be very tight there at peak times. The gym floor has everything that I need for a good workout. Big range of different free weights, it’s amazing, good quality resistance machines. Aircon is working efficiently, it is so important. Water fountains are always in good condition. It looks like the gym is always well maintained. Greet refurbishment was recently done at the gym floor, we all appreciate it. I feel privileged being a member of Third Space, and I’d highly recommend it to anyone who loves high standard services, luxury and comfort at the same time. Thank you so much to all the staff, you all are stars!

Third Space is a great luxury gym in convenient locations throughout the city. Tower Bridge in particular is a great gym with excellent members of staff and fantastic floor space. There's a heap of classes to choose from and always space on the gym floor if you're doing your own thing. Worth the extra money and I'd highly recommend it for anyone who enjoys their fitness.

Really love this gym, the convenience makes it so much easier to be consistent - towels, shampoo conditioner, shower gel, hair driers and iron all ready to use, and a lot of classes on throughout the day with a lot of variety, giving you plenty of choice to work your visit around you day. Also very welcoming.

Such an awesome club and feels like I've changed my whole lifestyle since joining. The classes are the best I've ever been to and there is so much variety to choose from. The facilities are also top class in terms of equipment and also the changing rooms! Really recommend Third Space :)

Best gym I've ever joined. I much prefer classes to independent training and this gym has the most diverse list of classes I've ever seen, and so many of them each day! Of course, I have to mention the luxurious sauna/steam/pool - not many London gyms have the space for this and there is nothing more relaxing then hitting the steam/sauna after a hard day's work... followed by the most beautiful changing rooms you will come across! Feels as though you're in a 5* spa every time...couldn't recommend enough!

Great gym. Staff are friendly & knowledgeable, all the equipment is maintained regularly. Facilities are all spotless and staff clean regularly. Wide range of classes available that cater to every ability. It's a gym you can look forward to going to and I miss it on days I can't go.

Really great gym! Not really being a gym expert, I was worried about joining, however staff and instructors are extremely friendly and welcoming. I have joined for the classes and the pool - there's a great diverse range of classes, I have been very lucky with the pool and usually having no more than two people to a lane. The changing rooms are also amazing - I think I spend more time in there than actually working out... :)

Very spacious and well kept gym. There is a large range of equipment that would cater for a range of workout styles. I personally particularly enjoy using the swimming pool. At 20m it’s not the biggest but it is very clean and the temperature is good for a workout swim (some other pools can be too hot).

Phenomenal club with all range of fitness related experiences! Group exercise is 10/10, Personal Training, pool and gym floor are all top notch. By far the most hospitable and welcoming concierge team in the locality with the best support from their housekeeping team All in all highly recommend for an all round health club

I have been a member of this gym for 8+years, and have seen all the transformations of the facilities, in tune with current training trends and customer's preferences. The team at TS Tower Bridge is amazing, from concierge and maintenance team, who keep the club spick and span, to trainers and teachers, who keep us in shape. Plenty of room for solo exercises and good collection of classes. Worth every pound!

Third Space Tower Bridge has a an amazing atmosphere of a spa and wellness. I go to Third Space 3-4 times a week and love their cardio, weights and yoga classes (Mary’s yoga class on Monday is my absolute favourite). It is a safe space to escape day to day hectic life and to restore both physically and mentally with great swimming pool and saunas and spa atmosphere all around the gym.

  • 5/5 Danielle L. 4 years ago on Google
The instructors are amazing-- completely switched on during classes and invested in how everyone performs, especially wrt to technique, form, and personally challenging oneself. I've found every instructor to be incredibly friendly, and really helpful whenever I've asked questions about training. Since I joined in July 2019, I truly feel like I've upped my game because of the talent they've hired! Definitely recommend.

One of the better Third Space gyms in London. Great location on the waterfront takes it to being the best. Unfortunately at the time of my visit the men's changing rooms smelt a little of vomit, but everything else was perfect. All the free weights, machines, and cardio (stairmaster) I needed. Pool is great for a warm-up. Staff are friendly and covid spacing works well.

I was recommended by a friend who constantly raves about Third Space. I knew Jeremy (PT), Lee Spencer, and Neo Makati who is absolutely lovely, before I joined. Maja (PT) was awesome with my out/set assessment. The Pilates Queens, Karen Lanson, Vivianne Jonsson-Boulogne, Annelias Harte and Fola Ademoye are all gems. Love their classes. The boxing champs Rochelle Blenman and Paddy Daly are fantastic. Laura Hayes and Jennifer Welch are not to be taken lightly; those ladies work you – awesome classes! Especially Jennifer’s who is very encouraging. Chris Mandac, should be called Sergeant in Legs Glutes Abs - I had to rest a few times when he wasn’t looking, shhh don’t tell him lol, excellent class. Julie Faith is the best! Always pushing me that bit further in swim camp. Annelias Harte, don’t make that pretty smile fool you, she is hardcore! I enjoyed her classes so much that I decided to try her Strong & Sculpted class - next level HARDCORE (well for me, that is!!). Ben Archer, like Neo Makati has been lovely from the moment I meet him. All in all, it has been a great experience so far.

The club is always crowded, no matter what time or day you go. They say they are mindful of that and that action is being taken, but I was away on vacation for a month to come back to an even more crowded club. I love this gym! It is spacious and modern, and the atmosphere is amazing. The changing rooms are stunning—you have everything you need—and the staff are friendly, helpful and welcoming. I would totally recommend it—you truly get what you pay for, and not wanting your money to go to waste will keep you consistent! 10-month update: nothing’s changed, joining Third Space was one of the better decisions I’ve made. The gym looks even better and staff are super helpful. I had a knee issue and got some some help and advice from one of the PTs and now it’s all better! And he still checks in to see how I’m doing with it. I have no complaints.

Definitely the gym for me. I work in More London so I’m in the gym within a couple of minutes of coming out of the office, and can make it to a 30-45 minute class and back at lunchtime. Towels are on-site and facilities to store my gear so no hassle in the mornings. Well-maintained, clean facilities, great pool, loads of classes, and sauna/steam room. The changing rooms are set up with everything I need to finish feeling fresh and ready to go back to the office or out for the evening. If there’s a downside it’s that it’s a bit pricey, but I do recommend.

The people that have given this place below 4 stars, especially the 1, 2 & 3 star folk, need to get a grip and snap out of it. Its a gym; it is not a hospital or a school. Every gym will have its nuances; not every experience with staff will be 100%, not every class will be 100%, not every guest experience will be the super hyped up expectations you perhaps created in your guests :-) Focus on relativity with other gyms and the positives. I have been a member at other gyms around the city (incl. Virgin, PureGym) and the all round standard of 3rd space TB is in a league of its own. The important thing is they are continually trying to make the member experience better, and self-analyse themselves accordingly. They may not get it right 100%, though that's fine as long as they continually try. Its not cheap, and I don't mind this as it keeps a certain element away. The contract discussions, inconsistency / inflexibility of deals across the different 3rd space gyms can be a little annoying at times, but its all part of the ingredients of the soup. Overall, at this price point, it is the best gym in London.

Of all the gyms I’ve been a member of - Virgin Active, Soho, LA Fitness, Pure - this is by far the best. Of course, it’s not cheap, but the facilities are great and the team could not be more friendly and welcoming, especially the front desk. The quality of the personal training team is also very high. My trainer, Jeremy, is excellent, and has helped me achieve results that I really didn’t think were possible at my age - the best trainer I’ve ever worked with!

Great gym in a lovely location. Facilities are brilliant and the classes offer great variety with something to challenge everyone. The strength and conditioning based classes are my particular favourite!

This is a gym you actually look forward to going to- the facilities are exceptional, the original and innovative classes are led by truly motivating and knowledgeable trainers and the pool/spa area is a super relaxing place to unwind. They have also handled COVID brilliantly. Everywhere is very clean and there are lots of social distancing measures in place without detracting from the buzzing atmosphere. Really couldn’t recommend this gym more highly

I've been trying to find a good gym in London for a while now and was never really satisfied until I found Third Space Tower Bridge. The ambiance is lovely, the staff and instructors incredible and personable, the products (Cowshed <3) and changing rooms are fab, the gym floor is eclectic and vast, the swimming pool is serene and refreshing... the whole experience of going almost every evening after my WFH day is really uplifting. Happy to refer anyone for those bonus creds ;) and genuinely believe you will love it to bits no matter who you are

The best gym in London, located in one of the best place. Staff and PTs are amazing (shout out to Jay). The pool is also great and not crowded.

  • 5/5 alana h. 3 years ago on Google
I have been to various gyms, Pure, Nuffield and although this is the expensive option it is by far worth the money. Not only is the feeling of entering and getting to see Tower Bridge everyday as you step in the feeling is relaxing and the staff are lovely and welcoming. The classes are fantastic and you feel like the trainer's push you to your personal best or will personally help you do better in that yoga pose for instance. Looking for a band, kettle bell or TRX ropes? You can get all the equipment you are after with all the space you need, never stressed from not being able to find a space.

  • 5/5 Lena L. 3 years ago on Google
Everything is just great. The staff. The cleanliness. The equipment. But most of all - the pool. Absolutely love it. But I probably shouldn’t mention as having the pool mostly to myself weekday evenings is a real London luxury 😁

  • 5/5 M De O. 3 years ago on Google
Fantastic range of equipment and professional staff to help out whenever you need them. The gym is super clean with lots of cleaning products around to help you clean equipment before and after use which all makes you feel very safe. It’s a big space which means you have lots of space to train with social distancing. A great place to train.

One of the best gyms I have been at, the facilities are excellent and they really look after members. They have been really good with introducing COVID-19 measures such as temperature checks on arrival, distancing with gym equipment etc. It has been really easy to book a gym session and I have found there to be availability. The pool is great too, although I am looking forward to the sauna and steam room being reopened once COVID has elasped!

I have been a member of Third Space Tower Bridge club for 5 years now and could not praise enough its wonderful team for their care and professionalism as well as facilities I get to enjoy as a client. Third Space really looks after their facilities to ensure that members get the best experience possible when using gym in achieving their personal fitness goals. My gym acts to me as my little sanctuary to escape it all even during hard times like we currently live in. Overall I would highly recommend Third Space to anyone enjoying a bit of luxury, wanting something different from the gym space and really great care from the onsite team

The best gym I’ve visited in London, which really motivated me to get into weightlifting - have been training here for just over a year now. Really friendly people, clean facilities that aren’t too busy, and a wide variety of classes really make it a fun experience to go every time. Especially the guidance and friendliness of Tash and Maria always brighten my day. Can only recommend.

Third Space are a brilliant gym. The trainers are friendly, motivational and knowledgable. I wouldn't have been able to get through lockdown without their Instagram live workouts and returning to the gym post-lockdown has been a really great experience. Their Just Ride class has got me through a lot!

  • 5/5 Daisy H. 3 years ago on Google
State-of-the-art facilities combined with really motivational trainers (we love Danny, Claire R, Aaron & Ana). The gym was already very clean pre-pandemic - the cleaners seemed to be cleaning the changing rooms every 5 minutes - but they've made some really noticeable and welcome changes to hygiene in classes and on the gym floor. I much prefer the distanced classes and having a bit more space anyway! Hoping they will open up the classes taken on the gym floor soon.

My paradise in London! Incredible place more than a gym but a health centre. Member ship is of 155£ per months, can seem a big amount of money but it's actually quickly payed back if you calculate. I usually do 2-3 hot yoga classes per week and full day to SPA on weekend. SPA includes a big swimming pool, hammam and sauna. I enjoyed very much using it last winter before going to work feel so good after a hot yoga class, swim, sauna and shower!!! Best combo ever, it brings a little warm in my daily routine. It is very appreciated to have everything in the changing rooms and showers: shampoo, shower gel, conditionner and body lotion from the great brand Cowshed, GHD hairdryers and straighteners, ironing board... and so many other stuff. Also have a snacking bar at the entrance with amazing protein shakes, deserts and lunch meals. Tried a few times and was so delicious this is very helpful when you want to eat healthy and nicely cooked products. I was looking for Osteopath after playing tennis and causing back pain. I used the medical centre located in Third Space, took an appointment with Osteopath and was such of a great experience. This gym is reserved to members so people are very careful, quite and respectful. Often been using the swimming pool on my own. Loyalty is rewarded with free guest passes, invited my friends 6/8 times and they just loved it. Had a good laugh initiating them to Hot Yoga and relax at the Spa. Towels are provided and this is also very helpful! I'll be going back to Lyon France 2020 and for sure this place will be missed so much, already tried to find a similar one but does not exist!! So bad!

Third Space Tower Bridge have done an absolutely fantastic job re-opening. Systems and processes that have been put in place are brilliant (from the simplicity of booking a workout session via the App to the well thought out one way system and hygiene structures). It's been great to be able to return to classes and personal training sessions (shout out to Jay Miles and Danielle Gould who are just as fantastic as always) in such a safe, welcoming and friendly environment.

I was a customer at Canary Wharf, and after moving in South West London I have joined London Bridge branch. Same fantastic service you would expect form Third Space: staff always welcoming you with a smile, always very clean and weight zone tidy even during busy times. Extremely happy to be a member!

  • 4/5 Edd M. 2 years ago on Google
The gym floor is very well equipped, but it can get very busy. If classes are your thing, my experience is that Third Space is inconsistent - there are some phenomenal instructors and some who could benefit from some more training. Space constraints mean that the treadmill/circuits class concept (the Barry’s-style class so popular in London) is held on the gym floor with headphones on, which lacks atmosphere if you’re doing it and clogs up loads of space for everyone else. It is extremely clean nonetheless.

I've been a member of Third Space for about 5 years and I go often. It's always been cleaned constantly, not just post-covid, and the staff are friendly and welcoming. All the yoga instructors are first-class. I'm really lucky to have the opportunity to be a member

Special mention for the staff though, they are wonderful, super helpful and always willing to help where they can.

Signed up once lockdown rules allowed, have loved it so far - excellent quality equipment and facilities, including a gorgeous pool, steam room and sauna space. Would highly recommend the classes and a couple of PT sessions, particularly post-lockdown to get you back into a rhythm. All the teachers were great and modify/assist as they can whilst respecting social distancing. Also the only gym I’ve attended where I’ve not felt intimidated or uncomfortable on the gym floor, which (frustratingly!) can’t be underestimated

I love the place. Great classes, friendly staff, amazing bathroom facilities. The hot yin yoga class with Clare and metaburn with Jenny are my favourites. Love the Italian showers, so soothing. I absolutely love Third Space Tower Bridge! I have been a member for a month now and I have tried a variety of classes with different instructors and all have been of high quality, well designed and make you want to go back for more. The PT 1:1 sessions are thoughtful and designed to suit your needs and goals. The gym floor is well equipped for anyone. The swimming pool makes you feel like you are in a retreat far away from the city. The facilities overall are luxurious and very clean and looked after. I also love that they provide everything you would need to shower and get ready, meaning that my gym bag doesn’t have to be heavy as I have all I need already provided to me.

  • 5/5 James H. 2 years ago on Google
It's the best Third Space gym I've been to. Solid racks, and the gym has a key focus on good powerlifting equipment which the others lack a bit. The staff are also really responsive when it comes to equipment requests - I asked for a deadlift jack and within a couple of days they had one. The GM also responded positively to getting a competition bench, but that's just a pipe dream. Just hope Third Space (the company) can add an invoicing tool to their online platform so I don't have to email.

Great gym with loads of space and high tech equipment( they just installed brand new machines) There’s also loads of fun classes with great instructors who push you hard and keep you motivated. The only thing I would say needs an update is the changing rooms/ showers as they are a bit dated compared to their other branches. But over all highly recommend.

I loved this place. I went to this gym for 3 years. I only stopped going because I moved out of London. I wasn't a very sporty person and these people have hook me on training. They have a very nice environment. The schedule and lessons offer is extensive. You will always find a class you like. The only downside is that is a bit expensive. But I guess that is what it costs to have good professionals and good facilities.

It’s not usually nice to go to the gym but at the Third Space Tower bridge is different! After the training session (many options: courses, swimming, cycling, yoga, …) I can pamper myself in the sauna and relax wrapped in the soft white towels. Everything is provided: from the towel to the shower gel to the body lotion. I love it!

Honestly can't recommend The Third Space Tower Bridge enough. Apart of all the great facilities they provide such as swimming pool, saunas and hot yoga studio. It is wonderful to walk in and be welcomed with a warm smile by the people who work there. Mirela is one of the name I recall, because she is the one who picked up my call and showed me around. She was very professional at all the times, kind, polite and answered at all my questions. All the staff is very helpful, friendly and ready to go the extra mile. Thank you to each person that works there, you are making the difference. I very much appreciate the cleanness. I love the changing room area, it looks more like a beauty centre. Last , but not least there is large variety of training classes from 6am. Going to the gym in the morning is my first dose of positive energy. Once again thank you!

Such an amazing gym! Great gym and spa facilities, always clean and well equipped. The staff are ALWAYS so calm, friendly and nice, never pushy or rude, even when I had to quit due to relocation. They have a beautiful pool, sauna and steam room. Much cheaper (£180pm) than other luxury gyms while also using better top of the range gym equipment and being generally more up to date in style and cleanliness. I honestly think this is the best club chain in London and I absolutely in love with this particular branch of it. The verity of classes is amazing and everyone can fine their own personal favourite. From hot yoga with meditation to heart pumping lifting or body pump. It’s only Friday midday and I already done 9 classes. Can’t believe it club turned me from a coach potato to a regular gym user. Best gym in the area. Been a member for 7 months and loving the facilities. Cleaning staff do a great job to ensure changing rooms and yoga studios are clean at all time. Only downside is I wish there was more seating in the lounge area and can get too crowded on the gym floor when there are classes in session during peak hours. The price for membership is quite high but if you are an avid gym goer the price is worth it.

I have been a member of Third Space for over 5 years! I have reviewed previously and still feel the same. The gym is clean and the facilities are regularly updated. The variety of classes is perfect and the instructors are great! Although the price has increased, compared to similar gyms or boutique classes you get the best of both worlds. I have given feedback to the gym that access to all gyms with the new price would be better value (fingers crossed). I have given feedback to the gym before and it is quickly reviewed by the team. Would 100% recommend

Third Space Tower Bridge is beautiful location, with great attention to detail in their design/theme. I particularly love their mirrored ripple affect ceiling in the showers, the chandelier lights in the pool area and spacious sauna. I do however have some suggestions for improvements that I could be implemented in the club, 1. A reformer pilates studio 2. A mirrored ripple affect wall instead of the dull green wall at the back of the pool area. 3. Replace the lounge chairs in the with more padded/comfortable ones 4. Remove the showers in the pool area and replace it with a heated Hydrotherapy pool to use in that space instead 5. Redesign the mind and body studio with a more contemporary design (not the heated one) I would to talk about this detail, please let me know your thoughts.

Agree with many of the constructive feedback prior. I have been a member for 5+ years and I have seen the decline. Many TS customers are successful professionals who are time poor and stressed from their day to day. And when we pay £245 a month, we expect a good experience that is stress free and easy. The current state of the chain does not offer that. When I speak to my peers they are already looking to jump ship. I have tried going at 6am, 7am, 8am - it doesn’t matter as it was always full - waiting for benches and equipment. Queuing for the showers is the norms and the lockers are either all taken or broken. One morning my locker broke and wouldn’t open and I waited 15 minutes before I can get hold of a member of staff who went away to get more help. I waited for another 10 minutes before I decided to walk up to reception in a towel to get help. Of late the hygiene standards also declined - used razors in the shower, towels everywhere, and dirty towels on shelves. Lockers are also dirty. Classes are good but they are full within an hour of opening. Spa is always busy and unusable most of the time in the weekend. The only reason I am staying is the lack of options on my way to work and I am extremely time poor. How about work smart and incentivise new members to spread out to other less busy branches and introduce a cap on new members? You may squeeze existing members but once the love is gone it’s gone for good.

A member of Third Space for a number of years now. The gym is well maintained, if you have a query re any equipment, the response is always prompt and super helpful, the changing rooms are clean, the equipment is tidy each morning (this has improved a lot in recent months). Yoga instructors are fabulous! The concierge staff are polite and welcoming each day! Overall fab place to train at!

Third Space is an amazing gym and the perfect sanctuary to relax, and unwind (yoga/pool/steam and sauna) or reve up and challenge yourself (hydrox/watt bike/spin/weights, etc. etc.). The range and choice of classes, quality of trainers and PTs is outstanding. My week would not be the same without a visit to Third Space.

Great gym, decent space for my to do my own workouts at the Rig but also attending a lot of the classes. My favourite coach by far is Bethany!! Great coach, great tunes, love speed fiends, i plan my day around her classes :)

Amazing gym - great facilities, friendly and helpful staff and excellent trainers. It's been my favourite gym in London so far (the only one that has actually been a joy to come to), and I would recommend to anyone - the pool and sauna area are also great to unwind in after a long workout or to escape the cold of London in January!

I'm loving Third Space. It's been a bit of a life saver. The Yin Yoga sessions are wonderful and really relaxing and it's really easy to get to from where I live. Everyone is friendly and welcoming and the staff are brilliant. I haven't used the gym yet but plan to try that out next.

Worth every penny! Switched to Third Space in January of this year - absolutely LOVE the club. Very well maintained and clean gym floors, machines are never out of order and even during busy times there is always space and equipment available. Great class schedule, knowledgeable and fun instructors, also the flexibility of going to any club is so convenient! Sauna and steam rooms are so peaceful, and although they can be busy during peak times, there is plenty of seating. 10/10 would (and have) recommend to anyone looking to upgrade their gym experience.

Love Third Space at tower bridge, everyone there is so friendly and always so approachable. The place is always spotless the staff who keep the place clean are wizards. Having the area at reception to sit and enjoy chill out after is gorgeous with the view of tower bridge. They have the best of the best equipment , small details even down to the weights having third space logo, the place is brilliant.
